My biggest wake up call was in 2007. Weighing myself at 225 lbs, I realized that I needed to lose weight and make some significant lifestyle changes. Since then, losing weight has always been my primary focus. Through eating well and working out regularly, I managed to shed over 60 lbs and lower my body fat from 35% to 20%.
Of course, it wasn't always a constant decrease. Several "plateaus" and episodes of weight gain pushed me to explore new avenues to keep me motivated and "back in the game". This lead me to discovering HIIT through home workouts like P90X and Insanity. I was immediately hooked and saw incredible results. Unfortunately, following the same DVDs day after day quickly gets repetitive.
In my quest for new and more challenging workouts, I decided to give Report a try... and I couldn't be happier that I did!! The WODs are original and challenging. Not knowing what each 30 minutes has in store for us keeps things fresh and exciting each and every day.
The trainers are all very knowledgeable, charismatic, and motivating. Having a trainer present for every workout ensures that your form is excellent and that you keeping pushing through when you're on the verge of giving up.
I've been attending Report Fitness 5 days per week for over 2 months and there's no sign of me slowing down or losing interest! I can already see I've lost weight and my body is a lot more toned than when I started.
