Good gym, some older equipment but well kept, clean environment. Being open 24 hours is very handy as well. Overall I recommend this gym.

Very good experience even though I went only a few months because I left Cornwall. Good atmosphere, equipment, people. The only problem might be that there are only three showers in men's room and if there is a lot of people you might end up waiting or taking a shower at your place. I was going for the lunch time, and never had to wait but at least one shower stall was occupied.
