I love this gym, by far the best facility around!!!. I work out at "Form Fit" almost every day, and I'm always impressed with how friendly and welcoming the environment is. The facility is always clean and well-equipped. Also, it's pleasant to see how everyone respects the distancing rules (Covid) at the gym. Trevor, the owner, is always available to answer our questions, and he has a bunch of videos on his Facebook page that are extraordinarily helpful for people looking to work out at home. As yet, Form Fit has been a great experience. Parking is free!!!

No matter what your age, ability or experience is Form Fit can help you be the best that you can be at all stages of your life. I love the classes which are a mix of multiple ages, men and women, moms and teens, beginners and experienced. They help you to feel right at home. This gym is not just about building muscle and losing weight, there is also a focus on mobility and proper technique as a priority. Form Fit Gym is very welcoming and so are the staff! I highly recommend them!

Excellent small town gym with everything you need and never busy to the point where you are waiting long for a specific piece of equipment. Big city sized gym in a small town.

I agree with the comments regarding the quality of the facility itself, but the real standout of this gym is Trevor. Not only the depth and breadth of his knowledge, or his personal experience and example (the man 'walks the talk'!), but it's the fact he treats each person as an individual. So regardless of your level of experience with gyms, or fitness, Trevor will deal with you at that level in a friendly yet professional way.
