Julian was a wonderful trainer! Pushed me to my max while being so encouraging and easy going. His workouts were well planned out. He gave such an in depth eating plan that was easy to follow. Awesome guy, awesome trainer. Have had many trainers and would recommend Julian over all the others. If you're looking for a quiet space to train with a great trainer, Julian Loy is your best bet. The only reason I'm still not going to Julian is because I have moved away from the GTA.

I’ve always paid for gym memberships and would go to the gym by myself. Unlike many fitness influencers and trainers around, Julian bases fitness purely on science, allowing for personal and calculated fitness plans that guarantee results. I have learned more from Julian in the past 2 months than I ever have through my own research. Not only does he coach me regarding nutrition, fat loss, and muscle growth, but he also coaches me regarding financial planning, investing, and entrepreneurship - this is knowledge he shares with me free of charge. Julian actually cares about his clients and maintains relationships with them which allows us to establish a strong base of trust and comfort, which I feel is critical to a healthy fitness journey. Beyond that, he makes it a fun experience! Fitness does not have to be a chore or a negative aspect of life, and I think every one of Julian’s clients can attest to that. You would be surprised how much can be accomplished over a virtual session, which is what I am most thankful for. I don’t exactly live near enough to do in-person sessions (as well as covid restrictions preventing them regardless), but virtual sessions are just as challenging, fun, and useful. I’ve been seeing Julian for about a month now and it’s been an amazing experience. Julian is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness which makes the experience even better. He really puts time and effort into every single class no matter how long he's been working that day.
