Albeit a bit expensive compared to other places, it isn't as packed everyday and has a lot of benefits that costs extra at other gyms such as non-timed showers, locker room access, dry sauna and group workout activities. Music does get a bit repetitive over time, but that is easily fixed with your own personal music player.

Great little gym - it has it all minus the attitude that the discount gyms attract. The staff - for the most part - remembers the names of patrons. The classes are great and a little overcrowded at times but that's due to their popularity and in response,the gym offers many opportunities for the same class at different times. The gym gets busy from about 5-7 pm, but that's normal, and there's just enough choices of machines or weight apparatus even during peak hours. It's worth the extra bucksto feel comfortable and not have to deal with testosterone fueled gym rats that just want to play the stare down game in the Econo gyms. Great staff. Very clean. Excellent classes.

Bref le 10 $ je m'en fiche un peux c'est le principe et comment il a gere la situation au final. et apres coup je constate que L'entreprise ( ENERGIE CARDIO ) qui a des succursales partout au quebec n'a pas vraiment a coeur sa clientele se fiche eperdument des commentaires de c'est clients . apres mon commentaire personne de l'entreprise n'a fait de suivis ou tente de communiquer avec moi ou commenté mon message...d'ailleurs je constate que plusieurs commentaires reste sans reponce et surtout les commentaires négatif de la part D'ENERGIE CARDIO c'est comme si les gens du marketing ,media sociaux,et du web s'en fiche ,que se soit positif ou negatif les gens devrait avoir une reponse de l'entreprise.. surtout d'une entreprise de l'Ampleur d'ENERGIE CARDIO.. quelle mauvaise gestion !Désolé mais en affaires vous avez des devoir a faire !! PS en affaires le monde n'est pas fait de blanc ou noir il faut appliquer une logique Jonathan ! Et c'est le commentaire que j'entends de beaucoup de clients à la silence a la sortie ...genre ..Ben non voyons il son Ben gosant icit .coudonc il a besoin de de ce message sentir supérieur!!
