The club/equipment is well maintained and they take their sanitation/hygiene standards very high which makes this a safe place to train! Not many think to put their kids in wrestling but the benefits are amazing. This club does an amazing job working with my brother getting him fit and teaching him discipline. Have been doing personal training with Sunny for the past 4 months and would highly recommend him and the club to anyone! As a female who has always been uncomfortable and intimated by going to the regular gym, Sunny always made sure my workout partner and I felt comfortable and empowered in the gym. He was super knowledgeable about how best to work out our bodies and how to make healthier + sustainable choices when it comes to diet! The facility is amazing with some really cool machines you wouldn’t find at a normal gym. Sunny as a trainer is super organized and really just wants his client to live their best lives! 10/10 would recommend for all ages (kids/young adults/parents)!
