I've known Frank (the founder / owner) for many years and well before he opened this amazing facility. He was my trainer when I lived in Montreal and worked out at Nautilus and I was thrilled when he opened his own place and could build a gym to his specifications. Frank and his staff set the bar for excellence when it comes to personal training. What makes them stand out, is that they are realistic and work with their clients in a way that inspires you to want to succeed, but also sets realistic goals. We're not all meant to be fitness models. Frank's workouts were amazing and to this day I have never met another trainer like him. I left Montreal a few years ago and moved to LA, recently I found myself in need of a new routine at the gym, so I pulled out an old workout that Frank created for me at his gym. Two exercises into this old routine and I was doubled over sucking wind, but smiling and under my breath I uttered "god damn you Frank!".

The results blew me away! I am 60 years old and had been working really hard to reverse the constant weight gain that accompanied my aging process. Évidement il faut une vraie volonté et une certaine exigence envers soit même mais le fait d'avoir une personne qui te suit à chaque semaine te donne une vraie motivation et te pousse à suivre tous leurs conseils.
