True Authentic Yoga Centre! ‘Yoga used to be an important part of my life many years ago (in India), when I was a teenager. Unfortunately, I put it aside, while working in a very demanding job and attending to the needs of my family. Of late I wanted get back to yoga, partly because of a bad back, but more so due to an inner call urging me to get back to yoga. Last year I began searching for a good yoga instructor. After many unsuccessful attempts with various yoga training centres, I had almost given up on finding the right yoga instructor, who teaches yoga in its true, authentic form. One day I went to my normal community centre, expecting one of the usual yoga instructors. I was surprised to see someone new (it was Dhirenji, I did not know his name then). Within 5 minutes, I knew that he was the right instructor for me to further my yoga practice. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and helpful. The yoga that he was practising reminded me of the yoga that I was familiar with (true and authentic yoga). When I approached him to learn more, he mentioned about “Harmony Yoga Centre” in Brampton, where he trains a lot of yoga aspirants during the week and weekends. I was excited about my find and shared this with my family, my sister and her family. All of us have been attending the yoga sessions regularly, since the last eight months. My yoga practice at the Harmony Yoga Centre motivated me to incorporate yoga into my daily life and the benefits are great. My back is much better and I feel energized. Not only does the yoga that he teaches, help maintain a healthy body, but as an integral part of my daily life, it helps maintain a peaceful mind and spirit. Now it has become an indispensable part of my life.”
