Great trainer. I never liked the traditional gym but this gym makes me happy to go to the gym and consider working out as a lifestyle. With this you could have the trainer individually or he came up with a group that you can join with random people that didn't want to pay the full price of individual training. I felt that you get the same results either way. He kept us all motivated to keep pushing when it was a group training session. It had three times a week for a reasonable price.
