Great service, excellent prices. And i would highly recommend. My respect to the owner to respecting our rights to decide if we want to wear a mask or not. I purchased equipment for my vessel and I'll be back to purchase equipment for my home. Than again!

Went in randomly and spoke to an employee whom I believe to be named jordy I've been told by the owner chad when I went in the second time to make my purchase. But my first time walking in Jordy helped me with this baffling new world of finding what needed in the whey protein powder department since I'm brand new to it and have wanted to try it for a while, it is so intimidating but he got what I was trying to explain terribly lol and guided me to where I needed to be. Also I was very happy that I felt that I was not pressured into buying something right then and there (I had just walked in off the street during my afternoon walk out of curiosity ), I wasn't just a commission, like I had felt in a certain store downtown in discovery harbor. If you are a novice to the protein shake world like me I recommend you go check them out and they will help you out and not make you feel like and idiot lol. Plus have a great selection from $$$$-$ cheers.

My husband bought a large, heavy item, which was located behind other products. My husband had to move stuff out of his way to get to it with no help from staff, and as he wrestled the box out of the store alone they couldn’t even be bothered to hold the door open. Customer service fail. The only thing they have going for them is they have stock. They certainly can’t get by on their charm.

In response to Eric Addys- 1 star review. get the story straight. A NEW 15yr old part time staff put the wrong price on the wrong spin bike. The bike you wanted was $2800 and she labeled it as $1500 by mistake and you expected Chad to eat the difference and take a loss?? Heaven forbid someone makes a mistake these days. Zach - manager

Whoever was working at the til was extremely unhelpful. He basically pointed at equipment for 1 second and I got zero help and zero advice. He said he doesnt work out and therefore cant give any advice. I was really excited to get some new equipment and I spent almost 500 dollars. I wish he would work on some customer service skills. It is a great service we need in this community. They do have quality equipment .

Was looking at spin bikes went in twice before choosing one.. figured it was going to work well with my budget and myself the guy in there was helpful but I had a few other questions that he didn’t know so got the boss (Chad) and he said it was listed at the wrong price and jacked the price up another 1300 bucks! Don’t go to this place.. Better off going elsewhere..
