Best gym in St Roch. Lots of equipment and free weights. Multiple benches, squat racks and Smith machines. Perfect for muscular hypertrophy if that's your goal. Plenty of cardio machines too. They have some classes as well- spinning, yoga etc. Can't comment on the trainers as I don't use one, but I did read that a few of them trained with Christian Thibaudeau so that should speak for their experience. FYI- it is not part of the US based Planet Fitness franchise. Great gym, would recommend.

This is a great gym, very friendly staff, excellent equipment and comfortable atmosphere. I recommend this gym if you are local, or looking for an alternative to the sub-par hotel gym. Fair prices for those travelling as well. ????????????

Si je prétend me sentir comme une femme demain vais-je pouvoir découvrir mes bras et porter une camisole? Réglement totalement stupide en 2018, je ne renouvellerait pas mon abonnement.
