Best CrossFit community around! I've been at CrossFit 782 since they began and I can't imagine a life without it. The coaches are knowledgeable and willing to work with whatever your goals are. I continued to CrossFit throughout my entire pregnancy, even going past my due date. Mike and Brett always made sure I was working within my own capacities and scaling everything safely. Once I returned after my six week recovery, they helped ease me into things again. If you're wondering if this is the gym for your, don't hesitate to try! You won't regret it!
