What a friendly environment and professional attitude! You can see and feel that the personnel is working 100 percent and even more.

Great gym and they have put a lot of effort into precautions for customers. While I'm a little sad that not all my favorite equipment are not available -- the facility itself is clean, and spread out enough to where I feel safe working out again.

I've been wanting to try PowerWatts for a long time having seen the positive reviews from well known Canadian cyclists. The class was even better than I thought it would be! Joanie did an excellent job of running the class and explaining the "why" behind each effort and what we should be focused on. Whether it was form, consistency or just effort, I was clear on the intent of the effort which made the class go by fast, and felt like it was a worthwhile 90 minutes! I wish I lived on the mainland and could access PowerWatts on a weekly basis-- I'm confident it would get me ready for the road race season!

Used the PowerWatts Cycling Studio with the awesome coach Zachary Kader. I had a very good experience figuring out my FTP and got the detailed results on the following day. Zach also took us in a tour of the magnificent state of the art facility explaining the role of each department. A place for you to use in case you are looking for a Gym, Physio, Massage, Rehab, training.

I've been a client of the Fortius Fitness Centre for 2 years now! I do Small Group Training and Pilates, and have seen major improvements of my strength and muscle tone! Client services staff is super friendly, and the coaches are great! Highly reccomend :)
