Fantastic handicapped access bathroom means the world to me. When the equipment needs service it has never been out of order for long. Some hiccups with the automatic entry when they opened but those appear resolved. Thank you GoodLife.

Inside atmosphere is nice, staff members are very friendly but the management system ????????. Management should pay attention more on how to keep their customers happy rather to say goodbye. I had very bad experience from the management. I will give them one star for the staff members only.

No towel service and you need to have your fob activated for this specific location so if you're visiting you need to make sure your first time is while someone is on site

Good gym, good amenities. Large building with a lot of equipment. Quite busy around lunch and just after dinner, at least from what Ive seen. YMMV

Unfriendly staff. Say “it is your responsibility to know that you can’t bring guests in non-staffed hours” well if you pay for that, then expect the paying customer to bring in guest. I won’t recommend this gym to anyone. Sent an e-mail long time ago, seems like no one checks their inbox here. Definitely not recommended at all. Superb example of management failure, they just leave a comment. I would give them zero stars if I could here. (updated May 21, 2019).

Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Great equipment, very clean, awesome staff and amazing members! Also monthly draws and give-aways on awesome items such as smart watches, wireless Beats, etc. Love it there!

Very little cleaning is being done!! Staff spends all their time talking and neglecting covid rules. No mask enforcement, cleaning stations are empty!! Very few people are cleaning their stations after use!!! 4pm to 6pm is when I notice all this weekdays!
