What better way to spend 1 hour forgetting about everything and letting loose. Kefi Fit (the name says it all.) Dina Bastounis and her team of incredible women will keep you moving and sweating, don't know where they get that kind of energy but their always ON FIRE!!! The question reads, "What do you like about this business?" Where do I begin? The heart and soul of Kefi Fit are the amazing instructors, Dina, Voula, Maria, and Martha who have managed to create a supportive community that goes beyond fitness and getting our groove on. Whether we are doing traditional studio workouts, working it online, or getting on our outdoor sweat, we have become one big, fat, Greek /hip hop/salsa/disco dancing family! It is pure joy (and hard work) to spend time at Kefi Fit. From the very first moment I stepped into a studio with VouMa, I was absolutely hooked. Ice storm? I'm there. Blizzard? I'm there. Heat weave? I'm there (with a spritzer). There is such positive and powerful energy emitting from these women! It is wonderful to be a part of it. And throughout this pandemic Dina and her entire team have kept us going, sane (and fit). While I have already used many words, there are no real words to express the love, gratitude, and appreciation I feel for the amazing people that constitute our Kefi Fit group. Yeeeee Haaaaa!!!
