The IMPACT experience is phenomenal. The place is neat, capacious and enticingly inviting. The staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. The service is excellent. After just three days visit, I already feel great. This would be the place to go for physio in Brooks.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone! The staff are friendly, professional, and thorough in their work. I noticed a dramatic difference in the recovery of a sprain I had after beginning to go to this office. I have even found it to be the case in my experiences here that the therapists have gone above and beyond to ensure I am making my physical health a priority. They have made suggestions for ways I can increase mobility, and reduce pains, as well as providing exercises I can do, even though these were not the reasons I originally went to Impact Health. I appreciate the genuine interest they show in their clients' overall health. This office makes a great addition to the health services provided in the Brooks area!

I have been going to specialist after specialist searching for some kind of answer to my TMJ and pain management in addition to having Multiple Sclerosis and OSA(obstructive sleep apnea) I am basically a hot mess. I have been dealing with a lot of pain with the TMJ in the last 6 months (while seeing massage therapist, tens therapy, Gua sha, dentist (having to pay for a $1500 occlusal appliance out of pocket), you name it I have tried) also while trying to manage my MS, long story short I met with Ryan for physiotherapy today, while he assessed and treated my spinal/posture alignment a massage therapist overheard part of our conversation and suggested that I try massage therapy, she could only fit me in for a half hour appointment but I said yes, I will do and try anything to get some relief!! Her name is Johanne and let me tell you, she knows her stuff! For the 1st time in over six months, I can wear my glasses because the sinus/ear pressure is bearable and I have some pain relief around 60% less from a 1/2 hr visit!!!!! I could write a book on my journey through having MS since 2008, OSA 2017 and TMJ(D) 2019 but I have never in my life of specialists, referrals, waiting, etc. Had such great people who genuinely care about their clients and want to help them feel better. I look forward to my further treatments and for once in a long time look forward to a brighter pain manageable future!!! Thank you Ryan and Johanne!!!!

I would originally give this one start but because of Colleen I will give two out of 5. Positives: reception staff were super nice and said hello on first name basis. Clean. I only got to see Colleen once (due to financially) for acupuncture. She was truly insightful, explained what she was going to do, made you comfortable and gave some relief to My pain. She is a great listener and I would only have gone back to see her if my benefits would cover it. Negatives: Sarah was nice but she didn’t listen. Felt like she just wanted her pay and to get me in for 4 days in a row for nothing. Treatment did nothing. After the second day I had reached a breaking point and explained I didn’t want to receive the treatment and wanted to try something else. She said it works given time (so I continued because I was desperate for relief). She caused me more emotional strain. There were some other confidentiality issues I had endured but I think this is enough. If you need a place to go or to see someone. See Colleen!

I am enjoying visiting IMPACT Health. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel so comfortable. The best relaxing time that I had it was with Johanne. She has magic hands and great energy. Highly recommended this place!

If you are a person who wants a quick fix this is not the place for you. It took a few weeks but by using the stretching and strengthening exercises prescribe by Ryan my back feels better than it has in months. I would highly recommend impact health for those looking for a long term solution to their injury recovery needs.

I like the service at IMPACT Health Physiotherapy and massage is unreal. When you walk in the front desk people great you with the smile and hello. When your Physio take you in the back they are always happy. I found that when they are talking to you about your recovery, treatment they make sure you understand what they are doing and how it help's you. When you are done they make sure you are booked again that work with your time frame. I would recommend them for your rehab.

My name is Tracy Krinke. I have to say that my experience with all of the staff at this office has been quite professional and nothing like what has been posted in an employee review. Of the 2 bad reviews posted here I notice that the second is not in their client base but does seem to have the same first name as the disgruntled employees husband. While I can not comment on her experience as an employee, I have dealt with both Ram and Ryan several times and have been very pleased with both of them. They are nothing if not professional in their work and seem to be extremely well trained. My feeling is that I have progressed extremely well since I started going to them. I feel I have a very good judge of character and it definitely does not mesh with this disgruntled employees review. I would hope that any one looking for a very good if not great therapist take the disgruntled review with a grain of salt and give them a try. It is always good to make up your own mind and I don’t think you will be disappointed. I should say that other members of my family have gone as well and they are also pleased .
