The only reason I put two stars was because it's the brooks arena and I support my home team. Friends and I called the CRA before a bandits game at 4 today to ask if an at home rapid covid test would be enough to let us see the game, they said yes even after we checked not one, not two, but three times. We checked with them three times and each time we were told yes it is acceptable, we arrive to the game only to be turned away even after we explained that we had an earlier call and we were accepted to go and watch the game then. We ended up not seeing the game because of an employee error.

Amazing rink very clean, amazing staff, great prices, good food, very easy to navigate. The alcoholic beverages aren't very good. No high balls. So if you don't like beer or coolers be prepared because that is all they serve unfortunately. Wish they would change this.

This place is amazing. Comfortable seating with a ton of leg room. No cup holders for your drinks though. Very impressive sports venue, especially for a small town. More arenas should be modelled off this place. Impressive to say the least.

Bright, beautiful, modern facility. Great concessions. A1 facility. For hockey the seating area is very close to the action making the viewing experience amazing. The main lobby concession area could probably have been designed a bit better. It can get a bit chaotic at busy times but fortunately theres a smaller concession area at the other end.

Great facility for the hockey games and town events. Plenty of parking and usually pretty clean. My family loves watching the bandits play and we enjoy the family friendly environment.
