The gym is spacious, equipment is well maintained and clean. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. Very well trained instructor. Good prices. Lots of merch. Great overall experience! Worth checking out if your interested in learning self defence, mma or just looking to tone your body and get in great shape.

This place is very well managed from the naked eye.Martial arts are a very good way to create discipline in your life and make some new friends doing it .This place seems legit with knowledge always leading the way ,and it helps when you got good instructors ,plus a great place to go practice the age old martial arts .Shout out to the crew and staff at this business truly looks fantastic great job guys and girls

I just recently signed my son up at Patenaude Martial Arts after not participating in any extra-curricular activities for a few years and he absolutely loves it. In his short time, he has learned discipline, responsibility, and commitment. He loves the skills and training he has been taught by Sifu. Sifu is an excellent coach and takes care and time to work with students individually during classes. If a student is struggling with a specific skill, he helps them master that skill. I would recommend Patenaude Martial Arts to anyone looking to sign their child up for Martial Arts training. I would also recommend this school for any adults who are looking for a high quality Martial Arts School as well. Thank you Sifu for helping my son!

I loved kickboxing at Patenaude. Always lots of fun, a great workout, and a supportive and encouraging coach. Joel helped us work on our techniques and pushed us to work harder every time even if we thought our body just couldn't do anymore. The classes were well worth it. A great way to build self confidence, workout and have fun. If we weren't moving I'd still be there!

Our experience with Patenaude Martial arts and Sifu Joel has been absolutely incredible! We came into the school looking to sign our kids up seeing as they wanted to join martial arts and we had a poor experience with another school in the past. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and sifu Joel explained everything to us with detail on the spot! He is so welcoming and treats us like family every time we walk in! The classes are so much fun for the kids they are always smiling and having fun while learning technique, discipline, speed, skill and power! He brings uniqueness to his training, even though serious about the art of kung fu he’ll go the extra mile just to make the kids laugh! We were so impressed even after the first night that hubby decided to join the adult program as well and absolutely loves it! It definitely builds fitness and skill even as an adult. Hands down best school for martial arts!
