I am a huge fan of the Active Recovery sessions which I use to supplement my workouts in the gym area. Spence is very patient with me and ensures that I always maintain my form. Jensen is so kind and did a great job drawing up a membership plan that worked with my schedule. All in all, Jensen and Spence maintain a fantastic and clean facility. Most importantly, they give me the confidence to move on up to something more challenging like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
