This is the worst customer service you can experience, my wife took a subscription and the person told her for a 10$ subscription she can bring a person. We came here today and there were 2 people arguing with us and treating us as liars. Please avoid this gym at all cost. Rude people and very stupid as well cause we were ready to change the subscription but they ask us to pay 10$. So for the sake of argument they are willing to lose 29$*12 but wont even waive a 10$. AVOID....If I am to write a review, either I am in awe with something or I am disappointed/disgusted. For your case, I will say that you guys are a big disappointment. Zero customer service, zero empathy, zero comprehension and ofcourse your employees with zero intelligence. A bunch of youngsters working there showing no manners and argue just for the sake of arguing instead of helping clients. Time to level up your game in your recruitment process!! SHAMEFUL ????

NOT IMPRESSED!!! i have a membership and i've just waited 10 minutes at the front counter with noone to serve me! When the dude finally showed up, he was to busy celebrating that people he knew had just walked in. He never even knowledge that there was a customer waiting for him, the people ended up mentioning that i had been there waiting. At this point i had decided it was enough and i left! I got a notification from Buzzfit on June 30th, 2020 saying that "According to your membership, your Annual maintenance fee of $39.99 was due on April 1st, 2020. This notice is to inform you that you will be charged this amount on July 1st, 2020.". Deciding to abstain form going to the gym in the foreseeable future due to covid fears, I cancelled my membership on the day of the notification and received an email from them saying: "Hi, we have cancelled your membership. Although the annual fees of 39.99 will be charged in your account tomorrow. You can come in person to get them reimbursed. If you have any questions please reach us by phone we will explain". The next day I come in person to get reimbursed only for the agent to turn me away, him saying the payment wasn't processed yet and I should come the following week. I came the following week only to be greeted by a regional manager who started testing my knowledge of my agreement with them. Bottom line, I can't have my full reimbursement, only partial (about 10 bucks). While I understand your (probably) dire situation during these times, I can't help but feel gypped. You can't possibly expect people to know the terms of their contract by heart, and why would you promise full reimbursement (see quoted email above - "...annual fees of 39.99 will be charged... come in person to get them reimbursed" ) when you never had such intentions? If you (Buzzfit) intend to reply to this 1-star rating, I will not be reaching out to you, you can keep the 40$. All you had to do was be transparent and mention the reimbursement scheme in the email, or during my first in-person visit. I will not be using using your services again.

De plus, l' eau qui coule du plafond ou pas d'eau du tout dans le gym... du n'importe quoi. Je vais donc retourné à mon ancien gym. Je vais envoyé a Buzzfit une mise en demeure. Je vous suggère de faire très attention avec Buzzfit Châteauguay et surveiller vos paiements. Évitez si possible les paiements pré-autoriser. J'ignore quelle est leur problème mais ce qui est certain c'est qu'il y a quelques chose qui ne fonctionne pas avec eux et vous allez l'expérimenté lorsque vous aurez un problème dans le gym ou un problème avec eux. Elles ne savent pas comment résoudre de simple problème. Elles sont nulles dans la résolution de problème et ce malgré que c'est de leur faute. J'ai une preuve que je devrais peut-être publier, mais que je garde pour la cour pour l'instant... Si vous l’entendiez vous allez tombé de votre chaise. C'est tout simplement incroyable!

Zero customer service/support , Zero info provided to customers on reopenning and policies and procedures related to Covid, read carefully cancellation policy, management has zero interest in helping out a client.

Tried it once, has enough machines and equipment to do a solid workout but would definitely conaider something else for advanced lifters as dumbells stop at 75lbs. There are 4 powercages which isn't bad in itself. Overall a good gym for beginners and intermediate lifters.
