I was really hoping to join this gym since it’s so close to home. However when I contacted the facility I was told they were not taking any new members and that they couldn’t sign me up since they had no key fobs. I would have even paid double however they were not willing to accommodate me. I was pretty disappointed since I wanted to support a local gym. Luckily Golds gym was taking new members.

AVOID this gym. The owners, Chris and Alex, are rude and unprofessional. I requested my membership be cancelled before I moved provinces and Chris promised me I would get the last two months remaining on my membership refunded to me. This was on September 3rd. Since then, the two have given me the run around. Chris requested I contact Alex who request that I email Chris who tells me to contact Alex again. This ran its course until they both blocked me. I don't expect to get my money back. Avoid this gym and go somewhere with better customer service

This is the absolute best gym that I have ever lifted at. The coaching and programming is perfect. I love being able to play my own music and use chalk. Super supportive atmosphere.

The best gym I've ever been to, more than just a gym, it's a community where people actually talk to each other. They have any equipment you might need, including powerlifting competition-specific stuff like ER racks and speciality bars.

This gym is amazing. The Owner Alex is a man who comes from the fitness world and just GETS it. I checked this place out when it first opened and glad I checked it out again. Amazing trainers, friendly staff, and great equipment. Highly recommend!

I love this gym! Really sick equipment and I love the hardcore garage / warehouse feel! Great music playing louder than most gyms, perfect for getting a great workout in! Highly recommend this place and the owner is a super nice welcoming guy too !!

Great gym with a great atmosphere, people, and a wide selection of equipment. The downside as with some other gyms is that the lengths you have to go through to cancel a membership is ridiculous and there's no respect given to people that are discontinuing their membership. I sent multiple emails/texts only to get back half of what I'm owed. If you want to get a membership here, I recommend paying with a prepaid card. Be ready for an onerous and drawn out cancellation process otherwise.

This place is more than your average gym. It has a community-feel as soon as you walk through the door and everyone welcomes you. It has a true meaning of "Fit Fam"

I am providing this 5 star rating in fear that if I don't, Alex will punish me dearly during our next training session! Seriously Alex, I know when I'm at 8 and haven't done 10 reps yet... I CAN COUNT TOO! Seriously, I have been a member at a lot of gyms over the years and there is something very special about One For All Fitness! Right from the amazing ownership down to the members, the vibe at this place is different! It is relaxing, supportive and warm, it really is like working out with your family. It has all the torture devices, sorry, I mean "equipment" you could possibly ever need as well as the trainers come up with things you would never dream of to help support you in achieving your fitness goals. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Well, that is all...I should probably stop hiding in the bathroom and get back to my training session before Alex shares my "before" pictures on social media...

Phenomenal gym. I can’t stress how great the environment of one for all is. All I can say is if you want a good gym with good trainers. Go to good life. But if you want a gym with trainers that generally care not only about your physical condition but also your mental! Then one for all is the gym for you! Definitely Recommend!

This gym is awesome the equipment ???????? the people are amazing ???????? and the personal trainers ???????????????? They follow covid protocols and gym is clean weights put away and the staff is awesome I would recommend this place for sure

I’ve been to lots of different gyms and One For All is by far the best. Everyone is serious about training, it’s always clean and tidy, lots of benches/ racks, and the community there is very friendly.
