Rites of passage for youth and young adults, and in my case, never too late... Great all-around fitness, expert, practical coaching, along with a safe environment for learning and pushing thresholds for those of all ages.

Fun boxing match to watch. Lighting was direct, music was okay. Seating was a bit limited but was probably due to the building site which is out of owners control unless they moved it somewhere else. There were pets at the event. Not sure of rules about pets. We would have stayed longer but weren't sure about the details of the event-time. Heard about it from a family member only.

Fantastic new facility, large open gym with tons of boxing specific equipment. Coaches are fantastic, Noel is a pleasure to work with. People are friendly, great team environment.
