I've taken prenatal pilates with Emily during both of my pregnancies and I couldn't reccomend her enough. She is very professional, knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable as your pregnancy progresses. She is also a physiotherapist which and has helped answer any questions I had about my growing body. 10/10 reccomend any person to see her for any form of pilates.
