I have worked out at a lot of Gyms over the years, and I must say Mhel Mostoles is the best personal trainer I have worked with. He listens to what you want to work on and focuses on areas you want to improve. The workouts with him are more focused on kick boxing and Muay Thai training which is nice for a change. You still get a full body workout in, but it doesn't feel like any old personal/ circuit training. Highly recommended

High class in running shoes! This is a well defined fitness club with all the amenities of a high end club you might find in Toronto, New York or Los Angeles but with an economical and very competitive monthly fee. Full (FREE) yoga fitness and spin classes, personal trainers who are experienced and friendly . Most importantly. .. this gym is SUPER CLEAN. It's worth a free visit to experience the FUZION difference!

I've been a member at many gyms in the Guelph and Cambridge area. This is by far the best gym I have been apart of. A great selection of machines (many unique ones you don't see at other gyms) and plenty of weight sets to go around. Very seldom have I had to wait for a machine or a set of weights.. even at peak times. The staff are awesome and the amenities are like no other. We've just started going for much needed massages (in house). My only gripe is that their cardio machines have nice big screens... and only a couple of channels. It would be nice to see a wide selection. But not a huge deal considering I bring an iPad or watch a show on my phone. I would recommend this gym for anyone who is serious about training and keeping fit.

Gym itself is great. Have loved working out here for a few years on and off. But absolutely horrible staff. They make you feel very unwelcome whenever you step foot in there unless you are a regular or personally know them. And never greet you! They just sit there gossiping about what’s happened in their personal life... That’s one thing they really need to work on. And one of the biggest reasons that I left this place for as it did not make me feel welcomed but more so uncomfortable and anxious.

I've been a proud member of Fuzion for many years now. After attending many of the other fitness studios in the area I felt most comfortable at Fuzion. The premises are always clean and it's obvious they care about their equipment with the amount of quality weights and machines available. I'd suggest one of their trainers to start you off on the right path as they did for me. Worth every dollar!

This gym is almost perfect, you still get the crowd of juice heads, but the equipment is awesome, a lot of machines are different then the normal you see at Crunch or Good Life. If you go at the right time this gym is awesome to workout at, or shoot a fitness video. The lighting is amazing for any fitness instgrammer.

Good place to work out. Good prices and large sized gym. Looks small on the outside but surprisingly very large. Has a ladies side, center is a unisex, and a guys side. Very clean and well kept gym. People that work there are very friendly. Also a great kids area with well trained employees. Would recommend.

My gym of choice- been to a number of facilities and this one is the most reasonable with excellent personal trainers, powerful group sessions, and many other features I have yet to avail myself of. The staff are super courteous and the gym vibe is ultra friendly. The equipment is also state of the art including but not limited to body scans. Going once per day is barely enough. Great place!

The gym is very clean with new and maintained equipment. Pretty high class I would say, and this reflects the price. This tends to attract upper middle class, middle aged clientele that are respectful (no teenage punks). I also have noticed that this gym has much more body builders and competitors, no need to be intimidated though. They have high quality punching bags, enough free weights and squat stations. They have tanning beds and a place for young children if your a mum that is getting your workout in, and of course, like all others, they have a women's only zone (eyes rolling). Good water, good staff, but only one deadlift station (unacceptable Fusion, get more) and it's always busy. There is a cap on how many members they admit, therefore it is never too crowded. I have been to all gyms in Cambridge, this is by far the best, stop paying the high YMCA price for their low quality and broken machines, stop trying to search for parking at World Gym, and stop paying for Goodlife, for the same price (or so) you will get a much higher quality at Fusion. NO I am not being paid to put out this review, and no I am not an employee there.

The overall atmosphere was good. Facility was good. It's the membership policies that are almost criminal. The refuse to cancel memberships over the phone. They continue to take money without informing people of renewal of memberships. They say if you can't make it to the gym in person then they will basically take your money until your bank account is dry. It's theft and a horrible business practice. Will never recommend this gym to anyone.

Fuzion Fitness target's novice exercisers’ and women as their primary customers. They let women get away with anything they like. They let women prance around in high heels while wearing there bikini in the studio with three quarters of their arse hanging out... Guys dont count here and it shows cause most of the males have no idea how to workout. They would much rather please the women by giving them their undivided attention and try to look cool while they are talking with their buddies. The amount of bullying that goes on by jealous guys is off of the charts. If you are there to blast and kill a workout dont bother cause the women cry and complain because they think you are ignoring them and get upset because your focus is not on them. Of course the guys will complain because they know deep down inside that their bodies are not desired by women so they join in the mob tactics along with the women and act as immature as the women and cry and complain to management about your so called disturbing antisocial behavior. This place use to be kick ass but now it has turned into "Exclusively Womens' Social Club". The women dont want to go workout in the womens only section and let the men be men because they so desperately need guys attention and need to feel like they control everything. Very sad for males that they can no longer release their inner beast and get a awesome workout because of the male haters that have invaded the place. Misery loves company and that is what you will get in Spades if you workout like a male is suppose to. Sad. =(

I signed up for a membership back in aug 2019. Like any gym the contact is for 1 year which I agree upon. I called back Sept 2020 to cancel my membership due to the pandemic, I do not feel comfortable going to the gym due to COVID-19 as I have a newborn. They said that I am unable to cancel my membership because the gym was closed 4 months. This was not under my control but it was quite shady of them forcing me to pay for an additional 4 months, especially since given the circumstances I am uncomfortable and will not be using their services. 100% not recommend.

Easily the best fitness club in Cambridge. Where do you begin with how incredible this place is. From the genuinely friendly staff, to the extensive amount of equipment available, the facilities (Showers, Sauna, and Change Rooms) are well maintained and very clean. The trainers are always willing to help, even if you haven't paid for personalized training service. They will always help you out or lend a hand. It truly seems like it isn't a business or out there to make money...They genuinely care for the well being of their customers and want to see everyone succeed at their goals. I would strongly recommend this gym to anyone I know ---------------------------------------------------- I wrote the above review after a few months of being a member - Like most relationships everything was great in the beginning. However after having been a member for over a year I discovered things weren't as good as it seemed. Their facilities (sauna room for instance) were constantly broken down, or unavailable. The "Trainers" were lacking in personality, and drive to help. Many a times I encountered trainers who were more interested in their phones than in training. Last but not least - The gym transitioned from a place where people were going to get into shape, to a gym that was for guys only interested in doing huge heavy lifts, dropping weights, and walking around causing a general ruckus. I chose to leave and have since found a far superior atmosphere that is more to my liking.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I left this gym 2 years ago after spending over 2 grand on personal training, just to be given no results and horrible sessions. I signed up because it said "results guaranteed or full refund". Later I was told that was a different program than mine, despite telling them when I signed up that that's why I was interested. To top it off, my trainer always was on her phone, and having conversations with the other staff AND the owners wife! They did nothing to fix this when I brought it to their attention. They wouldn't even let me talk to the owner about these issues since management did nothing. Now, two years later, I gave this gym a second chance, for them to leave out important details about a contract AND telling me one thing while doing another. This should be considered Cambridge's worst gym based on service and the way they do not come through on fixing problems that never should have happened. Plus, I wanted to speak to the owner before signing up again, and still was denied. Never should have gave this gym a second chance.

I rented a locker at the fusions gym. To only find out after a month of absence to have it been given away to someone else. There was a new lock put on and my content removed. Rental payments are still going on on my locker. Go figure this one out. Very very disappointed In this.

Original: Doesn't get crazy busy in the evenings and the staff are polite. Lots of parking. Wide variety of equipment. Change rooms are kept clean and the steam room has been operational every time I've visited. Update (26 Mar 2018): Still a great place to work out but it has gotten extremely busy in the past few weeks. Great news for the business :) but does make Monday and Tuesday work outs a bit challenging. Finding parking on those days after 6pm is very difficult and there's been some frequent maintenance on the showers & steam room. May be related to the increased usage, not sure. My family and I have opted to avoid the gym on Mon and Tues as a result. Would be great if Fuzion invested in some EV charging stations. Since most folks are here for 1+ hours, makes perfect sense to have charging capabilities. Update mid May 2018: after seeing other gyms in the area (and they're popping up like crazy..), Fuzion is still the best by far. They might not be the cheapest but we're talking a few dollars a month difference but the quality of the equipment and the staff is totally on a different level.

Fuzion Fitness fits my needs better than any gym I have belonged to. I think the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the trainers are excellent. The ownership/management is constantly looking to upgrade and provide the latest in exercise equipment and technique. I also enjoy the clientele which consists of a wide range of age groups and exercise regiment. I think this is the best workout/exercise value in Cambridge.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM Unless you know you are remaining in Cambridge. I signed up and then 2 months later got a job out of town. I am being held hostage to pay every 2 weeks or pay them $100 to cancel the membership which isn't much more than to just continue paying. I feel there should be special circumstances if you have to move out of town as they don't have gyms in other cities. Spoken to manager about and told I have to pay the $100 or keep paying. Feel used and held hostage. If I ever move back to cambridge I will never use them again or recommend to anyone. Also they need to do something about the drains in men's change rooms. Always absolutely reeks.

Memerships are cheap but you get what you pay for. There's no room to move, everything is on top of each other . The equipment needs to be maintained or updated plus there is only 1 cable machine for the entire gym.

This is a great gym. The only issue I see is the lack of air circulation. The AC isn't strong enough in the summer and they have no fans running to help. I'd give a higher rating if it wasn't so hot all the time!

You need to really pay attention when it comes to your money! They charge first and last when you join and when you cancel the re charge you last month again. If you do not have your paper work as proof they will not give this extra charge back to you( luckily I still did). When you do have the paperwork they will just give the run around for a while and eventually I received my last month back. I cancelled because I had to for the time. I will never be back to this gym again!

I have been a member for almost six years, best gym in Waterloo Region. It is very spacious and well lit, not like a dungeon. All kinds of weight and cardio equipment. Great membership, they weed out troublemakers. The owners Pawel Konieczny and Jason Wilson both reside here so you know your fees aren't going to a corporate headquarters elsewhere in Canada or the U.S. Both owners are also very approachable if there is an issue. No matter what you want to do or your fitness level if you live in this area there is no better choice.

This is a fantastic gym filled with awesome people. It's smaller than other gyms I have seen before but I am never waiting for a machine. It's clean, the equipment works perfectly and it doesn't smell like gym. They have great perks like free hand towels and a steam room and the cost of membership is what makes Fuzion the best. It is by far the most bang for your buck.
