I was in Chatham for a few days and I called up Keith at Concept BJJ and I must say he was VERY accommodating. I showed up for an open mat and had a few good rolls. The gym is clean, has nice big bathrooms/change rooms and have a cool in-house brand Jits Life that has some cool swag. When I visit other gyms I always hope that they don't see it as "tournament" style rounds and try to crank your neck in a guillotine or slam you or something like that. The sparring here was not like that at all. The pace and pressure were great. Keith was very friendly and was very open about sharing some techniques and strategy. I will be back in Chatham in a month and I will be going back to Concept for some more rolls! Thanks coach!
