I took a shot to go out of my comfort zone of running and spinning and thanks to gentle prodding from the owners (Val and Claire), F45 Downtown Burlington has become my new obsession. I've been to 34 classes since Jan 10 and haven't NOT loved one yet. There's always something new, different and challenging and the group setting is super motivating. The instructors do an amazing job of giving you tips on form and keeping you motivated, and knowing that everyone is there to work hard is awesome. Congrats to Val and Claire on an awesome job!!

I have never been to a workout studio that is so engaging! If I miss a day of working out, I crave the workout! The trainers are always there to help you lift heavier and get an extra rep in or correct your form. The workouts are all planned for you, so you just have to show up and give it your all for 45 minutes!

This gym feels like a community, with no judgement in a highly supportive environment. On top of my personal results the bonus is meeting new people. Mkatz is my favourite workout but you’ve got to try them all.

I've been a member at many gyms over the years and this by far is the best experience I've had! I need a gym schedule that doesn't interfere with my family time and the class times work perfectly for my schedule. Going at 5:45am to a regular gym would be agonizing but at F45 there's no thinking, they tell you exactly what to do, and there's no choice but to work HARD!! I've never pushed myself so hard and after just a few weeks I'm seeing results!

F45 is amazing! The owners of the downtown Burlington location Claire and Val are both so lovely and really take the time to get to know each member and support their health and fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and the atmosphere is friendly, fun, motivating and supportive - which isn’t easy to come by at many gyms. I would go every single day if I could. Originally I thought I would only be able to go 3 days per week because of my busy schedule, but have been shifting things around so that I can make 4-5 classes/week because I love it so much. It’s a great community to join for anyone who is looking to positively change their health, fitness and lifestyle. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to join the F45 fit fam!

I’ve been going to this F45 location since the end of January. I absolutely love their workouts and how they’re different every day. I always leave feeling like I pushed myself to the best of my ability because the trainers are always walking around cheering you on and ensuring that you get one more rep in. I don’t weigh myself, I just go based on how I feel and how my clothes fit, and I’ve gone down a couple notches on my belt and I just feel fantastic. I drive every day from Grimsby, that’s just how great this place is. I could keep going, but if you’re hesitant on trying, don’t be. It’s amazing and everyone’s so welcoming.
