(Translated) Best crossfit center in Quebec for sure and with a nice gang and more. The coaches are # 1, always in a good mood and the wods are varied and generally very good. Contrary to what we can believe, it is accessible to all, regardless of their physical form, no one is judged and coaches will always propose variations of the wod to adapt to its level. There are also several activities organized throughout the year for members such as a big Christmas party or Yoga sessions. We ended up meeting many new people and going there for pleasure rather than obligation because of our subscription. I recommend everyone! (Original) Meilleur centre de Crossfit à Québec c'est sûr et avec une belle gang en plus. Les coachs sont #1, toujours de bonne humeur et les wods sont variés et généralement très bien. Contrairement à ce qu'on peut croire, c'est accessible à tous, peu importe leur forme physique, personne ne se fait juger et les coachs vont toujours proposer des variations du wod pour adapter à son niveau. Il y a aussi plusieurs activités d'organisées au fil de l'année pour les membres comme un gros party de Noël ou des séances de Yoga. On fini par rencontrer beaucoup de nouvelles personnes et par s'y rendre par plaisir plutôt que par obligation vu notre abonnement. Je recommande à tous!

I am in town for the weekend and wanted to drop in. I sent them an email and got a quick response. Made it out to the gym for a 5pm session. I got there and everyone was really great. I can’t speak French in the slightest, but I can loosely follow. A kind member helped me along to make sure I didn’t miss anything, my WOD partner did the same. The coaches were great and super nice. Overall, awesome experience. If you are in town, and don’t speak French, this gym is an excellent choice and will give you a great workout.

I dropped in here while visiting Quebec City for the week. Both the staff and members were very welcoming. Coaching and programming were great. The rate for the week was definitely reasonable. Would come back if I'm ever in the area

It is a family place where you can train on a regular basis either group training or alone. For my part, a big congratulations to coach Francis.
