Nothing but 5 stars!! Jalil is an incredible coach. He is very skilled in his technique and teaching abilities while keeping it fun and interactive. I have tried a few different places in Cornwall and I would not recommend anywhere else but Undefeated MMA. Great atmosphere and classes are a great size to allow each child/adult to get the coaching they need. Check it out nowwwww ????

Jalil as a person and trainer is so caring to the well being of each student , understanding, and he always goes the extra mile! Initially, I was skeptical as I came from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). However, I was proved wrong in the first 2 weeks. The coach actually uses one of the best methods for MMA/Kickboxing/Martial Arts, which is a combination of consistency, one-on-one mentoring, and having fun in the gym (your body never gets bored). You essentially learn multiple things in one class (striking, self defense, martial arts, discipline, cardio, excersize, fitness, lifestyle, etc). His style is similar to one of the the best MMA coaches in Canada (Firas Zahabi of Montreal who coached GSP). When Coach Jalil first allowed me in, he not only gave me a chance, but was very driven and cared about my success inside & outside the gym.

Undefeated MMA is TopNotch! After having tried a number of other clubs over the years, I have to say that this one is the best. Jalil's coaching is great. His classes are well organized, there is lots of variety and great intensity. Jalil's technical knowledge and his eye for detail are unsurpassed.Jalil gives 110 % in every session he coaches, provides lots of feedback and encouragement. Prices are competitive. My son also enjoys the kids classes and has made several friends there. I can't say enough about how much our family enjoys being members of this club.

I am 10 years old I've been going there since i was 9. I like the instructor Joulyle because he's a great teachers and help keep me disciplined. The teacher is practically family to me and my mom. Undefeated MMA has really shown me that if you put your mind to it you can do anything: )! A lot of the people at U.MMA are really inspirational like this guy called Redlight. Everyone i know that goes to U. MMA has shown amazing growth physically and mentally. All in all U. MMA is an incredible place!!!
