We offer you the opinions of real people who purchase the services and products of Fit4Less (Gym) in the area close to British Columbia (Canada).
Right now this firm receives a score of 4 stars out of 5 and that score has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is very good, and it is founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the valuation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they are pleased with the business, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give reviews when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Gym is classified in the category of Gym.
I'm sure there's value somewhere here, but this review is an indictment of the so-called manager at the Fit4Less Burlington location, not a view on other staff and potential services. I obtained a membership for my 16 year-old son several months ago, but since that time (C-19 shut-down notwithstanding) there has been no chance of securing a workout timeslot. Up until 2 days ago, the reservation system only opened at midnight, thus all timeslots were quickly booked by night owls. Ironic, given it's a business which focuses on health, incentivizing people to compete at midnight for timeslots. In any event, due to this frustration, I spoke with the manager to cancel the membership and requested a refund for the initiation and monthly fees paid since November. The response: a flat "NO". In addition to not empathizing with the situation she repeatedly referred me to the "contract" that my son signed, stating that fees had to be paid. Apparently, it was lost on her that a contract requires performance for the service provider as well, and to the extent these services are not made available, then that's a breach by Fit4Less, not by the customer who actually held up his end of the contract by making the payments. Despite the logic, there was no flexibility. The point here is that there's a right way and a wrong way to deal with these issues and ameliorate a situation. If one is a "manager", then one is required to manage, which includes finding reasonable accommodation when warranted, based on the facts. If handled correctly, then a good chance to "wow" the patron and enable future business. This won't be happening. A disappointing experience.
It’s pretty good bang for buck and it’s well kept. Lots of cardio gear and space. Tight weight room.
Clean. Quick responses to my concerns. Great equipment. Great price.
This gym arrived in our neighbourhood a few years ago and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff are all friendly and sweet. The clientele are all respectful of each other and the gym rules. This truly is a place where everyone can walk in and feel welcomed, no judgements, amazingly affordable and super clean. There are loads of cardio equipments so no lines, exercise machines, benches and free weights. Open 24/7 and very secure. I love it!
24/7 Gym, has all the equitment + stuff I'll never use. I workout in the middle of the night, almost never see anyone and if I do the gym is big enough that I can't see or hear them most of the time. Place is clean and during normal hours I can use the massage chairs and tanning bed. If you do your own thing and don't want people in your way or anyone to talk to ever, this is your gym. Theres 5 fully equipt flat bench presses and a entire wall of squat racks and smith style power cages. (You will never have to wait unless you are picky about a certain piece) Usually I keep this place to myself and not tell anyone but after using it for awhile I realize no one likes to workout in the middle of the night so it does not effect me. I'm currently looking for a gym with 24/7 shower, sauna and steam room but that's asking for too much.
Open 24/7 which is great, but after a few days, I realized I need way more privacy and space for my workouts. I went at a peak time and starting getting anxiety about finding a spot to do some burpees. Im not sure if I’ll be able to find a larger gym with great value. I would still recommend this facility. Its clean, tidy, organized and has a Great view of the mountains.
Pros: Decent variety of newer machines, friendly staff, cheap prices Cons: Tanning beds don't get you tan, difficult to get a machine or bench during busy time, cleanliness of bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Overall: Decent cheap gym
maybe two of their staff is nice but seems like those two are now gone. Can hardly get any service, they just gab to one another. The one girl is always rude and gives me and my brother a hard time. Its cheap for a reason but the attitude the staff has makes you not want to go there. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Crunch I hear is the way to go for now if you want inexpensive and a decent gym going experience. Movati Athletic if you are serious and want to live at the gym lol. This location is generally clean, equipment not usual broken but when it is it isn't fixed for some time. Only reason to go is cheap tanning and massage/ month if you have black card. Although you have to use about an hour before the staff hours are done, I asked to use the bed for 20 minutes and staff said they are closing (staff hours as posted wasn't over for another 45 minutes). Staff seem to have the attitude of "minimum wage, minimum effort" two thumbs down :(
It's okay, it has everything one may need to work out, staff is lovely and it's clean. Although, it lacks serious space and equipment. So, if you're in need of say battle ropes or deadlift platforms and room to do other exercises you may not fit.
Their staff team is really friendly and great location, close to a lot of offices nearby. Have enough gym equipments
Good
Getting quite crowded even at 'shoulder hours' such as 9am to noon. Don't even think about going during peak 'after work' hours unless you have a thing for sweaty people in close quarters. I would be happy to pay twice as much for less people.
Clean workout area. Following all the guidelines set by Govt. For mitigating covid 19. Cheap and worthy.
limited gym equipment (cant really do any heavy lifting), they have a dam alarm lol what?? Price is cheap so its alright i guess
Low membership fees, lots of equipment, and not too busy. Good no frills gym
The gym policy only requires masks when traversing the gym, not while exercising. This is a ridiculous policy which endangers not only the members but also the staff and general public. Covid-19 is spread by heavy breathing - so a mask not worn while exerting is not achieving anything. Club 16 requires masks at all times. I feel very certain no physician approved Fit4Less/Goodlife's policy, particularly at the Vancouver location, which is very small. I think Fit4Less should show more concern for their members during the pandemic. Their policy is reckless and foolish.
Good place for workout
my favorite gym
Great staff, clean environment.
Awesome gym. I have paid way more in other gyms with worse machines and nonchalent staff. The entire staff including the manager Deanna is great and cheerful . It's a no BS gym, no upselling , no unecessary personal training membership . To top it all change rooms and washrooms are squeaky clean. The best part it costed me just $182 for the entire year of membership ! What more could I ask for.
Great, clean, well-maintained gym with good facilities. Recommended.
The staff are friendly here and it is quite clean. The only complaint I have is that they allow customers (usually men) to grunt exceedingly loudly, drop heavy weights (barbells) on the floor, and stare at women. It makes the atmosphere pretty uncomfortable, especially when it's nearly every day of the week.
Pros: Nice and clean, very big with lots of space, the weights are almost always put away properly, usually doesn't have very many people. Cons: no squat rack, tiny showers with varying water temps (either cold or far too hot).
Just joined. It's nice it's clean and machines are all good. Shower is small. $300 a yr. 24/7 Great location
New facility. Great value.
Usually not crowded and well equipped, cheap too
I don’t understand their policy. I joined the membership for a year and they automatically extended my membership. I have an email they sent me. It says the end date is Jul 2019, that’s why I thought I don’t need to notify them to stop the membership. If you guys wanna stop the membership, you MUST notify them at least a month ago. I’m still paying for the membership
Worst experience of my life. Dont get a membership.
So far so good. Not that busy for the price of a membership.
Cheap & convenient
(Translated) Good appliances and nice atmosphere. (Original) Aparelhos bons e ambiente agradável.
Very clean and tons of equipment!!!! One very big flaw is no water fountain. Would give up the free tans for water any day!
Should concentrate on Covid 19 restrictions.
It's a no frills gym
Goodlife has done a great job making it possible for people in Canada to go to any gym across the country with no hassle, familiar set ups, and quality equipment. Fit4less is a cool little sister for sure with a great price, but, this gym is full of so many people who slam weights, have no awareness of others, and seem to have no basic idea of how a gym works (watch a damn YouTube video please). Equipment is not cheap, hence the reason memberships are a thing. Respect your mind, body, and your fellow gym goers. Cheap doesn't mean stupid. It means affordable. Let's keep it that way.
Decided to try out this location around 7:00pm on monday. The gym is very clean and has a large variety of equipment to use. The freedom racks are an interesting squat rack alternative. The two ladies working at the front were very welcoming, greeted me with big smiles. The shorter one of the two girls explained the memberships to me... can't believe how inexpensive this gym is for what it offers! Exceptional service and amazing equipment. However the girls at the front were pretty tall I'm surprised they don't give them stools to sit on, their backs must ache haha Overall A++
Comparing to other locations, it's smaller and with few machines. The room is poorly divided. You can work out here, but if you're a fitness person, you won't like it very much.
Nice gym! Everything you need. Wish the showers were also 24/7 but other than that not bad.
Clean, affordable, nice place to work out! The staff is helpful and welcoming ????????
dont bother joining this club. it is cheaply run. the staff are rude. they couldn't even take cash payment for drop in's, which was retarded. I swear the receptionist is the cleaning guy from india. I wouldn't bother with this gym unless you don't care about customer service or cleanliness. 0 stars!
Water fountains and wifi?!?!
No fountain to fill your water and it's a new gym doesn't make any sense! And there's only 3 little single person change rooms very weird
Good gym open 24h/day.
Fantastic gym very clean , new and spacious also it’s not busy mostly. I took my friend the other day and he was very impressed too so he registered right away .. The best part is it’s open 24/7 and you can access any of their locations .. My friend lives in Milton so we go sometimes there
Great cheap gym. $20 a month will get you unlimited access for 24 hours a day 365 days a year. They have pretty much every thing you need the only thing lacking is a water fountain but all of their locations don't provide water fountain stations. Although there are massage chairs and hydrotherapy massage tables also a tanning booth.
Great gym. Good equipment. Everything seems very clean and sanitized. Covid guidelines are being followed, and because of it it is not crowded and working out is very comfortable.
Staff is amazing
Wasted a lot of time and money trying to cancel my membership during the pandemic. Never got to use my membership but still got the biweekly charges without stop
TD;DR: Tried to cancel my membership and get a refund since Sep 29th. Called four times and each time was told it will be cancel and I will get my refund but never did. Be careful when you sign up here. After signing up online, I went to the gym for the first time on 29th and discovered that the weightlifting space is very small and impossible to keep a physical distance so I decided to cancel my gym membership on spot. The guy at the front desk told me it's done and I should get my refund within 14 days. I then removed my payment method on my online profile to ensure I would not be charged by mistake. On Oct 15th, I received an email notifying me that a payment was not successfully charged by fit4less so I called them and asked about it. Staff on the phone told to me ignore the email and my refund will have been processed and should be in my account within the next week or so. On Nov 15, I received the same email so I called them back again, the girl on the phone told me that there was a mistake in the refund process so it was never done and she submitted another refund request. On Nov 25th, I received an email indicates my cancellation is completed. On Dec 23th, I called them again since I still haven't received my refund, staff on the phone told me that the process has gone through on Nov 30th and I should be receiving my refund by now and told me to wait till Jan 11th. I think it is unreasonable to take over three months to get a refund and I don't even know I will be getting it since they have repeatedly told me it will be in my account soon.
A very nice gym for the price. Being open 24 hours is probably the biggest plus for night owls.
They are doing a great job in pandemic time.
Awesome. The perfect gym.
Very good gym and specialy very cheap! The environment is clean and organized. The machines are new and modern. With the black card you can use the massage chair. The place is 24/7
I paid online and got there today to get my key pass during their staff operating hours and no one was working and could not get in. Very frustrating... Looks like the staff don't really care about customer service. I tried this gym once before and there is no drinking water fountain in the gym which is none sense to me. The gym is not bad with new equipment. I prefer the GoodLifeFitness at Mapple View mall for the quality and quantity of equipment. I guess you get what you pay for...
Best gym according to Price and facilities
Great gym for a great price. Been there at different times and there's always machines and free weights available. Definitely recommended for people looking for a quality place to workout without having to spend a lot of money.
POLICY should make sense!!! - Sorry I had to leave 1 star to get an answer. I was not allowed to use the facility for not having a picture ID!! 2 staff there recognized me going there with my friend for a long time. I had my credit card with my name printed on and they could easily check my status on their computer. I asked for the manager but I was told that Danna "the manager" is NOT AVAILABLE and she would do the same thing cuz it's our policy! Really? No contact info on your website!
Good facilities and good price
My fiancee think the place is great. Equipment is in great shape staff we find are very pleasant and location is quite handy and the rate for the black cards is excellent for this gym. I guess the only minor downfall is the hydra massage beds have been breaking down quite a bit, but I will say they do their best to get them fixed asap. Thanks for a great workout facility!
Hate this gym the staff sucked and I got blamed for using chalk and leaving a mess and no warning I got thrown out and the next day I got a email saying my membership was cancelled. Thank you very much you guys suck.
Cool, clean, nice equipment. Seems pretty new. The staff is super friendly.
Awesome price clean and no frills. Well done!!
If you want budget and cheap go here. If you want nice staff and professionalism then don’t. Stick with Crunch Fitness. Gabby the front desk girl is an extremely inconvenient employee to work with. I asked for a tan and I forgot my ID. Mind you, I tanned 3 days ago. So I’m in the system. She gave me the hardest time... her excuse is well the other staff member should have checked ID last time... so what you’re telling me is that your staff member get inconsistent training. The reason I don’t carry ID with me is because I am never asked. Clearly, the staff is not trained on policies. No where does it say you must present ID. I will not recommend this gym to anyone. Then I asked for her managers email and she said it’s just the gyms email. Doesn’t even know the email. Unprofessional. Ruined my work out high. You’re willing to lose a customer over a peice of ID. So feasible right? Never coming here again. Inconvenient and lack of staff training. Don’t come if you want to maintain a work out high.
Great gym overall, bummer there's no Wi-Fi or fountains though..
Cheap and nice place for workout. Clean equipments.
(Translated) it will be cheap (Original) 싸고 있을거다있음
Fit4less is incredibly cheap, even as a Blackcard member i pay $6 a week, for unlimited workouts and tanning (they have both lay down & stand up machines). The manager of the West Pender branch is always very friendly and her and her younger team make it a great experience. I can imagine, like most customer service roles, its not always easy to keep such a positive attitude. Unfortunately, one of their staff members, the older gentleman, with tattoos is rude (seems he's mentions in quite a few of these reviews) and makes me uncomfortable.. so i go out've my way to avoid him. I'd definitely advise giving the younger team, with great customer service and attitudes more hours and cutting his, to show him this sort of behavior doesn't reflect your business. I've also use the North Vancouver location from time to time, it is much, much bigger if you don't mind going all the way to Capilano Mall and the staff have always been super friendly there, even when they're not familiar with me.
What I need when I need it.
(Translated) Very great place (Original) مكان رائع جدا
Worst experience ever in a club in my life. Small place with no options for work out. Terrible customer experience. No manager in the afternoon/evening or weekends. They always have many machines out of service and problems with the AC …
Clever membership system/value with 24hr access. Not so clever equipment set up in the weight room .... instead of having 3 Hammer Strength racks, (3 in 1 which technically gives members 9 machines) since 1 rack can be used for squats, dead lifts and bench. Instead they have 1 bench press (without safety bars), 1 smithe machine (barely used) and 1 free floating squat rack bar. So the space use is not as creative as their membership system.
I had a bad experience in this GYM they charge me extra 27$ because I made mistake during online registration!!! Really upset of that. Also Staff always late in the morning and I wish if the say hello or have a nice workout, unfortunately ver low soft skills .
Awesome. Not a single problem I have there
A wide variety of people you will see in here. This fitness place has a great amount of modern gym machines and equipment. It is a decently sized gym but the best thing is that they are 24 hours. Located centrally Coal harbour with a parking lot underneath is makes for a very good gym to use.
Staff can't be bothered to learn some common human dignity and speak politely to any of the gym goers. But at this price point, it's a whatever.
Busy gym after work. Watch out for the contract; the membership fees can increase at any time and you are LOCKED IN for 1 YEAR. Double check after you cancel or they'll keep charging you.
The staff is always friendly and I enjoy coming here to work out. The price is perfect..as well really clean. I highly reccommend to all friends and family.
Back to basics. No frills gym that's generally quiet, and clean with minimal sausage heads or lululemon types. They could do with maintaining the men's showers a bit better, but otherwise you get what you pay for.
Really good for people who are looking for just working-out, very good price for gym
Last night was my first time working out at the gym . I asked a staff member for help with one of the equipment and her answer was "here, nobody helps with the equipment. There are instructions on every equipment you can read it!"
Great place for fitness. All equipments and dumbbells. Reasonable monthly plans
Cheapest gym experience great for beginners and experts on a budget. Go late at night when it's empty or super early in the day. Don't forget to upgrade to black card membership so u can get a hydro massage ????
Nice equipments
I called to cancel the membership but changed my mind to freeze the membership for 90 days due to the friendly staff's explanation. But there was a problem with my phone, and the line was cut off. When I called back, the staff was switched and the staff was not friendly. So I decided to rescind my membership again. I don't think I'll ever go to this gym again.
You can't beat the price if you just need a gym. Nice facility, lots of cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. Tanning, massage chairs and massage bed available, included with the"Black Card" membership. Quite busy in the late afternoon and evenings. Staff are friendly. 24hr access.
perfect for the low-maintenance gym goer!!! There is a tonne of equipment available all the time and they FINALLY got a proper squat rack and some stair climbers. If you are only going to hit the treadmill or lift weights, this gym is a great option. This place has all the basics at the right price. Would be EXTRA awesome if they got another squat rack though....
Parking is free after 10PM and usually the crowd is thin at that time. It stinks when it’s busy and the little entry room smells bad all the time so avoid peak hours. Machines relatively well maintained. It has the good4life machines which are not as great for weight training but good enough if you’re just trying to stay healthy. The price is right for what you get.
I loved coming in the morning to this location right by my work which was super convenient. Since I work early I’m usually on a time crunch. This morning I was interrupted mid set by Mark. He abrasively approached me and demanded I move my small gym bag from the side of equipment I was utilizing. My gym bag was in no way of obstructing anyone’s space or safety hazard due to its placement. Mark did not give me a chance to explain before taking a very defensive tone. I didn’t see why he was coming at me the way he was. In a belittling tone he instructed me “if your not going to bring it up than I can bring it up for you, it’s our policy” They have no policy listed where it says no gym bags on the floor , I asked for him to show me the policy and he literally said “look it up on the FAQ” I inquired if he was able to show me where in the FAQ’s this policy could be found, his response was “ No, I don’t have time for people like you. ” He than proceeded to rudely show me the door, not caring whether or not he loses a customer . Worst experience by Mark. I did speak with a manager, she kindly apologized . An apology would have been nice from him but his ego was way to high from him to come down from. This had the potential to be a civil conversation if he had taken the time to inform me of the policy instead of demanding action I did feel personally attacked by Mark for there were multiple gym members in with their bags on the floor and yet I didn’t see him asking them to to remove theirs.
friendly staff. new equipment. best value for your bucks
I love going to the gym now. This place is great!!
Great size and equipment! Very clean and organized with weights put away and machines clean. Had a nice array of machines with some I haven't seen at other fit4less locations!
Love this concept
I really like the view and the vibe here
Assjole staff
Great gym for a inexpensive price
Small gym compare to other fit4less facilities but the staff makes up for the lack of space! Very friendly, smiling people! I just hate changing shoes thats all!
Got a year for 198$, tax in. Duplicates of every machine, never wait turns.
Great gym for the money but seriously needs more then one real squat rack and also could use a larger free weight section. Another problem is when equipment breaks it takes far too long to be fixed. But overall for the money it is good.
Cheap and open 24 hours a day. What else do you need.
Cheap and useful, except that one weird guy in the polo shirt...
Clean and gets the job done!
Awesome equipment available and staff is also good
Great and clean gym
One of the better Fit4Less facilities. Bigger than most with loads of equipment.
I go for late night work outs and don't have any complaints
Very clean services! Love the atmosphere and staff are super friendly! I recommend this place to everyone! The cost is super cheap and the value is great!
Not enough machines.
The gym is well kept and the staff are approachable and kind. It can get busy, as mentioned in other reviews- but this is to be expected with any business in/near the downtown core. As a new member, I appreciate the price, value and great staff, but I'm surprised there is no Chest Fly Machine!
Went today at 830am and wasn't busy. Max 20 people including staff (capacity is 75). Nobody within 10ft of me at any time. Had to fill out an online form saying I was covid-free, then enter and show my vaccine passport + ID. Gym is clean and machines are roped off to ensure distancing. Friendly staff, well lit and ventilated. Wish they had a more hand sanitizing stations throughout though.
Great clean gym
It is ok
There's no wifi which is odd for any place nowadays. But overall it's a great gym. The equipment is good and has a variety and currently rarely packed where you're waiting for machines
I love this fitness facility. The management and staff are real SUPER and sweet and at the price they charge (I better be grandfathered one day when it goes up is all I am sayin') you can't get a better facility. Clean, NEW equipment and WELL MAINTAINED. I am a 2+ year now (?) happy customer.
Brand new huge gym. Every equipment you need. Lacks a water fountain and closes the shower, massage chairs and bed at 10pm
Great facility and management. Staff is sweet, sincere, and hard-working. They work diligently and keep the gym pristine. Always a pleasure to speak with them and they are always willing to help with any problems you have. I highly recommend this location especially. Can't be beat!
My GYM
I love this gym. Its unpretentious. Its where you go to workout hard. Its for serious gym goers where you get stuff done. I always go in the mornings. Staff is very friendly and nice. Takes initiative to clean too. Great value too. Ive been …
Clean facility. Love the staff very friendly. Good equipment. 5/5
Gym equipment is pretty decent, however I had to go overseas travelling and cancelled my membership 3 weeks in advance. But during my trip I noticed that they still continued to bill me. Hey, no problem mistakes happen. I send them an email to cancel it and get a refund for the weeks that I got billed. They respond "we cancelled your account but couldn't find the paperwork that you cancelled so we cannot issue you a refund". They had an opportunity to fix their mistake and blew it. Thats some bad business. Will not be returning to this gym when I return.
Gym tan massage
Needs Wi-Fi!
“I don’t care about my job.” Rude staff and bad customer service is part of what you sign up for when you go to Fit4Less. My girlfriend recently signed up for a membership. They have signage at their front desk explaining their membership plan and prices. In an effort to try and not be confused by all the stipulations and fine print, we decided to ask the employee who signed her up some very direct questions to make sure we had a full understanding of what she was getting. When we asked if there were any hidden fees they said no. They said that it's $4.99 bi-weekly and if we wanted to keep that price permanently that at the time of signing up we could pay an additional one time fee, which we did. We later learned that this addition fee is something you are charged every 3 months, NOT A ONE TIME FEE. This was the specific question we asked. When we confronted the employee at the desk about this, Daniel said we should have read our contract and pointed to the signage on the desk. He said he wouldn't have fallen for this trap. He talked down to my girlfriend and it really upset her and myself. When I told him that his behavior was unacceptable for customer service he said he doesn’t care about his job and that he doesn’t care if I told his manager or not. I called back the next day and spoke to Melanie who told me she would discipline the unruly employee, but refused to give us a refund on the fee that had been automatically withdrawn which we were misled about. The manager volunteered to waive the fee once for the next time it would be taken out, but we were so appalled by the lack of customer service that we said no thanks, we will not be coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has any self respect. If I could give zero stars I would.
Quite busy at peak hours but good value and selection of equipment
The gym is no frills the changing room and showers are but if you're on a budget ten bucks a month is cheap
Pretty good for the price and its always open! I wish they had a water fountain and reverse leg curl machine
Great value for what you pay! Have you ever paid like 80 bucks a month and never went to the gym? Well now you can pay 4.99 or 9.99 and never go.... just kidding! Cost saving wise amazing! Facility wise.. so much better than expected. It's quite big spacious and equipment are brand new~ also very clean and well maintained. I personally don't go at busy times so I never really had to wait for equipment.
Love having a membership here. Simple, no frills, affordable, no excuses!
I really like everything except the shower temperatures... You can't control the temp and for the last few months it's been to hot to even use them, and that's not a joke... Equipment is great, parking is good, price can't be beat, but if you need to shower after your work out then all of that doesn't matter.
Great gym. Cheap and has everything you could ask for in a gym.... except a water fountain.
Not enough machines what always leads to you waiting for it. Always crowded as well. And ohhh, when a machine is broken you can wait weeks for it to get it fixed. Rather pay more money for a decent gym....
Great value for the money. I little bit too crowded on summer mornings.
Big people here, be careful
It's one of the biggest and best-equipped Fit4Less that I've seen. However, the showers are terrible. You can't control their temperature and they're tiny.
I registered last week and I made a mistake during filling out the bank payment information. Next day when I went to the Gym i surprised next day that you charge my 25$ for service fee and you canceled my registration! Is that a right way to deal with new customers? You can simply ask me to refill the information again and that what I did but I paid 25$+Hst for nothing I’m really upset about that.
Small but it's a good gym
Do you have guys parking lot?
I never have to wait for anything, I can go through my workouts in no time. It's a pretty well maintained place.
Very inexpensive and decent facility. Very few benches however.
Best gym in terms of the price factor and value. Superb staff. Precautions on point due to the covid situation. Great gym overall!
best gym in town!
New equipment. Great service. Clean. Lots of cardio equipment. Virtual workout room. No pushy sales staff. The hydromassage beds are amazing. Definitely the best gym deal in town.
Quist and calm place for workout.
Inexpensive and convenient. Just wish they had more squat/deadlift racks. The one they have is a bottleneck during busy hours. Actually it's a bottleneck during the whole day (except after 11pm). I do like they're open 24-7
The only downside to this place is that they don't have any water fountains and there is only 1 squat rack (that is not a smith machine). Other than that, everything is good and worth paying 10$ a month for.
I signed in July i pay one year upfront to use my membership I have changed my home I called them to get refund for the rest of the year which is Iam not going to use they said we don’t have refund you this company ripping people money and …
no problem Gym, except I really wish they had wi-fi..and perhaps an ability to change TV channel...who cares what the weather is like in Calgary!
Love how clean and organized it looks, staff are very nice and friendly. One of the best places to workout with confidence.
Great location and super cheap
I go at least 3 times a week. The price is cheap, but the equipment is definitely up there. Sometimes you have to wait to use certain lifts, but it’s a small price to pay. They don’t have everything, but they have the essentials.
I have to say after having a bad experience with one of the employees at a BC location I was not happy. I called another Fit4Less location and the Manager there was very pleasant and helpful and helped me with my issues. I regained the respect I have lost for the organization and now feel like there are people at Fit4Less that truly care about the customers and their experience. Just because there is one bad apple in an organization it should never reflect badly on the company as a whole. I would definitely recommend Fit4less to anyone looking to join a gym.
No frills gym but more often than not, you will find equipment under maintenance or not working. I get that things break down and need fixing every now and then but it’s pretty often at this location. It takes weeks to get things fixed and the staff will tell you it’s being looked into.
For the money u pay for membership fees this gym is fantastic. Offers so much equipment and is kept clean and organized. Customer service of the staff not that great but what to do u expect for 10 bucks a month.
It ???? percent worth it ????
The place was great when they were open couple years ago. However since gaining more popularity, the service and cleanliness going downhill. The men's washroom stinks and paper towel everywhere. The water taste horrible and undrinkable. When the staff aren't here, you have no choice but to drink that unhealthy tap water.
Location is convenient and equipment is great as well...I only wish I could say the same about the staff. Always 15 to 30 minutes late in the morning so I cant use the tanning facilities. Also not usually at the front desk to buy beverages.
I've only been a member for a few days but would recommend this gym to anyone. You can't beat the value for price, it has new equipment, is very clean and I love the fact it's 24hrs because of my work schedule. I had to take away one star because of the lack of a water bottle filling station and stair climbing machines. Other then that it's one of the best gyms I've worked out at so far.
Its all right cannt beat its price
Good gym, cheap and pretty clean. Only complaints are that the showers are a bit of an issue, but more importantly there is a strange odour or something that I smell and taste every time I am in the building. Not just something that I alone have picked up on as some of my friends have said the same thing. Likely some paint/insulation lingering from the renovations... Really needs some air purification, very difficult to workout with such a strange odour.
A good solution for more affordable fitness. Could use more staff to help with any inquiries. People generally mind their own business here and there are fewer gym bros who hog than Steve Nash.
I got less fit.
Gym is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Machines are rickety and feel poorly maintained. No fountain available to even refill a water bottle.
If I could give them a 0 I would. They are the worst Fitness place you could ever go to.
I've just recently joined and am very happy with my new membership. The pricing is unbeatable, and the facility itself is great as well. The staff here have been super kind and welcoming.
As a new member and only been here a month I’ve always felt extremely welcome from the staff here at fit 4 less Burlington ! One thing I noticed from the beginning is how clean the facility was it’s because the staff are amazing and clean regularly during my visit ! Thank you all for keeping us safe !!!
Great first impression, recently went to get some startup information and the staff were very welcoming. Daniel introduced me to the different memberships was super patient and answered all my questions in great detail.
Very clean and calm to workout!
So far having a good experience with this gym! The machines are okay and I never had any issues! Anything that breaks is fixed the day after. The staff are nice and it’s pretty affordable
Good prices!
I don't recommend it at all.
Thier customer services could be better! Machines could be spaced out, and number of the lockers is limited.
Love it!! Very well maintained
Most affordable gym in vancouver. enough said
Everything's good except the attitude of the guy in staff with tattoos as he is arrogant all the time and God knows what his problem is!! a very good place to workout. Value for money????
$11 for a one time pass. And if you come back later during the day you have to pay again
No frills gym that’s clean, has lots of space, a variety of machines, and no wait. The black card costs a little more but I would totally recommend it just for the massage chairs and hydro massage beds (both memberships are great value)! Even more, the employees I see regularly have always been super friendly and helpful!
Great for the price and not only. It's rare to find such a good and clean gym working 24h and at this price, anywhere. If you prefer working alone than in groups it's definitely worth a try, since they have a free workout and pizza day at the end of every month.
Very clean and well kept gym. The view is simply amazing. They maintain this very well. The equipments are good, changing rooms are clean. I love this location. Highly recommend this!
great price!
The staff is nice and the place is well maintained.
Avoid this gym. It is very small. The manager "Deanna D" is rude and incompetent. There are many better gyms in Vancouver, Gold's and Trevor Linden 16 have better equipment and treat their members with more regard.
The gym was okay but no service, no wifi and no water fountain, I had a membership at LAFitness and came here once with a friend and it was a horrible experience getting in, made the mistake of going in the wrong door and had to wait 30 minutes to re tap my card to get in, no staff to help me, just a janitor who couldn’t speak English. I understand it’s a cheap gym, but being a gym by GoodLife, I would expect more employees and better service, like hell PlanetFitness is cheaper and has staff members behind the desk 24/7.
There are all kinds of machine for you to workout. However, if you need space to practice on your own (stretching, yoga), the space here is limited.
Excellent value for money. Surprisingly, the gym is never crowded. Staff is very friendly, they do a lot to keep this place secure and clean. Mind that the changing rooms are super basic (there’re showers, but in winter it’s pretty cold to stay there for a long). You will always find free treadmills and some weights. For ~$20/month you get an access to massage chairs and share your card with a family member. For ~$10/month (+membership fee) just the gym. Annually, the difference will be around $100, so mind if you want to pay that amount for occasional chair massage or if you will really share the card.
Clean and bring
Easy sign-up, friendly and informative staff. Fresh, clean new environment! The equipment is new, varied and plentiful. Ive seen a range of people attending from the community working out. Transitioning from a women's only gym to a mixed gym (people from all ages, fitness level) learning from each other about using various machines has been a good experience.
Great
Great equipment, amazing place. If you want to go to work out and then go home, this is the place. If you want a steam bath and social place to work out, spend 5x the fees elsewhere. You get exactly what you pay for, and then a little more.
Not bad for the money
The manager did not know what she was doing.
To start, my email address has never been VALID?? I can't contact anyone with authority to actually get me answers on the phone, on the website, in person. I'm being charged to be a black member but can't use the WHOLE facility. I understand the COVID issue, and I respect that but I got a notification from my bank saying they started charging me again. Which I did't get a heads up, or warning. Now that they have charged me, the staff (very helpful for WHAT they can do) has informed me I can put a freeze on my account, but I would loose a months fee. If I cancel Ill loose lots more plus the facility fees. Not happy. Want to speak with someone who has "authority"
Great for the price! However no water fountain and tight quarters for the weight area.
Really good place to workout. The rack is almost always on use, so it can be frustrating for those who need it. Friendly staff and awesome price.
Fantastic gym, very affordable and it is new so all the equipment is clean, well cared for, and up to date
A bit small, but cheap and good machines.
It's not bad for the price. Broken machines take a long time to fix. Getting busy lately.
This is a wonderful place to workout. The staff there are extremely helpful without being intimidating, the equipment is safe and up to date, and who can complain about the very reasonable membership fee? Overall this is a place I would recommend specifically though thanks to the manager Melanie, she was an absolute pleasure to work with both in person and over the phone, and not only was she very encouraging and informative she was also patient and took her time to answer every question I had with great detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 STARS!
Great gym for the money. Open 24 hours and it is never too busy in the evening.
Overall I'd have say it's a decent place to work out, my only complaint would be that the staff are very unfriendly.
We hoped to have a tour of the facility to decide if we would get a membership. The desk staff wanted us to provide our names, email address and DOB for a facility tour. We were hesitant to give our email and did not want to share our dob. …
Zero customer service Very unprofessional we’ve come to sign up but the front desk girls were miserable
Love this place! I have been here for 2 years and I would never go back to Steve Nash!!!!! So clean people here so nice and have great space! And you only pay $10 per month how it can go wrong seriously?
For $16 a month you can't really go wrong. Decent gym with good equipment, a little on the small side if I had to pick something negative
Very large fit4less location. Plenty of parking. Self-serve revolving door gym good enough for most individuals trying to get fit for Less. Note to the rate is only $20 a month for full access. Which includes unlimited access to massage chairs and Sun Tanning. Note the largest free weight is 75 lb so for those who are intense maybe not right for you. Also there are no fountains so unless you want to pay for drinks such as water. You will have to bring your on bottle and fill up at the washroom sink.
What kind of gym DOESN'T have a water fountain?? LOL so cheap! #fit4evenless
This is a really great gym. Love the location. It would be nice if they had a water fountain. My one pet peeve is the missing drink holder on the second elliptical trainer from the entrance. It has been missing for a while and I myself and others have dropped our drink containers or cell phones on to the ground because of the missing drink holder. Can someone please look into this? It would be greatly appreciated. Other than that it is a terrific gym with friendly members, and wonderful front counter staff. I would strongly recommend this gym to others. One other question I do have is.....I've asked a couple of times if one of the TV channels could be switched to CityTVNews and I was told NO. Can I ask why? It was on there before and then it was changed to CTV NEWS . Can it be changed back please?
The employee who's senior than another employees is always aggressive and she's very rude.
Very clean.
(Translated) Very cheap for those with Canadian accounts, average equipment (Original) Bem barata pra quem tem conta canadense , equipamentos medianos
(Translated) Cheap and good but the space is small (Original) 싸고 좋음 하지만 공간이 좁다
PLEASE!!!!! Change the time that the time slots for booking workouts are released. Releasing them at midnight makes it impossible for people that have to get up for work the next day. I wake up at 5am and they are always all booked. Some nights I wake up at 3am and they are all booked. These booking time slots SHOULD be available at a time that suits the majority of your customers.
Best gym I've ever attended. Top equipment and lots of room for everyone. Only 1 squat rack available though. The monthly fee is a steal.
Gym is clean but a little cramped. Lights are very bright like you’re in a hospital operating room. No squat rack, only a floating bar smith machine. There is often personal training taking place in the gym which is against rules but no staff ever enforce this rule. The main issue with this location is the staff. They are rude and inattentive. The older, skinny, very tanned employee who never says hello, has a very sour demeanour. When he’s asked questions, he reacts like you’re personally offending him. I have read several complaints about this specific staff member. The other staff working aren’t much better. There are staff at the the front desk that completely ignore clients coming and going and are either on their phones the entire time or chatting with each other. I have personally witnessed the same employees talking about clients behind their backs. This is unforgivable and unprofessional. Staff need retraining desperately or in my opinion, need replacing. Shame.
Nice place
I was shocked when i went there! They have a sign on their window that says 4.99 two weeks but when you go there they gonna tell you that you have to pay for a year at the beginning and 44 dollar for cart and a lot of other stuff ! And there is no way to do less than a year and if you want to do less than a year the price gonna be so different The point is you may dont want to go there for a year and if there is a sign that says 4.99 then charge me for 4.99 you didn't write on your sign that we should pay for a year !
Clean facility, amazing price
The gym is very clean and provides good value for the money. I am pleased with everything with the exception of one staff member in particular. The tattooed, tanned, older gentleman who works in the morning has a very bad attitude.
Clean, organized, and spacious. Consistent maintenance of equipment and facility. Contains a wide assortment of quality weight lifting and cardiovascular equipment. Staff consists of young adults with mature, non-evasive, and professional attitudes. Members are respectful of each others' space and cleansiness. In response COVID19, this facility has done an excellent job in keeping everything consistently clean and tidy with disinfectants, paper towels, and hand sanitizer located in each corner including entrance/exit.
Staff here are friendly and helpful. Nice view of coal harbour, but all the machines face away from the windows.
Good gym however I tried to cancel because of covid and they didn't answer the phone for 3 days.
Awesome value for money
So impressed with this gym... especially Deanna ...she was brilliant..made me feel so welcome here ..couldn't fault this place..fab equipment... lots of it too..so spacious....so clean.. all the staff were super nice ...I really enjoyed my time here .. n will be back for Xmas...great job u guys ????????
Friendly Staff
This place is great clean, lots of space. The staff are awesome very friendly. No water but bring 5lt
Terrible experience here. I go to the gym to workout for 20-30min and leave. Forgot my card one day, I am not perfect. Waiting patiently at the door to ask for permission to enter and show my registration. The employee there was extremely …
This gym has really good machines, but it's usually way too overcrowded
I wanna give 5 stars but But i thing i do not like is they do not have tap water They should have that Thanks
I've been a member to this gym since the first week they have opened. The gym is clean and a great place to visit. Being someone that has 6-7 years of bodybuilding under their belt this is a great simple gym. The gym has added a few attachments since open ie. Single ropes, bars etc. A suggestion, adding higher weighted dumbbell (80 - 120lbs) instead of 75lbs being the max, would be nice. Maybe a trap bar and multifunctional bars. You would attract a bigger crowd I can confidently say.
Clean gym and good equipment
Opposed to my previous review. The gym has now been starting to enforce the mask policy and are actively going around reminding everyone to wear their masks or there will be consequences. Feeling much better about going back to this gym. Thank you!
Very good
Great gym
DIANNA MANAGER WAS REALLY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY.Clean and tidy environment. Thanks!
Inexpensive gym with all the equipment you could need.
lots of Machines, But no real squat rack and a serious lack of space for free weight workouts. This is a gym for people who think treadmills are a real workout.
I love my gym...but one set back is that sometimes when you get there to tan or use the massage beds, you have to wait for the staff to come to the front. I've waited for 20 minutes a couple of times. They should put in a buzzer to let the staff know someone is waiting.
Would give negative stars if I could, the front door hinge broke and hit me in the head and the response from the on duty staff and management was extremely disappointing
Great place to make sure I get my fitness in between jobs
The manager won’t help you when you want to get cancelations also she will say you “I don’t know. I can not do it. you can only email to head office” but the head office no answer your question also they will push you membership freezes When you apply the membership the manager and the staff will help you but if u want to cancelations they will ignore you !! Fantastic customer service
I joined Fit4Less recently as I think it's an excellent alternative to all these other ridiculously expensive gyms. Prices are $4.99 or $9.99 bi-weekly depending on the membership you choose. The pricier membership allows you to use the tanning beds and hydra-massage beds and also allows you to use any other Fit4Less location whereas the cheaper membership allows you only to use the one location you signed up at. Fit4Less has a wide variety of elliptical machines, bikes and treadmills as well as weighted cable machines and free weights and I would say has everything you need to have a great workout. I am however surprised that they have NO WATER FOUNTAINS. Other than that I think it's definitely a smart choice for your wallet unless you are looking for a gym to parade your muscles!!
I don't usually post reviews unless I think its truly worth warning others. In brief, I dont recommend this gym. Here are my reasons: (1) absolutely no customer service as it relates to your policies. You have access to an email that goes to who knows where and no one really knows whats going on; (2) in connection with item #1, they adopt and enforce absolutely ridiculous policies. I was a member of the Vancouver branch and wanted to transfer to the Calgary branch. I was told this was impossible. Instead, my options were to "upgrade" my membership at double the monthly rate or cancel my Vancouver membership, re-enroll with Calgary and pay the initial joining fee again; (3) there's no water fountain. This one is actually extremely bizarre. How can it even be legal to permit people to work out in an environment where dehydration can only be mitigated by waiting for some guy to finish his business in the washroom so that you can desperately access the sink taps? I know its a "no frills" gym but, Fit 4 Less, is a water fountain really a "frill"? At this point, your members may even settle for a garden hose attached in the alley. Don't sign up with this gym. There are better ones out there with similar or the same prices. (Trevor Linden for one).
Updated review I have to say, they stepped up the cleaning in the little areas like mirrors, now it's so much better. I knew the team was working hard before too, but now they've got it all covered. So now I'm giving this place 5 stars for a discount gym. It has everything, though a squat rack would be nice, space probably limits it. Great gym! First review This gym is good for the price, during the quieter times it's like you have the whole place to yourself. But damn, it's dirty. Not overall dirty, just things never get cleaned. The mirror is the change room has been covered in nasty blood and stuff for at least a week. The showers never get cleaned or maybe monthly. If they step up the cleaning it'll for sure be a 5 star budget gym.
I enjoy the club,,, However some NOT ALL the staff have 0 personalty
Great experience
Great gym that offers a variety of equipment at a great deal. The 24/7 is great for people with busy schedules.
Good gym Bad staff Not friendly at all Also showers always cold
Still trying to figure out when they'll notice that the chest press arms are installed backwards, but at least it's clean
Great, clean gym! All the equipment I need and the fact that it's so inexpensive and 24/7 is just a bonus!
April 18, 2021. Every single member takes out time from their busy schedule to workout. Nobody has time for this bs . It is 8:40 am right now and people have been outside the gym for their 8 am slot . The gym is closed and no one's picking up the phone. Why the hell do you even have a time slot then . I hope whoever's responsible for this should be dealt with accordingly! Get a better staff. Outraged!
This gym is excellent. The basic membership is 10 to 15 dollars a month and possesses great value. The size and variety of equipment is impressive. Best of all the gym comes across as clean. If you're not high maintenance with your workout, this place is for you.
I understand this is a budget value gym but the customer service is poor. Overall the gym is clean. Anytime I've ever seen a staff member they're usually in the back office texting or avoiding customers.
Not a very well set up place very disappointed will be canceling my membership. I would give 0 stars if I could there are much better places for the same money!
Very clean, lots of equipment. It would be nice if staff could say hello or say have a good workout but they avoid eye contact. They don't like when you ask questions. Usually say they have no control of anything and if you press you receive an email address. The music is terrible but luckily it's not too loud. Who chooses the music ? Are there any other choices?
Great workout, love the place. Love booking my appointments.
Excellent gym...fantastic price...
The positives: the staff is really sweet and kind, it's much cheaper than most gyms, the tanning is nice, there are always free cardio machines. The negatives: The minimal supervision means some pretty weird things happen in this gym. Right now I'm working out beside a guy who is just sitting eating bagels on the leg lift machine. Last week I saw a near-fight between a super aggressive bro who was switching between two machines and another guy who tried to work in. There's definitely an aggressive bro culture at after work times. There are a lot of rules (for instance, no training), however no one follows them due to the minimal supervision. It's also SO dirty, which makes sense. There aren't many staff. But it's pretty gross at times. There are clipped nails in one of the stairmasters that have been there for weeks, and chewed gum in another that's been there for at least one week. I really like the manager and a lot of things about this place, but I doubt I'll renew when my year is up. I'll probably go back to the community centre.
Good
In pandemic time they are doing great work.
Good price but they really need a water fountain at least ! What kind of gym let’s people not stay hydrated ? It’ll be nice if they had wifi too like every other gym
Worst experience ever. Gym has been charging me for 2+ years when I was only supposed to have a 1 year membership. I spoke to the manager and she was being extremely rude towards me and wouldn’t forward me to the owner. I am now forced to take them to small claims court since they aren’t replying to any of my emails. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!
NO WIFI and can never get a booking
You get what you pay for. It can get crowded sometimes.
Adequately equipped Fitness club, never had issues with crowding and can always get a machine. Washrooms are clean and showers are private and spacious. For a small fee or upgrade in membership there are massage chairs, a hydro bed and tanning booths. Can’t go wrong here for $20 a month or less!
People are nice and respectful in this location. Price is lovely. Clean equipment.
This gym is horrible. I had a membership and I didn’t realize I signed up for it.. I never used the gym or even came in and got an fob or pass or whatever. I talk the manager Deanna... she was horrible and vey unprofessional. I asked if there was any way I could get a refund.. as their computers even show I never came in.. it must have been a mistake and asked is she could do anything.. she rudely refused. You would think a company would want to help with this mistake and try to retain a good name.. but nope they don’t care it’s all about money to them.. not the clients and people. Don’t ever go to this gym!!
Closed my current bank account... they hit me with $25 per day fee until I had to come into the location to "top up" my account. Otherwise they would have charged my $25 per day for FIFTEEN BUSINESS DAYS because that's how long the receptionist said it takes to process changes. So any savings of going to this gym will be decimated within 2 or 3 days of closing a bank account. Predatory payment terms... typical gym
Decent. 24 hours. Basic equipment. Gets really busy, weight room is a bit small and often wait for equipment. Bathrooms are always wet. But you get what you need.
one of the worst customer service location.
Clean, well-maintained.
I've had nothing but the best customer service from Daniel at the Burlington location. Unlike some of the others, he has always been friendly, helpful and professional at all times.
Positives: Never busy so no pressure to get off machine Most people I have seen in there is about 12. Machine seats are always clean properly. Feels cozy and comfortable. Great for the casual gym user Negatives: No water fountains but who cares, just bring water and fill in washroom. For the price you pay it really doesn't matter. No Wi-Fi but I have Spotify Premium so I don't care
Gym is good but the attitude of the staff not. There is one old tattooed guy who works in morning/ afternoon he needs to check his attitude man. No smile, no greeting, no hello back when u greet and arrogant when you ask something. I asked him about locker and he just pointed finger as if he is doing a favor on us whoa....
Gym is clean and has what you need to get a good pump, but as others have said the customer service is poor. I see the staff clean the gym between each session appointments but getting a hold of them is challenging. On top of that, the website is also poor, booking appointments, at least in my experience and a few others I know, does not work. Lastly other gyms I know of don't require you to book appointments anymore yet they still are, quite a nuisance. But as I said before, gym is nice and never too crowded, has everything you need.
This is the great location and safe space to workout in. The staff works really hard to keep us safe. Always cleaning, putting things back to where they belong, organizing and walking around to make sure everyone's following the rules. Props to this location keep up the good work.
This place has everything you need to get into shape. Very affordable too.
Great gym if it ever opens 24hours again
Not a place I will go to again
I have recently signed up with fit4less. I did not have high expectations due to the low price I was going to pay but I gotta admit I am quite satisfied. I usually go in the evenings after 8 pm. The place is never too full, so I am able to train without having to wait for any equipment. Staff is friendly. They have most equipment I need for working out and it is clean all the time. The only bummer is they don’t have water fountains. I always run out of water so I gotta bring in a bigger bottle. Thats about it. And the place is 24/7. Very convenient for people like me who don’t have a 9-5 job. Recommend this to anyone who wants a simple and quite gym.
Good place for workout. Open 24 hours. Neat and clean. Liked it so much. Staff is friendly too.
I have been a member of Fit4less for 3 years. Each year I paid for a full year. I renewed my membership on Jan 28, and then Covid happened. Once gyms opened back up, they offered me the option to suspend my account for 3 months waiting to see what would happen. Now 3 months later, with the new Covid protocols, I do not want to work out under these restrictions and wanted a refund for part of the year. The manager (Melanie) said that I missed the 10 day period to get a refund. The is no head office number to call. No one else to communicate with.
I go every 2 days. Great price and comfortable simple gym
After my membership ended in 2019 they kept charging me.this place is trying to gouge their customers. Spoke to management and they won’t refund. Will never return and don’t recommend coming here.
Fit4Less is a massive gym with all the equipment and weights you can ever need as well as many squat racks and benches. Its 24 hours with access using a key card. The gym is always clean and you're never waiting long for any of the equipment or weights. Lockers, showers and changing rooms are available as well as two massage chairs and two hydro massage beds. The only downside to this gym is that there is no water fountain, you have to come with your water bottle ready, if it weren't for that i would have given it a 5 star rating. All in this is the best gym in Burlington at the best price and available 24/7!
Best reasonable gym membership
Great place and clean.....great job with the new booking system. One can actually get a booking now. Well done fit4less.
Worth to give $10 month. Good and wide range of equipments. If they need suggestion, they need to put at least 1 water fountain/ facilities. Staff could recognize person comes daily and same time, sometimes if they forget their fob key they should have to tackle it with smile. But, they gives warning (doesn’t sounds good even after pay man!) some of the staff persona are good too but not all are! Cheers!
No water fountains and only 3 individual change rooms. The location has the basics to get you through a workout but it's definitely catered towards new and less hardcore gym goers
Good gym. The manager there never wears a mask when letting people in. Always just holding it in her hand, makes me uncomfortable considering its a by-law.
I know new people would not be able to check the gym before signing up due to "COVID-19 rules" so let me tell you what's actually inside. The gym is ALWAYS completely full. Morning, noon, evening and night. You will be able to book, but you will almost never find a bench or squat rack that is not taken. Lots of cardio and stretching stuff tho and some machines, but NOBODY pays for a gym membership JUST to do cardio with a mask on when they can go outside right, or go to gym to stretch when they can do it at home with a yoga mat, so unless that's your thing, you'll never find equipment. Also, no free squat rack, only the ones that are attached. And only TWO. 3 benches only also. I really wish gym can at least put more benches as there are so many people doing muscle training and barely anyone does cardio there. Adapt to your clientele. Other than that, the staff there are super friendly, and the machines are clean and respecting rules
You won't find anything better in this price range. Honestly, I have been to a bunch of other gyms in burlington and none of them are as well maintained and equipped than fit4less.
Clean , Spacious and Friendly Customer Service. Would be nice if they had more equipment options.
