Great training centre for all levels of fitness. The trainers are excellent, they keep you moving and give training tips along the way. I havent taken there 21 day challange but have seen amazing results from everyone who does. Check it out, they offer a free drop in.

Amazing AMAZING classes! There is no way in hell I could ever push myself to the extent that this team encourages me to do. What a fabulous environment. The instructors are so helpful and motivating. I think I am a lifer ;)
