Great facility. Sauna is awesome, showers are good too. Tracy makes the experience she's a doll.

This is a fantastic facility. The sauna and showers are amazing, and Tracy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful :)

Probably the most ghetto gym in corner brook, only for meat heads. Not recommend. Crowded with seniors and high schoolers.

Good gym, good price and has everything I’m looking for in gym at this time. Like that it’s a bit more open and spread out than the other gyms in town.
