The staff is super friendly and the gym is always clean. It's a great place to workout!

The almost perfect gym for Belle River. They have a good amount of machines, equipment, and treadmills. Staff are nice and do a great job keeping the gym clean. The facility also includes saunas and tanning beds. A membership is pricey, but is worth getting. The only things I can complain about within my 6 years of being a member are the unorganized weights (example: 35 pound plate behind a 10 and 45 pound plate on a rack) and the very boring and slow music played.

Good gym, the staff is very friendly and there equipment is very up to par. They also sell protein shakes that are pretty good. I go there on a weekly basis and can't recommend it enough.
