I can not say enough good things about Chelsi. I am not a "gym person" by any means but Chelsi has a way of making a workout plan seem less scary. Her positive attitude means that somehow you will end up laughing during your work out and she is so motivating. I love that it's a whole lifestyle approach to being healthy not just getting fit. I love her but don't ask me the day after a class with her because she always kicks my butt into gear which and leaves all the muscles sore! In the best way.

I have been a gym goer for over 30 years. You know the one with the ear buds in and no one talks. Well I started with Chelsi over a year ago, and she makes everyone feel right at home. Met some really good friends and have now started a power walking group. I have gained strength around all joints and it has been a great pain management tool for my injuries. Chelsi has changed my life style to very mobile and I can enjoy so much more now. Highly recommend her!

I started with Chelsi in June 2018, she has changed my life for the better! I honestly cannot thank this young woman enough for all of her hard work and dedication with helping me get on track to a more healthier lifestyle. I now eat healthier, attend yoga, spin classes, small group fitness classes, workout twice a week with Chelsi and hit the gym on my own as well. I originally went from barely making it in twice a week to workout with her, to working out 5-6 days a week. I've been with Whole Health Strength and Fitness for just over a month now - which is a massive deal for anyone like me who likes to start and stop various fitness attempts. If you need a sense of community, security and comfort in starting your fitness journey, you would do well at Whole Health. Everyone who attends is friendly and welcoming, even as a newbie. The classes are simple to follow and the instructors are accommodating to anyone who needs an alternative exercise (like me and my creaky knees lol). You'll feel like hell after the first class, but that feeling goes away quickly once you realize you need heavier weights for the next set! I can't recommend Whole Health Strength and Fitness enough. Do yourself a favour and try out one of the HIIT classes!

Going to Chelsi she has made me feel more confident when it comes to working out and stepping outside my comfort zone! Due some health issues I had experienced in the past few months it has made me unable to work out for the time being. But that has not stopped Chelsi from checking in with me, seeing how I am doing!
