I had little CrossFit experience when I first found Alchemy. The coaches were SO wonderful about breaking down the movements in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. As a result, my body has changed and my confidence has improved as a result of the (really fun) workouts. I also love the community we're forming here. Everyone is so friendly, and I genuinely look forward to coming in to work out and see everyone a few times per week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, even if you have no CrossFit experience!

I have been doing CrossFit there for about 6 months and l love it! If you are worried about getting hurt while doing CrossFit this is your place. These guys are strict about form which will minimize injury.

I've been to 2 other Crossfit gyms and I didn't seem to get much out of it. I do like this one. They seem to put more into coaching and making sure your form is correct. I'm a fitness trainer myself, and I always look for that if I'm getting coached myself. Great group of people, I'm sure you'll get results and gain friends.
