I have been a trainer for over 20 years and this is a gym I would of build if I had the money, but since I don't have that kind of money. I am the head coach there and if you are looking to try something different and get results. Please come and try boxing beginners to pro athletes welcome.

Strength IN Freedom

Good martial art gym with lots of space and decent amount of equipment. Opening hours are not great if you like training later in the day as they close at 10pm

Really amazing and maybe underrated. Highly, highly recommend you check it out if you're looking at it and thinking about going. Mind blowing huge facility. First time working out there today and I really enjoyed it. A real gem.

Great facility and even better BJJ/kickboxing lessons run by sensei Joe and associates. My 5 years old son has become much more disciplined too. Highly recommended!

Of all the gyms I've trained at in the GVRD, this is the best. Big....clean.....nice equipment. Crowd is pretty chill. Rap & hip hop is the music of choice. Fits the vibe. I've really fine tuned some points in my physique since there. Fairly 'focused' gym, but anyone could join. Check it out ????????????

Big gym,decent equipment but very limited operating hours. Not very perfect or friendly staff either. They deserve a LOT of credit to have the balls to stay open during covid 19 which me and many other appreciated

Great space and equipment BUT THEY HAVE TO BUY more quality bars and have more variety of them. There hours are also a bit hard compared to other gyms. AMAZING Martial arts section and fair prices

When I first went to this gym I was stunned by the size and now I'm in absolute love with the place that I now call my home gym, they have everything from boxing, mixed martial arts which I wanted to learn!! they have like 10 squat racks which is awesome as I love to squat, everyone is super friendly!!!come check this place out!

great gym, welcoming staff, large facility and super clean! I love that they have all kinds of punching bags and an octagon/boxing rings! One of the best gyms I've been to, only thing is its kind of far but other than that its awesome, wish it was open 24hrs!

I got a 6 month membership during the Covid-19 outbreak. These guys did a great job on making sure everything was cleaned, people are wearing masks etc. Great gym, great equipped, great people. I live in Surrey and was well worth the drive everyday to get my workout in!

Phenomenal gym. Great for martial arts and training with strength equipment (only hammer equipment which is great). Quality amenities such as sauna, waterfountain, and nice toilet paper. Amazing staff and patrons which create a welcoming and club like atmosphere. Ed has an energy that is unmatched, the second you step in you can feel the vibe throughout the gym. Highly recommended to try at least one (first time is free!).

Loving this gym! Been coming for about 3 weeks now and wanted to wait before giving a review. The girls in the front are always friendly. They have a wide variety of equipment which is great in comparison to my previous gym. It's a little more expensive but definitely worth it!!

Awesome for serious lifters— just wish it was 24 hours ????. The price is justified for the equipment and size , vibe etc. Definitely pricey for gyms but u get what u pay for like I said just wish the hours were 24 or 2 am/ midnight ????????????. Wish it was closer to my house ..

This is the best gym in B.C., potentially Canada. You want a place where you will achieve actual results? World Champion Gym, Richmond, B.C. is the place where you will get the best results. I was in pretty awful shape when I started here, and now I've never felt better. So much space, 25,000+ square feet. Boxing rings, and the cleanest, newest equipment I've ever worked out with. This is the best place, a hidden gem. So glad I discovered this place.

I've been coming here for a few weeks now and finally grabbed myself a 3 month pass. I've really enjoyed working out here. It has everything you need. Gritty but yet clean facility. All hammer strength equipment. Lots of monster humans train here, humbling and motivating to train at.

Very nice facility! Very spacious, brand new high-end equipment, clean, not-crowded at all, friendly manager and good rates. This giant warehouse includes an octagon cage, a two boxing rings, lots of punching bags, a variety of weight training machines, brand new dumbells up to 140lbs, tons of squat racks and barbells, accessories such as lifting belts, boxing gloves, boxing pads, kicking pads, slingshot for benchpress and more, and an open run way for tire flips and activities. The location is a bit far but I think it is because of their affordable land that allows them to build such a massive gym and charge the same membership rates as or lower than a community center gyms in Richmond and definitely lower rates than other gym chains. Another plus is that they play upbeat top 40s hip hop music, which is my favorite =D

On the website it has promos, called to verify these were for the month of January and the guy said yes. A day later the front desk said it's all outdated. Picture of their actual prices attached, don't believe anything online.
