Nice gym located downtown. A bit hard to find, downstairs in the shopping mall. Full day pass is 9$, very reasonable. The staff is polite and friendly, like everyone else in PEI. Free-weight max is 90lbs. Numerous machine is also available for each body part. A good amount of cardio machine. It wasn’t crowded when I went in the weekday at 5.

I've taken almost every class that this fitness centre offers. The instructors are professional and motivating. I recently moved back from BC and this place outshines many of the different fitness centres that I tried in Vancouver, Victoria and Saltspring Island!

Great place! Great staff. Lots of options to get a workout. Doing a good job following Covid regulations. Staff always making sure masks and social distancing are followed. Plenty of materials to clean equipment after use.
