The absolute highest quality of treatment by the best physicians in town! Ashley Buckle and Steve Kelly treated me over a few months for a bunch of lingering shoulder and back issues I've been dealing with for years, and from day 1 they showed me nothing but how great they are at their profession and how a physiotherapy experience should be. They really show an interest and personal investment on how the patient is progressing and seem to take real pride in knowing they are helping you. Very knowledgeable guys who really break down and explain exactly what it is they are doing and how they plan to tackle a treatment, and the appointments seem like they take no time at all after having a chat and a laugh with the guys during our sessions. I left my last appointment with nothing but 110% satisfaction. An exceptionally clean, well run clinic with a great staff who are as welcoming and as friendly as one could hope. I would recommend Health & Performance Centre to anyone at all who feel like they need some help to go back to feeling like themselves! 10/10

Health and Performance is an excellent place to go to for physiotherapy. The girls at the front desk are very professional and great to deal with. The physiotherapist (Rob Ryan) gives you lots of help and direction. He also gives you an app for your phone to help you keep on track at home or while you are on vacation. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in Corner Brook or surrounding area.
