Used to go here when I lived in town. Everyone was very friendly. They did a revamp/remodel a number of years ago and did a great job on it. Lots of variety of machines and free weights/racks. Great cardio area as well.

Everything re done inside with new equipment and 24 hour access. Quiet enough that I am sometimes the only one there
