If your looking for a great coach that is always there and always answering questions you will get it here. I love the atmosphere here and having a great coach along the side of me to get healthy.

I have enjoyed my experiences every time I went to group workout sessions. Team members are friendly, encouraging, and kind. They will not shame you for being unfit and wanted to change it.They actually inspire you to push yourself to complete the workouts and to not give up. What I love the most is the daily check in and the frequent communication from the coach to team members plus the fact that I am held accountable to what I signed up for!

Going into my 3rd month at 3TK and looking forward to 4-6 , both Casey and Karyss have made my experience both enjoyable and gainful, but you have to put in time and effort , I kept telling myself over the past decade that I would start exercising and after seeing and feeling the effects , im disappointed that I waited so long to start !
