I've been a member at this gym for over a year and I quite like it. The facility has everything that I'm looking for in a gym experience. My one complaint is that there are some less than desirable people who use the weight room and don't respect the rules and policies of the establishment. More effort has to be made by the staff to keep these people in line.

Homeless unemployed can have a free shower but there is nothing for homeless employed people who need a shower after work and are willing to pay. Absolutly ridiculous!

Great facility. The wellness center is a great gym, clean and bright. There are a mix of people that use it so no need to feel out of place. Great prices too.

A great place in Courtenay to utilize our tax dollars at work. This facility has been in operation for a very long time and has remained relevant throughout its existence. It is a clean building that is well taken care of and offers countless programs as well as space rental that is affordable and versitile. All around good facility that helps to keep kids fit and focused on the healthy aspects of life while offering programs and services adults will appreciate greatly. A staple in the Valley since its inception.

Not a review, but more of a question.. Why are they still not accepting drop in basketball? It just seems like all the other Rec Centres everywhere accepts drop in basketball already..
