Excellent place to bring your family for a swim. Clean and friendly staff. Currently you can bring in your family for 45 min of water joy. Unfortunately, not longer due to COVID Restrictions. Hopefully, this will be extended soon :-) There is also a beautiful playground situated outside the center. Great place to come for picnic while your kids play !

Couldn't organise a swim class if thier business depended on it. Sign your kid up for level 6, they teach her level 4 without informing parents and then test them for level 4. After all this they will gladly take your money again to maybe teach your child the proper level next time, but no guarantees.

This is a wonderful facility, very clean, very well maintained and the staff are very kind. I have been talk my family here and we all enjoy our visits. The change rooms are very well designed and easy to use. The pool is not really cold but if a little warmer it would be perfect.

There are good and bad to this place. I work out here and things are fine I don't normally need to wait for equipment. The child minding is a challenge. They have reserved spots which haven't ever been explained to me, and I have to wait an hour for the next child minding spot sometimes. For the kids their swim lesson set up is a NIGHTMARE.

At the time of my going it was totally enjoyable being in the water, and hot tub. It is a Multi use facility but I have to explore the fitness area. The facility is clean, and maintained well.

Like most young workers, they need to grow into a position, the guards, although young are helpful once guided. I think when they are hired, they may need to be reminded of protocol? I recently had a conversation with management via email, and once they are aware of a situation, they do their best to make it right. I like that. In this age of technology, they need to.

I head here a few times a week to use the cardio equipment. It is all in good condition and the staff is friendly. There are some equipment that overlooks the gym which allow you to watch the activities going on there.

Love coming here. The pools are nice, clean, and they don't have that overwhelming smell of chlorine. They have a good workout area too. There are a good amount of different machines to choose from and plenty of space to do free weights. Their squash courts could do with some repair though. The the walls are very chipped, and while it doesnt affect the game overall - it just looks very dated.

Great gym! Typically speckless, kind staff, and wonderful facilities! Weight room is well equipped, wood floor basketball court/gym. They also have two squash courts and a hot tub! They have changing rooms and washrooms, vending machines and water fountains. Recommends it for anyone (expect fitness-buffs, probably not what you are looking for)

I like this leisure centre because it's smaller than the one downtown. Not overcrowded in the gym and more family oriented in the pool area. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's ok there gym need a big up grade not these second hand machines the weight are cracked need replacing big time big could be big with new machines our membership fees should be paying for new a equipment like year pass gos for little over $500 to $600 a year

It's clean (hence the 2 stars) but that's about it. Another business that thinks it gets to advertise open till 10pm but they kick you out tem minutes early. If you close the pool at 9:50 then advertise it as that period. There is zero turbulence in the hot tub so it's like taking a tepid bath with a bunch of strangers and the staff are mostly children with a stand offish demeanor which comes off as rude arrogance. the pool while clean is to warm which = not refreshing on a hot day... I vote go to the other chilliwack pool any day

This place has a very good gym, I've started going there as from the 2nd July 2018 and I hope to go regularly for the time I'm here in Canada. I also hope to go swimming. I like the fact that the membership cost includes the gym, swimming pool access and class activities all in one price. I have to see if they have a sauna/steam room.

I called to reserve a spot in the weight room, which you're required to do these days. I spoke to someone and was told that I had a spot reserved. When I showed up for the specified time, I found out that a spot hadn't been reserved! Their excuse...."well sometimes when we get busy we get the lifeguards to answer the phones, and they're not really trained on how to use the reservation system". haha..........ah, Cheam Centre, you never fail to disappoint.

On multiple occasions now I have showed up to this location just to be disappointed when I find out they are closed. Usually nothing posted online or anything either. So frustrating when you make a plan and it gets ruined by laziness. Not to mention the rude staff at the front counter.

Free public Wi-Fi, talk to the front desk. Variety of workout equipment. Large gymnasium for recreational use (basketball, etc.) Racquetball. Clean changing facilities, and well maintained 25m pool. Limited availability due to size and scheduling. Sauna available. Also conveniently located to food and shopping area. Close to rental units and post secondary educational campus (UFV).

The gym is small-medium sized but has all the equipment you could want and the pool is good as well. Has basketball courts, squash courts and outdoor playground Was kinda dumb that you couldn’t bring your own locks to the pool change room. They’re all $2 a use. Something needs to be done about that

Compared to the Leisure Centre downtown, I found this centre lacking in a couple of things. 1) No change rooms at all in the Women’s change-room. Only 3 toilets, 1 private shower and 1 handicap washroom. I do Not like to change in front of others so I have to change in a toilet stall. If it’s busy you could be waiting for a long time unless you go naked in front of everyone, kids etc.☹️and taking away a toilet. 2) The Sauna sucks, never gets really hot. 3) Otherwise, I’m happy I do have a place to swim and have a gym close to home. The Staff and Lifeguards are Awesome ???? they Rock!

The leisure Center is very clean but much smaller than downtown. It isn’t the best for young toddlers who aren’t very tall. Most places are .08 meters and above. You’re better off to go downtown

In great need of updating, no air conditioning, old cardio equipment, newer pool with newer change rooms but as for the gym it really is run down with old school washrooms and change rooms. Sad to see this in such a newly developed area. This place definitely doesn't meet up to the local development. It is almost degrading to the area. Hoping for a upgrade soon.

The pool and general area are too cold. Our kids shiver and turn blue while in the normal pool area. This is always the case here... Thank goodness for the hot tub, or we wouldn't go here at all. Swimming lessons here are ok, but often the instructors start late and end early (go to the hot tub... to warm up...?)on a 30 minute lesson. Not great value, but there isn't much choice in the area, so convienience wins on this one. We don't use the other facilities, so can't review the other areas.

The entire facility is outdated and static however if you're looking for a work out or to shoot some hoops, then this is a decent place to get the job done. The gymnasium is poorly lit, and the floor never seems to be cleaned.

Came to work for a week in 2015 and our Mexican clients set us up here. Beautiful grounds and location. Food was very good and once they found out we were Canadian the great service became even better. Rooms were very comfortable and nice. Definitely would recommend.

Poorly managed. We tried multiple times to inquire about fall schedules for kids to register as No information was online. Never got a reply to my email. My wife had no more luck. On the phone we were told it would be up soon. It is now mid September and nothing is up. Very inconvenient. Impossible to register in advance if there is no info. All the info we have is through the phone. Staff knows about this but it wont change I fear.

Was nearly assaulted by a regular in the locker room butt naked. he started throwing my stuff on the ground and calling it stinky after he through his wet swim trunks onto my shoes. 6'6 male. Cheam Leisure centre was mroe then happy to protect his information from me and the police as well.

Good facility because of variety of fitness programs but staff does a very poor job of cleaning the water/pool facility. Unclean washroom/changeroom floors, pool is looking unsanitized also. Staff should do better job cleaning the facility.

Booked the gym for my daughters birthday, they canceled it with a weeks notice. Had to scramble to find a place. They only offer a 10% discount to reschedule. Also, they canceled my nieces birthday with 24 hours notice. Back to back weekends. Poor kids expecting a birthday party. Poor scheduling

This pool is too cold. Our kids go, and after 15 minutes usually are shivering and have blue lips. Usually we make do by swapping between the hot tub and pool, but the hot tubs been broken down for 2 weeks.... This makes for a miserable COLD time, especially since kids aren't allowed in the sauna area. I guess they can't afford 2 degrees more water temperature.

I live 5 minutes walking distance from this pool, every time i go there something happens. Tonight because Chilliwack Landing was closed for renovations i went there. Sure enough its closed, no warning on the website. Chemical imbalance they said..hmm who's not doing their job? Unsafe for elderly in the hot tub, kids throw toys a and guards don't pay attention. Go to Hope, go to Harrison anywhere but there. I don't have issues with Chilliwack Landing, bin going there for years now. Its a 15 minute drive for me but its worth it, it's bigger, two hot tubs, wave pool, kiddie pool. Separate lane pool, slide, steam room. This pool doesn't have that. Guess what.... and it cost the same and you get Much less it's the same price
