Pretty straight forward gym. Open 24/7. Unbeatable price of $4.99 bi-weekly. Unfortunately because of this, the gym is very busy. You will find yourself waiting to use machines for time to time.

Booking system allows you to book your time slot and go to the gym at ease. Make sure you get there on time or the machines will be in use as during this time they are limiting machines..

Worst management to deal with. I have been waiting on my refund for over a month. I tried cancelling the moment they reopened due to not wanting to go back because of covid. The girl I talked to said they were behind but any payments they were taking would be refunded unless I put a stop payment on the account. I didn’t want to do that due to a negative look on things. I cancelled in July. They stopped taking payments in September I believe. They owe me $80. I have been contacting this location since September 23 and I keep getting told that they’ve not had a response due to it being so back logged. This is beyond unacceptable! All I want is my money back.

Cheap price, and great hours. Wide variety of gym equipment; however weight machines are sometimes inaccessible during peak hours, due to the sheer volume of members. Definitely worth the price if membership.

This place always has dirty washrooms, full garbage cans and no soap or paper towels, no WiFi, etc... and it's really busy, only 1 pisser for like 40 guys. But the price is amazing so you get what you pay for.

The gym offers you what you pay for. It has all the standard gym equipment at a very low cost. 24 hour access but no personal training or classes.

Someone I know just tried to sign up but fit4less has changed their sign up system and won't allow the use of PC/CIBC now. So she can't sign up.

I was enjoying this gym then I found other people blocking equipment I surveyed and others are annoyed by this as well. Other gyms don't allow it. I will be changing gyms after term is finished.

Only complaints I have are that the showers are turned off between 10pm-7am. I understand why but it's unfortunate. Also I wish there were more mirrors...there's really only a handful, they should cover more walls. Staff is great, they're always working hard keeping things clean and in order. Good equipment and machines for the monthly fee.

Has showers within the respective change rooms. There is a change room with lockers inside. There's a water station beside the changerooms which isn't common at the fit4less gyms I've been to before and the you can control the heat/duration of the showers vs. a push button timer

Budget friendly prices, and a very clean environment! I like the fact that they are open 24/7. They have a variety of machines to choose from. The gym feels safe and is in a nice location. I just wish the massage bed was more in a peaceful place, because it’s kind of hard to relax when you have people working out surrounding you. The locker room is nice too. They have showers too, which is a great idea!

A lot of the Cardio equipment does not work. Either the audio hook up is busted, the control panel and heart monitor do not work or the whole piece of equipment is out of service. The Problem is you end up cleaning 3-4 pieces of equipment before you find one that works or settle. This is the the lowest priced gym in the area, so I guess you get what you pay for !

Been a member for 5+ years and I'm quite happy with this gym. It is a bit far for me to get too now that Ive moved further from the Brantford location but I'm staying put. Not only is the price fair and affordable but it's open 24 hrs!!! Being able to go whenever I want is a huge plus!!!

Staff were rude and unhelpful. When signing up staff was unengaged and did not pay attention to what she was telling me. When I went to get out of my contract and pay only 44 $ as a black card member as the staff told me . They refuse to hold up what she said. Telling me they don't believe me. That there staff wouldn't change the rules. Even tho I clearly said she didn't change the rules she was just busy with her phone to even provide me with factual information. Now they want me to pay 200 to get out of my co tract instead of the 44 which I was told originally and the only reason I signed up to begin with.

I have been a member at fit for less for years but after switching to the stairmaster as my main cardio im noticing the machines are always broken or under repair and because theres only 2 when they are working you have to wait the machines to be free which is annoying. Also it would be nice if they offered free wifi. I would actually pay more a month for free wifi and i dont get why they dont offer it. Overall not impressed at the moment.

Less busy than other gyms. Equipment is outdated. Liked their covid protocol but didn't feel welcomed or comfortable around staff. Seemed like a gossipy/toxic environment which I might not have noticed if I had my ear phones and didn't work out by the front desk. Decided to go somewhere else where staff are more inclusive and helpful.

Terrible rude manager! My membership was randomly cancelled in August. No payments came out of my account since August 17. At first he seemed good about getting reinstated. It is now almost October and money just randomly came out of my account. When I called, he told me it was my fault that i didn't know about it being reinstated because I didn't keep calling to check. He then told me that it was fixed on Sept 11 and that I was in a contract now until Sept 2021 even though my original contract was up in February 2021. No calls or emails to tell me it was fixed just money taken without notice! When I asked for a number to a regional manager, he refused and continued to be rude before ending the call! Not impressed! I have to say I stopped going after the last payment in August came out.....if I could rate 0 stars I would!

New rules are ok. Not overly busy. You have to wear a mask when not lifting or running. You can only book 1 hour training sessions for now. Very clean.

I have been working out for the last 20 years, but only for the last year here at Fit 4 Less in Brantford. This gym has the BEST culture due to its amazing staff. Paula Wilson, JJ MacNeil and Adrienne Sheppard are just some of them. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. I recommend this gym to everyone as it’s become my all time favourite place to work out.

I cancelled my membership last year and then realized this year they were still taking out money from my account. I went to fit4less to have this rectified and they found my signed paperwork cancelling my membership so they filled out a refund request form, they head to fill out 3 more because they still were taking out money. I have tried to be resonable about thier mistake but I want my money back its been 6 weeks and still nothing. I do not recommend this gym to anyone unless you want them stealing your money.

Pretty basic gym for the price. They must be cheap on their air conditioning too considering it's a constant sauna in there too. Can't enjoy a simple workout without feeling light headed from the heat. Machines are broken often or always under maintenance. Mediocre gym.

I have been to 3 different locations of Fit4Less and this location goes ABOVE and BEYOND for their members! The two other locations don’t seem to really enforce gym etiquette and are disturbingly disgusting! This location is extremely extremely clean, the machines all work and are in excellent condition, all the weights you can find in correct spots! This gym should be the standard for Fit4Less across the board! The price is outstanding for the quality you get for this location. I will recommend this gym to anyone who will listen :)

Typical gym sometimes equipment is limited. It's the only gym that does not have showers open, every gym does including Goodlife, not sure why they won't open the showers here. There's more than one staff working and could clean the few showers that gets used instead of texting and chatting at the front desk.

Decent for price of membership but location is so small! Not a lot of room for floor workouts or stretching, (literally 6 mats in a corner) especially compared to their other locations. Clean gym, friendly staff and there’s a variety of equipment but the layout is unorganized and cramped because of how small the location is. Again, it’s 12 bucks a month so you get what you pay for!

its an ok gym, its nice and cheap. usually pretty busy they should have 2 squat racks. also they advertise 24/7 hours but their actually only open 24 hours monday-wednesday. thurs fri close at 12, sat and sun close at 6. false advertising, not quite sure how they get away with that
