I have been a member of Physical Limits for 15 years. I recently decided to give a few other gyms an opportunity, and quickly realized that no other gym in Cornwall even compares to Physical. With the friendly staff, cleanliness, selection of weights and machines, the steam room/sauna, daycare, smoothie bar and tanning, Physical Limits is by far the best gym in Cornwall! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a friendly, no judgement gym in Cornwall Ontario!

Horrible experience after coming back from lockdown. There was around 10 people in the gym and no one was cleaning their machine or socially distancing. Lack of cleaning supplies. No signage to remind people to clean their machine or to stay 2m apart. No hand sanitizer to use after using equipment. No one to walk around and make sure people are following the rules

There was a smell of mildew and chemical rubber product when I went there for a month or so. The smells made me nauseous so I didn’t continue on with the membership. But I will say that the instructors are bar none and definitely care about their patrons. The exercise classes are very good and I do recommend them if you don’t need to use the equipment. The instructors are excellent snd take the time to talk about habits and healthy food choices. There is also a little shop where you can buy gym foods. Try their protein balls, they are sooo good!

I Love this place. I've beem going to Physical Limits for the past 15 Years. The saff there is knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment. I have personally worked in the daycare, wich provides a safe and fun atmosphere for your children. It's highly recommend you going to check it out!

I don't like the layout and the owner is special. But it's the second best gym in town. Has everything you need. The renovations are nice good colors. The shake bar is a good touch but a little weird and expensive for my taste.

Owner does not have the courtesy of meet with you when there is an issue. Contract was not explained properly even thought they admitted it an email. You try and meet with someone there to talk ain't happening. Does not matter that they are wrong, they still think they are right, even if you can prove it. Horrible!!!

Only gym I'm willing to go to!! Love the staff there. It's clean, and affordable. One of my favorite things about that gym is it offers daycare for 2 children, which makes it super easy to be able to make that healthy positive change. Julie is amazing with my kids! Love having that 2 hour "me time" to get fit, in my busy hectic life.

Worst place ever. They are not there to help you. They just want to take your money. Doesn’t matter if you can’t afford to pay it. They just keep taking your money even after you ask to cancel the membership. As long as they make the money to go on their expensive trips. They are nothing but money grabbing thieves. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to my enemy.
