Following the COVID I asked for the cessation of my payments since as indicated by the Office of consumer protection, the consumer does not have to pay for a service not rendered. After requesting that my payments be stopped, the gym immediately stopped responding. Payments continued to be made even after initiating a dispute with Visa. A month trying to resolve the situation and then learn that I have to cancel my credit card because no action has been taken on their side. Very disappointed not only with the situation but also with their values. (Original) J'adorais ce gym. Suite au COVID j'ai demandé la cessation de mes versements puisque comme l'indique l'Office de la protection du consommateur, le consommateur n'a pas à payer pour un service non rendu. Après avoir demandé l'arrêt de mes versements, le gym a immédiatement cessé de me répondre. Les paiements ont continué d'être versés même après avoir entamé une contestation avec Visa. Un mois à essayer de régler la situation pour ensuite apprendre que je dois annuler ma carte de crédit car aucune action a été prise de leur côté. Énormément déçue non seulement de la situation mais de leurs valeurs également.

Pour le prix je m'attendrais à plus de machines d'isolation, et plus d'un squat rack. Majoritairement du monde 60+, musique très faible, parfait pour la retraite, mais pas pour un gym.
