Robin has been my personal trainer for almost a year now. She helped set me up with Skype sessions so I could work out over my lunch hour from Ottawa. Since starting with Robin I feel/look stronger, I've lost 10 lbs that I was carrying from inactivity, and I've made much better decisions about what I eat. I have so much more energy, am more positive and less stressed. I would highly recommend Robin for any women who are serious about improving their health and wellness!
