I joined She’s fit (metrotown) about three months ago , the staff is really nice and friendly , everyone has a special lovely character , kind Har with a smiling face , sweet and energetic Angela ,....,everyone is great ,specially my trainer Melinda ????she is the most wonderful and responsible trainer i’v ever had , i got a good result under Melinda ‘s HT program???? , she is amazing ????.

The staffs are nice and welcoming. And 3days trial was great. And there are so many cardio machines are available and COVID measures are properly implemented. And background music is not so loud, which is great and does not hurt my ears at all. However, the majority of the equipments are outdated. And it gets crowded in the afternoon and evening. It is okay considering its price. And also not many leg workout equipments.(especially inner-outer thigh machine. There is a space for free weights and mostly equipment for arms. But, I barely had a chance to touch Lat pull down machine because so many people keep an eye on it and waiting for it to be available. Hopefully, we can have one more Lat pull down machine so people don't need to wait in line for whole day. And one more thing, I am aware of that annual price adjustment is normal, but I believe that the improvement in quality should not be overlooked. Plus, you would better off making appointment for joining membership because it takes approximately 20-30mins to fill out application forms. Although I wrote down some complaints, I am fairly satistified with my new workout environment.

Ive tried 3 other gyms in the Vancouver : Burnaby area before finally finding this one, and this it where I’ll be staying! Its affordable, clean and stocked up with all the equipment I need. Coming back from covid, they did everything right to ensure a safe workout environment!

I am a regular at this She's Fit location. It is run by Melinda, the manager, and she chooses to hire a wonderful team. This She's Fit location's team includes: Marika, Rubina, Heidi, Kenisha, Harjyot, and a few others. Melinda personally has spoken to me since I have been at this gym. As a manager taking time out to talk to clients is actually a difficult task, so kudos to Melinda on making clients feeling important and welcome. Marika always welcomes everyone with a smile and positive energy, regardless of what time it is in the day. Her energy raises the vibrations at the gym. Kenisha gives wonderful conversations. Rubina can't be missed in the gym with the sparkle in her eye and with her Colgate smile! Heidi has a very inspirational spirit. The team members of this gym are amazing. I have no complaints and I have not seen any issues here. If you are looking for a women's only gym, this is a great one. I am from Vancouver and I go very often to this Burnaby gym. In fact, quite a few of my Vancouver cousins and aunts go as well to this specific location even though there other gym options closer to home. Thank you all for the wonderful service!

I feel bad writing a poor review because there have been a couple wonderful staff members and I have dealt with nice staff and friendly smiles. This doesn't make up for the numerous awful staff and managers I've dealt with. Poor attitude and lack of customer service come from the top and taint the culture here. I've seen staff braiding each other's hair while there are zero toilet paper roles in the whole gym. I had a staff member say "oh I'm actually done for the day," when she was the only one at the front desk. I recently brought my sister and asked for a guest pass. Didn't think this would be a problem since I was told I got guests passes when I signed up and had never used any. The manager asked if I received a twelve day guests pass in the mail yearly. I informed her I'd never received mail from She's Fit. The manager said I must have the wrong address on file. I asked her to check and they had my correct address. The manager said she could not give me the pass because I didn't get it in the mail. The manager then told us that if my sister got a membership, she would give us the twelve-day pass. Why would we need the pass if my sister bought a membership and why would an out of town guests buy a membership? The manager ended up giving us a consecutive three day pass and had us use up the first day compulsorily showing us around the gym (that I've been going to for two years) despite telling her we were not working out that evening. The gym closes at random times - at 1:00 pm the other Sunday for no reason; it was not a holiday, not a bad weather day, just a random Sunday. No apology, no sign, no explanation. I have to call and make sure they're sticking to the hours posted online before I go in. I would love to change this to a better rating if I see more value placed on customer service in the future and some deep cleaning of the facility.

Great gym, it has everything you need and the fitness classes are awesome. Super friendly staff too, especially Har! She makes the effort to greet everyone with a smile and makes everyone feel welcome. She always asks how I'm doing and makes the whole gym experience a lot more personal which I appreciate :) I would highly recommend this gym! :)

I was determined to get myself in shape after some...unfortunate events. I wanted to holistically improve myself and thought that signing up for a guided program would be the best option. I have chosen to go to She's fit! And after a couple of months of working out and following their program I am slowly and surely getting the results I wanted. The staff are all very accomodating as well and Melinda made a very good work out routine for me! :) Keep it up!

It was cheap but the amenities is poorly maintained, a machine has been broken for a long time and it was not super clean. The staff are always on their phones when clearly some work should be done instead. I wanted to warn you that they charged me and pretended the payment has not been processed even though I showed my bank statement. Their communication skills are very very poor and they kept going back and forth with the head office. During this time they still charged me 21 dollars because they thought I owned them a payment. Then, I received an email from the head office saying my payment method has been removed but when I went to the branch in Metrotown they said my payment method has not been removed. I asked the manager , Rubina Ghuman for a refund and she told me they can’t do that. Rubina is someone unprofessional and not transparent at all. Lack of skills and training who is even not acknowledging what the head office is saying. Do not go there

I called them to cancel my membership due to health issue but they keep changing to my account and after 6 months they said you need to pay 75$ cancelation fees, Very disappointing!

It’s really comfortable as it’s girls only gym. They have wide range of well maintained machines. The staff is very friendly. Especially I would like to mention Aarti and Navneh - Aarti gave nice stretching sessions and Navneh explained all the machines really well and gave health care advices. Love this place!

I started working out here 7 weeks ago and have been more than impressed by the dedication of staff, cleanliness of the facility as well as the attentiveness of management. When I walk through the door I am ALWAYS greeted with a warm welcome, by NAME! Alicia and Yanna have especially made my experience one-of-a-kind and quite honestly is at a standard much higher than you would even expect from a gym. The environment is positive, friendly and comfortable for all women to get a great work out! I live in the Metrotown neighbourhood and just signed up to She's Fit again after a few years of using various other gyms downtown. They are following all covid-19 safety procedures and everyone working at the facility is professional, welcoming and friendly. Price is very reasonable and lots of machines and free floor space available. It loses a star for me just because the equipment is fairly old and the facility is somewhat bare bones but I think it's good for the price.

My mother tried to go to the gym today and staff member Rubina at 7:21 PM on Monday October 5 has demanded she pay the no-show $10.00 for a missed gym session dated back to August 24. My mom did not miss this dated session, and the card scan was faulty that day (and other days). She was still allowed in even though her card did not scan. The staff here informed my mom 16 day laters on Sept 9 that she owed the no-show fee. They SHOULD'VE told her sooner, not over 2 weeks later. This shows POOR communication for members and LACK OF CLARITY amongst staff to retain proper scanning protocol.

The environment is supportive and friendly. The reception people are generally friendly and caring. My main problem is with the machines which are constantly out of order, mainly in the section where air pressure is used. There have been so many times when I have gone to use those machines and they are either not working at all, or half of them are out of order. Its very frustrating, and I wish the equipment, or the system, could be completely replaced or repaired.

It has been 3 weeks now since I started working out at this gym. My experience has been great. From day one (starting with registration) the staff has been really helpful. There is one particular staff member - Hang, who has been very friendly, guided me and trained me during my workouts and always answered all my queries. The facility is clean and they are taking all COVID-19 measures to make the facility safe. I feel good working out at this gym.

The staffs are very friendly. However, I am really disappointed about the hidden fee. I lost my credit card and that make the authorization payment didn't go through. They charged me $31 instead of the regular bi-weekly fee $13 when i went to change my credit card info. I didn't get any phone call regarding the credit card info before i went to the store. After couple months, i checked my bank transaction history, they started charge me $31 again without any reason. Hope the company can improve the payment system :)

Walked in and was completely ignored for a good 2 minutes, though there were 3 employees behind the desk. Eventually I was asked if I needed any help and I told them I was coming for a drop in. It seemed to bother them that I wasnt a member of trying to get a membership. The girl rudely told me "it's $10 then." Rolled her eyes and walked off. The other girl just went to the computer and didn't say a word. I held out the $10 bill for a while and she completely ignored me. Eventually she looked up at me and said "it's $10." By that time the bill was on the counter, laid in front of her. She didn't even grab it, she waited til I picked it up and held it out to her once again. I felt so uncomfortable and as if they were trying! to make me feel that way. Why so rude? I thought this was going to be a pleasant, judge free environment. My experience at the location was complete opposite of today's experience, here at Metrotown She's Fit. The employees seem unhappy or something. Disappointing, but whatever! I'm here to better MYSELF!

My She's Fit! experience has been very good overall. I used to be a member at the Kitsalano location (now closed) and Kingsway. Both gyms were very clean with a good variety of equipment. When I went during the day, both facilities were not packed and I didn't have to wait for equipment. Cardio selection is great at Kingsway and most machines have their own tv screens. The weight selection is not perfect, but totally adequate for any non-pro fitness enthusiast. During the peak hours, 5pm - 8pm, the place can get quite crowded and the audio from their class studio tends to be quite loud, but honestly, I've been a member at many gyms and I recommend this place. Reasonable membership rates and good selection of machines. Change rooms are good and this location has a sauna.

The good thing about this gym is it's a safe environment to work out without judgment and with a lot of encouragement. They have various classes that you can join. My favourite is Zumba and power. The instructors are knowledgable, supportive and funny. I always have a great time there. I hope if it stays a little bit late in the evening and also if they could have a kickboxing class. The staff at the reception are welcoming and friendly

I like the devices. They are not new but well maintained. I didn't end up going because the zumba classes were too early for me after work. Parking right at the front is really a convenient feature though.

OH MY GOD! Dont sign up for this. They are scammers. They have a lot of hidden charges and when you cancel your account, they try to scam you and say you owe money and its going to collections. Thry dont say what its for. I paid every single month, yet i owe them money? I dont think so. Scammers.

When you wanna sign up no one discusses the fact that they will reduce an annual fee and they just slide it over in a very small font in terms and conditions. They deduct the annual fee from everyone in May and even if you started your membership in January you’re still subject to the annual fee without it being discussed with you. They will not issue a refund and you have to go through seven stages of hell before you can even cancel a membership. A company or a facility that tries to take your money this way is a SHADY practice and cannot be trusted. Unethically trying to get people’s money by putting these expenses in terms and conditions in a very small font in the middle of a long terms and conditions contract is the exact type of shady practice that should warn off enough people to not become their member.

Honestly I've been to better at almost every other location ... first I would like to mention how great the staff is , always happy and nice with a professional attitude . Management did a great job with staffing! Also all of the work out classes are amazing , always so much fun . My biggest problem is with the hours of this location , they aren't set for the customer but more for the staff . The weekend hours are extreamly short starting Friday with a early close at 8PM and Saturday I believe until 4 and then Sunday they close at 1PM. Most people with careers and busy lifestyles enjoy a evening workout or taking advantage of the weekend . Next some small things like the pillow for the lay down tanning bed has been missing for two years ----- why ? It's so uncomfortable and also the tanning rooms are not properly cleaned ... the floors and outter machines should be kept cleaner , makes me wonder about the inside of the machines . Also would be nice to have more of the she's fit collection of work out gear and water bottles available for purchase . I still go this this location as it's right by my house but it would defiantly not be my first choice compared to others .

I just started going to the gym here and I love that it's an all girls gym. Everyone at the front desk is super nice and welcoming. I forgot her name but one of their workers Har? She went out of her way to help with me with something during one of my workouts and I highly appreciated that. It's super affordable for us girls who are working and going to school and the sauna + tanning beds are a plus!

Please do not come to this gym. I plead that you read. Edited review for a revised version: I’ve been a long-time member of this gym, introduced by my mother. My mother was a die-hard She’s Fit supporter for many years; she alleges that She’s Fit moulded her into a better person. And so following in my mother’s foot steps, I signed up. Some years ago, I lost my job while travelling abroad and was unable to pay for small luxuries such as the gym. My mother and I decided to cancel our memberships and they accepted, but fees were stacking up upwards of $200CDN each on a mailed bill and a letter that is like a shark loan’s warning all because we weren’t paying the gym... well, yes. We had cancelled our memberships! Confused, I told them that they had already handled my membership termination at the receptionist. The customer service denied ever receiving notice of cancellation but makes it a point to “considerately” halve my tardy fees, telling me that I can pay half the fees as she cancels my membership. But there was a catch: I had to pay the remaining month’s membership fees. I relented and paid. Years later, I reluctantly rejoin not because I enjoyed the company in particular, but because this is unfortunately the only prominent “women only” gym available within my mile radius. I don’t enjoy the new system. Booking may be easy to figure out, but the woman who had signed me up explicitly told me that “late fees did not apply to casual workouts”. You can imagine my surprise when the receptionist told me that they had to charge me $10 for being late to a booked workout session. Appalling. Here is what I found even more appalling: while signing up for the gym, they break down the prices for you. ~$30 per month for an elite membership with a year long contract; $20 for a plastic ID card (yes, that’s correct); ~$35 to sign up; and then the most amusing offer ever: $20 to keep your membership prices static “because corporate is thinking of raising prices.” $20? I thought I had already signed a contract for a set price per month—why are they raising the prices and why do I have to shell out an extra $20 to ensure that I am not affected by this? Final thoughts: It’s sad. Corporate has completely spun this gym into some kind of gimmicky cash cow. What exactly are the extra fees for? Why are we paying so much for a flimsy piece of plastic with a barcode on it? Why do you charge $10 for late fees? The average Canadian makes a grand total of $14.60 per hour in 2020 yet we are within a pandemic, leaving us with a shortage of jobs and money... so their solution as a company is to charge a late fee of $10 in the middle of a pandemic. The staff communication is completely skewered and seemingly absent; one woman will say one thing, one rep will say another. Why are the communication lines so blurred? What’s worst was having to witness countless of women utilise the machines without properly wiping down the equipment before and after usage. I stood there in disgust as I saw many women wipe their sweat off of their noses, their eyes, and their foreheads, and then touch the equipment. The company tries so hard to herd us like sheep on a field with their bogus booking system yet they fail to keep women like this in line. Am I really paying them for this? I don’t want to blame the employees because they’re just following company policies. The fault is really on corporate. I wish there were more women’s gyms in the city with offered arenas and classes because I don’t want to keep returning and then in turn, supporting Club 16 Trevor Linden Fitness and She’s Fit so that they can exercise this unprofessionalism unto other unsuspecting and naïve victims. Review update 29 Oct 2021 This gym is getting even better with the new manager, Yanna! New machines and a whole new section with trx bands, variety of weights (plates, dumbbells, bags, balls), pull up bar, and a barbell. Extremely efficient use of space, and excellent choice of equipment! Amazing work, and a super friendly and positive team! ???????? _________________________ I absolutely love this place. Been going for 2 years now and their price deal can’t get any better for only 8-16 dollars biweekly depending on the locations you sign up for, which are spread across Metro Vancouver with both female only and co-ed branches. This specific branch is my favorite, women only which is ideal for me as a hijabi, it has all the equipment needed for cardio and weightlifting, and the machine sizes and compatible for smaller size women. I would say this location flourished the most with the most recent staff and manager Rubina. Extremely friendly and professional staff, they know you by the name, regularly clean the place, very accommodative. I just love them all, it’s like a family to me now.

I absolutely adore this gym, the management and all of its lovely staff. I feel truly SAFE, welcomed and comfortable at this gym. The Covid protocols since day one have been absolutely exceptional. Staff is always so friendly and warm and welcoming. Even on the worst days when my mental health is in the toilet and I really need my workout, walking into the lobby here is an instant mood booster. Like curling up to a hot cup of tea or a warm fire. It's comfort and self care. I appreciate the effort that has been made this past year and a half to keep us safe and healthy. My wife absolutely loves this location, the staff are all very friendly and helped her settup a membership both on the phone and in person. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about maintenance fees and I'd like to remind everyone that 90% of gyms have these in some form.. The trade off for that here is a helpful, happy staff that give my wife a safe environment to workout in!

Spacious gym, sufficient cardio equipment but I do have one complaint. Their motto is "no judgement" and its even painted on the walls but the girls at the front desk are definitely judging me. I am overweight due to a sports injury so I am aware of how I look and am just tired of getting the 'stare' all the time not only from other members but even staff. I joined this gym recently and it has been a pleasant experience so far. Everyone at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. Especially Navneh is my personal favourite. she is an amazing trainer, very encouraging and extremely helpful. She always asks how I'm doing which i really appreciate it. She's FIT! has immediately charged all their customers on June 1st without notifying us whether through email or phone. I have requested a refund from She’s Fit as I was unaware and I am not planning on returning until next year. They have denied to refund me as they said they would need a months notice. However, everything was closed in Early May- how would anyone be able to pick up or answer any emails? You tell me She’s Fit. I would rather do a charge back on my credit card and penalize your company for this instead. Also they're going to charge me on July 1st as well, since I did not cancel on June 1st. The manager was super rude, her name was Rina and she's going to charge me for July 1st even though I was unaware that the gym was going to reopen on June 1st. Technically, they don't care about customers well being, even though we're in a Pandemic. I'm never returning again. Also this is seriously inconsiderate for the company to be doing this, especially in this situation. Shame on you She’s Fit!

I’ve been going here since Just Ladies and I can tell you of all the gyms I’ve been to, this one is the best. They have amazing staff that make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Elisha and Yanna are very personable and they go out of their way to help out any way they can. Elisha makes every effort to know everyone’s name, and both Yanna and Elisha always strike up a conversation which tells me they really care about their members.

I am participating in their 3 months long health transformation program at their Metrotown branch. My instructor is Navneh. She is awesome. She was always patient to me and still she is. As I never did any kind of work out before, I had so my confusions and questions but she made my journey really smooth and enjoyable. If you are considering signing up at this location- DON'T! The customer service at this location is horrendous and there is no transparency in billing and charges. I requested a refund for a payment they charged as I was completely unaware they were reopening (no email or phone call to even notify us). They completely disregarded and didn't even acknowledge my request for my refund when I was emailing them about freezing my account. When I called them about it, the girl that answered was beyond insensitive, saying in her own exact words (I kid you not) "We're already doing you a favor by letting you freeze your account, you want us to refund you too? You should be grateful we're offering account freezes." Absolutely appalling. Not only are the employees and manager extremely unprofessional, there is no consideration for a payment refund even if you have faced an unfortunate change in your financial situation during the pandemic. I will not be returning.

The location is very good. I'm surprised to see that the gym was still open in the snow!! And the team is amazing, they helped me out with equipments and showed me the sauna room. Too bad they only offer the full membership in a 12 month contract.

Highly dissatisfied with the MetroTown Branch: Inefficient Administration, Not Responsive, Lack of Clear Communication, No Transparency in Billing and Charges. They were not responsive to emails or calls. Lack of clear communication by the Manager and her team and very poor administration. The front desk was always busy, and I was put on hold most times and though I was told, they would call back, no one ever did. Inflexible - I was not able to resume the gym after it opened in June (followed by COVID closure) and wanted to cancel my membership, but still had to pay for all the months even though I was not using it. Membership Plans - Not easy to change your membership plans or update it. Also, every time, you want to change a fitness plan they ask you to produce a Doctor's Certificate. Cancellation and Charges - Faced many issues while cancelling my membership. Despite requesting them again and again regarding charges on my card, they were never able to give me a break-up. Never confirmed the last date of usage and payments on emails. Highly unprofessional in all matters related to billing. Healthy Transformation (HT) Plan - Highly Dissatisfied with the HT Plan. I was not able to resume the gym, but still had to pay for all the 7 months. Never received all what was promised earlier when I joined the HT plan - assessments, meal plan and personal coaching. I was told since I was given the Meal Plan in the start, I would still have to pay for the rest of the 6 months (no fitness assessments or personal coaching was given as promised). Finally got an answer to my credit card charges from the Corporate Office - please reach out to them for all your account related queries related to billing and charges.

They close too early however i like here and feel more comfortable ! I used to work out and moved to another the gym but i came back to work out here. That registration fee was that they told me earlier but i did not know about card fee when i join this membership.

If you're 18 to late thirties don't come here. You ask why I am saying that , well 40-50 plus members like to harass you on machines. They think it's because they have been coming here for years they own the gym. I get harassed from older ladies who like to laugh at my lip filters or on what I wear to the gym. Yeah so what I wear leggings and a sports bra IT'S A GYM FOR GOODNESS SAKE. The older ladies are bullies they like to chat while they are using the machines together. They point at you and laugh and gossip. They put their items on a machine to reserve it while they got to the lobby to talk to their friends who are waiting for a group class. When you're in a group class they all like to judge you and save spots for their friends even if you're there early. When I go to the weight room they poke me and tell me to get off because they need to use it. They also eat in the gym while they are on machine. I am no longer a member and it was the best decision I have ever made. I no longer get harassed by elderly woman or get laughed at. She's fit you should change your name to Seniors fit.

This place definitely TENDER LOVING CARE. ASAP! The air conditioning does not work. It has not worked for weeks now. Changing room area and dance studio are the worst! When members ask the staff about it, the answer is the same: " we know , the technicians will be here NEXT WEEK". Next week comes along and the situation remains the same. They try to cool the place a little bit with fans! Carpets are filthy. The are leaks in the roof. Solution? Buckets around the facility. Some classes are popular. That means lots of women wanting to get a spot. In order for us to get a spot, we have to go an hour or more PRIOR TO THE CLASS and WAIT FOR IT, LINING UP at the front desk area !We CAN'T exercise ,we can't even go to get change or use the ladies rooms without telling the person in front AND behind you where you are going so you won't "lose" your spot ! Lots of members have complained to management about this particular issue. Have asked them to consider implementing a better system. We have offered suggestions. Nothing happens. Ever. Every issue that arises or any legitimate complain meets deaf ears. If that was not bad enough, if we complain, we get the cold shoulder treatment from managers. They will not talk to us. Instead, they instruct staff to keep a close eye on the members that have summited a complaint and to report to them. A week ago lights at the dance studio were so bright and it looked like a stadium. One light was shining right at my eye level making it difficult for me to see the and follow the Zumba instructor directions which for Zumba classes , we are given hand signals rather than voice ones . I could not see my instructor at all. I asked her if possible to turn the lights down. She was not able to do so. I left my class to ask a staff member. Explained the situation. She simply said could not do anything but that she was going to pass the information to the manager! I had to wear my sports hat,lower it to the left side of my head to be able to see and continue with my class.! Absolutely poorly managed place. Worse part is there is absolutely NO ONE to talk to that will actually listen to us, much less act professionally and care for the needs of us, the members. There is no office manager but a group class one. She rules that place at her will. A Regional manager shows up occasionally. She isn't much different from the group class manager. If there is someone above these two, we simply can't access or get in touch with them. Calling " Head office" is useless. No one can be of assistance. There is no one to talk to but the " Regiona"l manager. I already said what she is like. And the list goes on and on and on. It is a cheap gym. I guess the expression: "you get what you pay for" it is absolutely true. At least at this place. You may think you are saving money. At the end you are not. Instead you are wasting time waiting for classes, putting up with a lot of issues like a facility that is awfully old and in need of too many repairs, on top of burocracy and poor management. If you can afford it, go somewhere else.

I have requested for months now to cancel my membership ever since COVID-19 started as I was uncomfortable entering the gym. I have never even entered the gym once since opening my membership because when I joined, not even 3 days later the country was on lockdown. Every time I requested to cancel my membership, the club extends my freeze for 2 months. They are now making me pay for the membership fee and have charged me extra. When I call them, they said that I never clearly stated I wanted to cancel my membership when I did several times (I have the emails and even read them aloud to them and they just kept saying I wasn’t clear). What is not clear about saying I want to cancel my membership. AND if that’s the case, good customer service would be to reach out and ask for further clarification of what I meant. They won’t remove the fee on my account either and keep sending emails and texts that they will keep charging me extra money if I don’t pay it. It’s COVID time for goodness sakes, why am I expected to pay for this fee when I haven’t even stepped in the gym and from what I’ve heard, they don’t even clean up the gym as properly as they should. I am fed up with She’s Fit and will never return to this gym ever again. Highly DON’T recommend going to this gym. Don’t be enticed by their cheap fees.

The equipment is old and they recently increased the membership fees and also charged me $41.99 this month for gym upgrades..... during COVID you are charged more??? the facility and machines are old and outdated. The weight machines cannot all be used. A sign in the ladies washroom shows an add for new upgraded equipment... I have NOT seen ANY new equipment or machines! UPDATE: Weeks of dirt build up on the mirrors which is GROSS! Clearly "CLEAN" is not necessary but increasing memberships is... SHAMEFUL!

Been coming here for 4+ years and counting! It’s a great all women’s gym. Only reason why I dont give it 5 stars is because there’s always at least one machine under repair and the parking isn’t free. But the monthly membership rate beats any gym I’ve seen so not much to complain.

This is not Ganeshan. This is his spouse Tina (Thilaka). I see She's Fit as a good place to go for little money as under $20.00 per month with access to variety of equipment. There may be some staffs not polite with all customers at sometimes. Actually I do have a different problem which is increased lately to unbearable. Some people are consuming other's precious time being on the phone or texting while others waiting to use the same equipment. This is not acceptable. If you want to be on the phone, please do not block others and stay on the side. The management must keep an eye on them.

I've been with Club 16 / She's Fit for around 7 years on and off as I moved homes. The gym is clean, spacious, and the temperature is just right. For the price, I can't complain about the weekend hours - which work fine for people who don't work weekends. The only thing I have to complain about is on the weekends if you want to start your workout right when they're open. Perhaps I'm unlucky, but the times that I have shown up at opening time, they weren't open allegedly because "the girl who has the key isn't here yet." They're apologetic and polite, but it doesn't make up for lost time. On an unrelated to the club note, recently they've removed the note about time limits on machines (which I love!) But there is one particular member who would stand behind me with menacing eyes for the duration of my workout as she would like to use that particular elliptical machine only. It makes me feel uncomfortable and awkward at the club.

I only went here for the free trial. I really enjoyed the relaxed, casual and supportive atmosphere. Unfortunately when I wanted to sign up to use the gym I learned the only option is have it automatically withdrawn each month from your bank. There is no way to just do a month registration and pay at the counter, you can only do the pre authorized payments or pay for day drop in which is $10.00 a day. I found this very strange. I don't want to commit to a gym when my lifestyle can be unpredictable and I don't always get to the gym. You also have to have an "appointment" with the staff before you are allowed to sign up and they ask you questions and assess you. I understand this is meant to be supportive, but I found it intrusive. I know how to work out, I just want to pay for a month here and there and work out. I was frustrated that the young staff seemed disorganized and took 15 minutes to find my file online and then I found out it has to be pre authorized payments. This gym looses my membership because of these reasons.

I am extremely disappointed with service and fees that have been recently charged on my account which was not even discussed during the signing of the agreement. Also, I had to apply and fill the membership form 2 times that was just because of the mistake/error made by the representative of SHES FIT. Also, once I had an appointment with Manager and I showed up on time but the Manager wasn't there. After waiting for 40 Minutes I was told by the staff member that the Manager won't be able to come in today. This was totally unprofessional.

The reception girls are continuously standing, and they don't get to sit down. They are so friendly, as I was on the rower, I can see into one of the little offices where they take sales. The blond girl with dark roots, was sitting on her phone the whole time I was at the gym. You are paying for her to be on her phone? What makes it more laughable, she had it plugged in. Get the reception girls a chair if your other staff get to sit on their phone the whole shift. It's shameful you waste money on lazy employees.

I've been coming to this gym for many years. Its a great environment with friendly staff and all the basics. Best type of place if you're not looking for a lot and just need a simple workout. They have done a great job with Covid measures and precautions since re-opening. Markers and signs are distributed throughout the club and the new booking process is different but easy to figure out.
