Seemingly a good place for x-fit. My buddy goes here on the regular and likes it. My time going was good but i was sick and this outfit isn't that cheap. But i guess it beats buying your own equipment.

Great, experienced and fun coaches. CrossFit Chilliwack Group Fitness classes are a fun, effective and safe way to loose weight, and keep fit. They even have personal trainers that help fill in the gaps to focus on form and specific goals. For instance, I have a fun personal goal to build the strength and balance to walk on my hands and perfect double-unders and maybe even triple-unders. So many possibilities with a great team of fitness professionals.
