So I recently decided to come workout again at this location this past weekend and was told to swipe my card on the access gate. The gate timed out within 5 seconds of me trying to put my card back in my wallet which was bizarre.. Ive never had to actually use that feature before..but to be quite honest, wow.. what a horrendous system. First of all I had to make the poor girl named Joli or Jody?? I believe log back in and re-verifiy all of my info and give me access. Surprisingly she was very accommodating and sweet considering she should have been gone by that time. I kept apologizing and she kept reassuring me it was okay which is unusual compared to how I've been treated in the past at some of these gyms. The craziest part about it though was seeing the amount of people coming in after 7pm trying to rip off the system, swear, yell and just act downright disgusting which ultimately made my experience that much more strange. The girl who helped me eventually get in was very calm and polite throughout the whole situation even though about 10 people tried to sneak in and I was very pleased with her service, because other than that I would probably have left and never come back. Bottom line, the system sucks, the timer on the door once you scan is horrible and the gym is kind of small. Hopefully it'll be a better experience next time, thankfully I have full access so it's not that serious but wow, what a nightmare of a GoodLife.

I’ve been to many different GoodLife’s in the past and began training at this one last April. I was super consistent until I fell off the bandwagon for almost 3 months. I was going through a rough patch in my life. I then received a call on a Tuesday night from Marlon the Fitness advisor. He said he hadn’t seen me in a while and asked if I was ok and encouraged me to come back to the gym no matter what I was going through. Little did he know I needed that call more than anything. I was back the next day. Thank you Marlon for motivating me with your genuinely positive energy. We need more people like you in this world. Keep changing lives!

I came to goodlife for the first time and i met malique at the front desk, i was very confused as to where to go as it was very busy. She politely greeted me and made me feel welcomed. i then spoke to one of the sales people, named SHELDON and he made me feel very warm and welcomed. He signed up myself and my husband and gave us the best deal possible. He worked with our budgets and really made us feel motivated. THANK YOU SHELDON! you truly are amazing.

I went into this gym because i bought an appliance taht didnt fit into my car a staff member named xavier took the appliance and watched it for me until i hot my car. This was the most amazing experience this staff member gave me a big hand this was so helpful

Two star because of Marlon, To be honest, I did not join the gym yet but I just walked in and ask for membership. Marlon showed us all gym equipments and different classes. After he done, I planned to see the prices around too, I mean somewhere else as I never been a Gym member before so I said him so. He just doesn’t want to let us even speak, so He just keep asking us why you want to see around?, where you want to go? Keep saying these things again again made me little disappointed as I already told him That I literally want to see the another options then I would be able to decide, But again, He was trying to force me not to leave the place. Finally, I had to say that Hey man Why are you forcing me, I want to see mean I want to see. There is nothing wrong to see other options. Even after that, that person still telling me same things again. We have everything you want, where will you go, why will you go there, and if you dont know anything about Gym then what you want to know... so many things like that made me disappointed and I stopped talking and said him. Sorry man, I still want to check other gym. So pls stop these things man, To be honest, I literally want to join this gym as It is closest to my house and have all I need but the way he used to speak with me, was something That I was not expecting and every time asking is this money too much ... All these things together made me to say a clear ‘NO’. Wasted my time more that a hour and also his time. Thanks

The electric door is not working although I am a member of Goodlife fitness. Very disappointed when I wanted to enter. No body was in the front desk for an hour at least to talk or open the door for us. Few people were waiting outside with the same problem. I called their phone number. Nobody picks up the phone. POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!

Terribly disappointed with the receptionist at this location. I’ve been a GL member for many years and I can say I have never felt the need to write a review for a location before. This location is a good facility, but Eric at the front desk should not be at the front desk. To add to this, I have towel service and for some reason at this location there are never enough towels. I usually go in the morning and there are far less people at that time. When I ask for towels, I get a lot of attitude from the receptionist and they recently haven’t had any towels available.

It’s always a pleasure popping in for a workout here. The staff are friendly and the equipment are top notch. At BCC (where I used to go), equipment was always busted in the women’s workout area. Towels are always readily available. Dimitrius at the front desk is a positive addition to the team. He’s very pleasant to talk to and always asks how your day is. The downside are other members who choose to workout like slobs such as those that don’t return equipment, those that don’t wipe their sweat off the benches or those that leave their dirty towels anywhere they please. You can’t blame the business for how their customers choose to act. Keep it up guys. See you at my next sesh ????

This location got one of best staff I have ever seen in any Goodlife gym ever. Marlon is one of the instructors who brings a tremendous vlaue to this location and Goodlife brand. He's very passionate about helping people and he cares about his clients beyond and above what he's expected to. Marlon is super profissional, super kind and always helpful. He's the guy you should look forward to meet with.

This gym is quite elegant. The reception is very friendly and approachable, especially Yuvraz, Dimitrious, and Malique. Dimitrious is at reception every weeknight and greets me more as a friend instead of a client. He enjoys to crack a couple jokes and motivate you before your workout. Yuvraz works reception Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons. He is excited about working for Goodlife and enjoys greeting everyone and providing a positive atmosphere. The exact same goes for Malique. The staff does very well with ensuring the change-rooms stay clean by cleaning out the towel disposal and cleaning the benches. The weights are cleanly placed in its proper location and are easily locate when needed. The equipment is very well kept. This location is amazing as it provided many machines and bars to maximize your workout potential. If you are considering joining Goodlife @ Woodhill, I would highly suggest pulling the trigger and signing up!

New and very good. If your going there after hours. Make sure you visit the staff to unlock 24 hour access. If you register. Make sure they unlock it ????. I just wish the members would respect the place. They love to take weights out but not putting them back. I think the staff cleans up that mess during the day. If you want to build self confidence and feel better. I recommend you sign up. Motivation is the key to success.

Great gym, always clean, decent size. 24hrs. Lots of new equipment in great condition. Off peak hours are more convenient since the gym is often very busy. Lots of staff always on site. One issue though is during signup- super pushy/force you to purchase add ons and personal training/etc. Membership can be pricey but overall worth its value.

Joined the Brampton Woodhill location in May and it's a fantastic gym! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I did the PT 7 day starter pack with the Fitness Manager Stephen and in those 7 days I learned not only what exercises to do and how to do them but also what the benefits of doing them were. By the end of the 7 days I felt stronger outside AND on the inside! If you have never had a trainer before or want to try it out the starter pack is a great way to do so! Since then I have begun the Rapid Burn program with PT Amanda - she is fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend her - she is super knowledgeable, she listens to her clients goals and truly helps them achieve and get results! We are in week 4 of the Rapid Burn Program and once that is over I will definitely book with Amanda for training long term! After a recent health scare at the gym, Amanda made me feel calm and stayed with me through the entire ordeal! The entire staff that day was truly awesome! I never felt embarrassed for what was going on - Amanda followed up with me 3 times that day afterwards to see how I was doing and the next day the GM called me to see how I was doing. A truly remarkable team that Cares about their members! Joining Brampton Woodhill Goodlife was the best decision I made!

SERVICE: they are good, pleasant. It's a bit cramped and for a new gym, they are missing a few key machines. The squat racks closest to the free weights have an awkward bar that is about a few inches away from your shins where you have to get under the bar which was really inconvenient - not sure why they went with that model.

Best gym ever.... Friendly employees at the reception..Ladies locker/washroom/showers very clean. Studio very clean with staff always cleaning and placing used equipment where they belong. And finally Zack, the BEST trainer, I am lucky to have. He has designed a perfect program for me which is very tough but makes every workout focused and fun. His knowledge in nutrition is also a help in weight loss. I look forward to my 2 weekly workouts and would highly recommend Zack and this GoodLife location

I have been to a lot of Goodlife fitness clubs around the GTA. This club has the worst towel service among them all. They either do not have towels or they have extremely cheap useless ones. The management need to go to Goodlife fitness at Meadowvale Town Center and learn towel service from them.

Very untidy messy location certainly not resemblent of the high standards of usual goodlife locations. Albeit majority of the mess is from the members and not the staff however all accountability doesn't fall on to the members. To the members: Just because you live like a pig or at home with your parents doing everything for you. doesn't mean you have the same privilege at the gym. Simple rules or etiquette Done with a machine wipe it down. Done with free weights put them back. 2 simple rules and it will create a much better atmosphere for all. ***This was my 3rd visit to this location and all 3 times I left with the same disappointment.

This review is long overdue. ive been coming to this gym for a few months now and have nothing but positive things to say. As a person who loves working out early in the morning i apprrciate the fact that its 24 hours. Another great feature is the customer service. Every morning i come in im greeted with a smile and clean towels by Kim, And above all i apprrciate her hard work when it comes to keeping the gym space clean and reracking all the weights that people sometimes "forget" to put back. I would reccomend this gym to anybody. great space and greater customer service

Room for group class is not managed properly, too hot all the time. But today was actually so bad, that I thought I was going to pass out, so had to leave a class half way through. On my request administration said she doesn’t have time right now to go and turn on temperature control system, even tho there were still people who were struggling with the hit inside the room. Highly disappointed with such a service in this particular gym.

Initially when I started the gym, I was excited! But Soon after I realized that customer service can really turn a person away. Eric (guy at the front) is cool but will pester/ harass you for a picture; to the point where you feel uncomfortable. Even if you show your I.D this employee will continue to ask for ask for I.D while entering this gym 5 times a day. I understand taking a picture is protocol but it’s also optional. His behaviour turned me off and i’m sure others may say the same. I’ve never experienced this before. Horrible! Just horrible! Other employees are reasonable and DO NOT behave like that.

I had a bad experience with a personal trainer previously at another GoodLife. The manager Cody at this location was pushy about getting a personal trainer. He came off as a bully and took jabs at my decision against buying into a personal trainer while discouraging my routine. His sales pitch is essentially shaming a potential client into buying into a personal trainer. I am very disappointed in the managers customer service skills. Otherwise the facilities are nice & cleanliness can use some work.

*Update* I’ve been coming to this location since it’s grand opening; spacious, clean and a friendly staff. My only critique would be to add a good Hack Squat and a hip thrust machines that other Goodlife locations offers. Other than that this location has kept their machines up to date and in good condition.

Friendly atmosphere, staff's positive vibes are very contagious. My number 1 reason for giving this gym a 5 star is the RPM class on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays taught by Rich. I got curious one day because it always seems like a party in that studio, tried his class and best move I've done for my fitness goal. One class will keep you wanting more and more, it's high energy, very intense but so much fun. Anyone looking to burn calories...this is the class!

Staff is fairly useless. Don't get me wrong, they are very polite and super friendly but they don't do much. "Hourly cleans" never happen and the gym is constantly a mess. If mornings are always messy, move more employees towards a morning shift, it's not that complicated. We're told that we can't go into the studio to get equipment when the classes are on but they don't keep any of these outside to counter this inconvenience. Facility in general is very nice, good amount of equipment and dumbell range. It's just a shame the staff doesn't tell people to put back their equipment Also major con, they don't allow chalk? Even though we were told at sign up that we would be allowed to use it. Edit: picture added of the gym at 7:50 am on a Sunday. Almost 30 minutes later, still no cleaning started Edit2: we have hit the 1 hour mark. Still nothing... Edit3: will be lowering from 3 stars to 1 star. Management believes there should be no cleaning because they only have 1 employee at the time and he/she must attend front desk non-stop...at 5 am... what a joke

I joined GoodLife Woodhill in April, and was very hesitant to join a gym due to a lack of knowledge and motivation. I approached the fitness manager, Stephen, about personal training and how to lose weight. After one session with him, I was assured that personal training was the right fit for me. Since then, my personal trainer has kept me motivated and on track throughout my fitness journey, and to date I have lost over 45 pounds in 3 months. I have seen a boost in self esteem and confidence, as well as wearing clothes that I haven’t been able to fit into for years. I feel stronger but also have noticed a significant difference on the outside. Having compliments from coworkers and friends has also helped motivate me to push my fitness journey further, and this couldn’t have happened without personal training. My PT has setup a great program to help me lose weight but also gain muscle. Their resources to keep my progress on track has allowed me to see my results, but also allows me to know what’s happening with my body and the changes/progress from week to week. I’d highly recommend this gym, but the best asset this gym has to offer is the outstanding personal training service led by the fitness manager Stephen. If you want results, this is the PERFECT place to make that happen.

First impressions were pretty on point, signing up for a membership was harder than I remember and the good payment options feel a little too premium for such a small gym. Aside from all that, the staff was young, and friendly. The gym experience was on point, not too many people and the weights were somewhat scattered in the morning and gets worse in the night, but still not as bad as LA Fitness.

I have noticed that employees are less professional, either don't greet you or say bye when you leave. Trainers are rarely ever on the gym floor itself reaching out or collaborating. Busy gym but I expect a level of professionalism I get at other locations.

Did the SPIN4KIDS last night and it was amazing!!!! The music, the energy, the choreography all combined was a calorie melting party. Shout out to the event coordinator KIM. I am so grateful for people like you who gives time to help out kids who are in need, a job well done Kim! 2 star because of their bad service. The machine was totally fine but someone need the hook and he took that ,only the hook wasn't on the cable, so i just asked their guys to provide one hook because all other hooks were in use at that time, and he replied that the machine is not working so you have to find other machine eventhough i told him that other guy took the hook. I have been working out at different GoodLife locations for over two years and this location has a the best staff especially if you speak with Marlon and Dimitrius! Both these guys have fantastic customer service skills and are amazing at what they do everyday! If you need any help in the gym ask either of them for help they will gladly help you and show you around. They make it feel like home!!

Quickly aging location, was nice at first but now it’s very unorganized, change rooms are not as clean as other locations, weights are never where they are suppose to be and a lot of the regulars are this gym spend a lot of time socializing instead of actually working out and they do this while on the machines. If you are use to Goodlife’s regular great service and clean facilities DO NOT EXPECT THAT AT THIS LOCATION!

it's so funny that a line of business assumes being condescending is the best way to gain customers. Called this place to inquire about a membership and twice the guy on the other end said 'we can get you started asap so you can regain control of your health' lol. Followed by "well, if you want to get control of your health back, it's up to you' Who says that kind of stuff? It's like someone calling a bank to open a chequing account and the rep saying 'yeah we'll try to get you in right away so you can fix your financial situation'. Say what? haha. It's a jab at a person without knowing anything about them - not that knowing them warrants a jab. Regardless, I put that aside I did go in. Was misled on membership prices (another sleaze ball way to part people from their money). Decided not to join and go elsewhere. I guess the mantra was true and I should've listened For the higher ups at Good Life, are you aware of planet fitness and their y/y earnings growth? One of the fastest growing companies in the world. They haven't even begun trying to make a dent in Canada...yet, but they are here ;). Fix up the arrogance with the staff because they are coming to take all your cookies - nice staff goes a long way (so does an 80% cheaper membership) ***edit*** also if you're looking for a corporate discount that your employer has with good life, do your home work. This location has a form listing corporate discounts which are much more expensive (just another sleazy way to get you). Make sure you go through proper protocol and speak to your employer and find out what your price is. I let them know my employer and they ensued by showing me a standard corporate discount membership list - I guess to capitalize on people that have corporate discounts but don't fully look into it. Again, the price they have for a "corporate discount" is expensive with joining fees and higher monthly costs. Consult your employer so you know before hand.

I joined this gym when it opened and considered it an upgrade to the other one up the street. While I still like going here I noticed that a lot of people don't wipe down the cardio equipment after using it. There should be more signs asking people to do so. People also don't put weights back after using them. The staff should reinforce these things.

Went in today to re-sign up for GoodLife after taking a 6 month break from the Bramalea city centre location. I was greeted immediately by Marlon who answered all of my questions, and made it the easiest process ever. I am so happy and excited to be a member at GoodLife again, especially because of Marlon and all the information and help he gave me. I can’t speak more highly about this location and the staff there. Thank you so much again Marlon for everything and thank you GoodLife for this beautiful new location that is so close to home! Relitivly small gym. About half the size of goodlife at shoppers world. 2 leg press, 6 squat racks 1 Smith's. It has a turf area which is pretty adequate. Decent amount of DBs but the benches are tightly grouped together. It's ok for a quick workout during the day. Very full between 7 and 9pm. Staff were cool, change rooms could do with a cleaning.

Covid is AIRBORNE disease. This gym lets unvaccinated, disease spreading people in to infect other members. No mask during workouts, so lots of aerosolized droplets circulating in indoor building. Gyms are super spreader places. And they only give the illusion they are "safe" by performing hygeine theatre with their "sanitizing". Theyre not protecting their members at all. So many people cancelled their memberships. They dont enforce their own rules. Anyone can lie n say thry have a madeup health reason for not wearing mask. My friend got infected with Covid here. City needs to shut this place down

Nice location, just opened. Only reason it gets 1 star is No showers after hours. Not sure if the rule is for this location or all Ontario locations as I am from out of province but that is the craziest rule I have ever heard of. This is a GYM people sweat people stink you want to have a shower before you move on with your day/night. Very discouraging for people who want to get some exercise before work etc. Not sure if I will be back as after hours is usually the only free time I have. You can cry liability all you want which is understandable for the sauna but come on be realistic.

After the pandemic I called to cancel my membership and was told by a staff member it was cancelled. Only to see a charge on my bank statement, I had to call several times to get a refund and even then the gym would only give me 50% back even though it was a mistake on their end. Above five star for Woodhill location because out of all the RPM class that I've tried in multiple locations, Rich's RPM class is by far the best, it is the only one that challenged my fitness level. I witnessed the size of the class getting bigger and members becoming like family. It's a very intense class but you almost don't feel it because he makes it fun somehow. Rich will get your heart pumping and will give you a different RPM experience. Hated spinning but now I think I'm addicted! I also want to add that this location has a very welcoming friendly atmosphere.

I go to Goodlife Woodhill every morning at 6am and I have to say I am sooooooo happy with the staff, especially TROY! He is so professional, friendly and helpful. With the changes brought on with COVID-19, Troy has been so amazing at making sure everyone is being safe! Very rare that they will have an adequate supply of towels during peak hours. Was told "members steal them." Either way, that's your problem to solve as members should receive the service they are paying for. Have emailed the General Manager the last two days without a response (although I know he's been in). So I received a call from the Assistant General Manager (as well as emails from the General Manager) assuring the issue has been taken care of. Apparently it was due to a backorder on the towels.....funny enough I came in Monday and Tuesday of this week at peak hours and once again....no towels. Pathetic.

Easily the worst Goodlife location I've been to, by far. Weights are everywhere on the floor, all mixed up on the racks, dumbbells have no order at all. Was promised that the workers would keep this place in good shape, but it's like a zoo in there. One of the receptionists, Eric, is incredibly rude. Doesn't greet you when you enter and has serious attitude problems. I'll probably be switching back to LA fitness, which is also messy, but at least they charge you less for it. Edit: Apparently Eric saw my review, tracked me down in the system, and is now EXTRA rude to me in person lol. Also he got promoted so he's no longer receptionist, so I guess that's good.

First Impressions were good. Big change room with private showers/change rooms, don’t care much about sauna but there is one there. 2+2 weight lifting platforms (2 are in the trainer’s area), 3 additional squat racks, good amount of space for deadlifting (I did not ask about the use of chalk in the gym...yet). Various other machines for accessory work. Big DB section, only problem is people don’t put the weights back to where there suppose to be.

Terrible customer service. Denied access to a 24 hour gym which I am paying for. Inattentive staff. No where was it ever posted the procedures to request "after hour" access, which is a policy that makes absolutely no sense. No supervisor nor manager on site. 5 members who were waiting to enter turned and left while there were others who proceeded to attempt to enter the gym.

Staff overall seem good, I don't use their services but plenty of them offer a smile and greeting which is always nice. The facility has bumper plates and a proper olympic/power lifting section with a platform, was once told by a girl working there not to drop the bumper plate after doing a powerclean? Even argued saying that's not the purpose the platform. I guess they give a trainer job to anybody that can pass a basic personal trainer cert I guess lol. Only dropped a star due to that one employee that doesn't know what a platform and bumper plates are for, yet works there. Also, it always smells like armpits and onions up in there, but that's no fault of the gym, no hygiene etiquette out here in these parts. Great gym, good weight selection and the platforms are a plus.

Out of all the Goodlife locations in Brampton, this is my least favourite. There are a number of things that bother me about this location. To start with, I'm not sure if it's the gym's fault, but some of the group fitness instructors are always late for classes. Next, the gym doesn't update their in-house schedule to match the one posted online. There's been many times I've shown up for a class that was listed on the Goodlife website, only to find out it's been changed or taken off the schedule all together. The most annoying part of this gym is the group fitness room. There are always a bunch of people in there doing their own workouts infront of the mirrors which makes it difficult to do a drop-in virtual fitness workout. This gym should also consider adding a women's only section for the community as it may also decrease the number of people who use the group fitness class room as their own personal gym.

This location has gone drastically downhill since it opened. Sinks, washrooms, change rooms are always filthy. Hours later the sinks remain the same, at times with no soap. Changeroom lockers are dirty and majority taken. Weights not in order and machines not wiped down.

Possibly the worst gym I’ve never been to. Definitely the worst Goodlife. I chose to sign up with Goodlife since it’s super close to where I live, however this was a huge mistake and now I’m driving quite far to the other locations, so I’ll probably end up canceling and signing up with another gym. The service here is awful. There’s never anyone at the counter during the day. I pay extra for towels, and I usually have to wait over 10 minutes at the counter for an attendant to bring one for me. The last time I went, I got a towel with make up on it...and the attendant claimed it was clean. The ladies bathroom has had a broken soap pump for over two months now. Oh, and the instructors are not reliable, especially whoever teachers the 930 Sunday Zumba. They just don’t show up some days.

I'm not one for reviews but this needs to be addressed. To try and make a long story short, the frustration of inconsistency payment withdrawals cost me not only a lot of money in late fees but the membership as well. This is no fault of my own but the gyms automated system, according to staff manager. I was on a bi-weekly payment schedule that the gym never followed. Because payments were withdrawn on different unscheduled days, one caught me on a tight budget that held NSF on my account. The bank charged me $48 and GL will charge me the set amount of $20 plus $25 late charge. Total cost of $93 for a missed payment that GL admitted was a mistake. They had no credible answer as to why my payments started withdrawals on a different schedule, different days. At least with the acknowledgement that the mistake was never mine, the manager couldn't even wave the late charge of $25 but just offer me a month free. A free month saves me $40 from the $93 I had to eat because of their obvious mistake. I hate to say that coming from LA Fitness to a Canadian club like GL is now a regret and a disappointment and not something I thought was the right Canadian thing to do. I was forced to cancel my membership due to distrust and uncertainty of their automated system that cost me more than what I signed an agreement for. An error on their end I shouldn't have to pay for. This was not the first time I had to rectify their system but the second. I will not continue to see a third. Sadly it was a decent facility, clean, and 24/7, which is why I switched from LA. Their overnight access needs immediate improvement as one night many members were locked out and the phone number displayed for overnight access issues, is non existent as no one answers the line. I now find myself the need to continue my workouts at home because GoodLife couldn't live up to its promise but frustrate customers lives in its inconvenience. Please reply if you've had similar issues unless I'm the only one with the unfortunate dissatisfaction. I never had issues like this with LA Fitness in over 10 years with the club.

This gym can be a bit overcrowded but the only reason I go to it is for Richard's RPM/spin class. his vibe and energy is like no other! I am addicted to his class! If you are looking to burn over 600 cals in a 45 minutes, honestly skip the treadmill and elliptical and try his class. His classes run on Sundays at 10:00am and Tuesday + Thursdays at 6:30pm. I can't thank Richard enough for changing the way I exercise and stay fit! I have noticed substantial improvements in my endurance and strength especially when I go mountain biking. Truthfully, I go out of my way to make sure I attend his classes. Goodlife is really lucky to have him as one of their instructors! I wish Goodlife would do more to encourage their clients to try RPM. The staff at this location are quite nice and will go out of their way to help you with any issues that you may have. Dimitris is my favourite guy! Any issues I have, I go to him! He is enthuastic and super generous! Some suggestions: The changerooms can be a little cleaner as I usually find towels on the floor and on the benches. There are a lot of females using their phones in the changeroom taking pictures while others are changing. There has been leaks in the ceilings for a few months now which makes it very uncomfortable to use the stretching area as there are buckets to catch the water 2 feet from you.

Please everyone beware of their policies regarding personal gym trainer. Its a trap. They don’t even have proper trainers. Total wastage of time and money. I joined the gym November with personal trainer for $376. After one week they changed my trainer, after 2 sessions again they changed my trainer. Guess what again they called me that my personal training session has been cancelled until further notice. Before that call i was asking my trainer when should i come and he didn’t even tell me that he left the gym. Not even the manager told me this thing. But they were charging me every 2 weeks. When i went to gym to talk with so called fitness manager “Tamzid”, I want to say you stay at home if you not in the mood of work. He left the conversation between by saying that he’s not in the mood of argument. I said cancel my membership and he left by saying ok while i was waiting for him to come back. I called him then he said call the head office. It been more than 3 weeks no response on my complaint, i just asked then to pause the payment when they pause the membership. Sp why charging me when they don’t have trainer. Its not my fault. So please everyone don’t t pay them for trainers, just go their if you have knowledge or willing to learn by yourself. Otherwise they will charge you for providing no service, and you will get nothing back no response nothing, they can deduct your money if its your fault but they cant return when it comes to them. Please everyone don't pay them. Be careful.

The staffs are great but some members can hog the machines and don't put away there weights. The good thing is, this facility is open 24 hours a day so if you're not a fan of crowded area you can have a late night or early morning gains.

I usually go to the Goodlife at Mclaughlin but decided to try this one since it's nearer to my work. The staff is much more friendly here and more willing to help. However, the facility is much smaller and can be a bit crowded at the time I go.

Great gym. Been going here for a while, haven’t had any problems or complications. Great staff, overall good experience so far! But sometimes I might just pick up a 90s dumbbell where the 25s should be.

I've joined a few different gyms over the years and can say this is by far the best gym I've been apart of. From the first day I walked in Joti took care of me, showing me around the gym and answering my questions; even till today (2-weeks in) whenever she sees me she makes the effort to talk and make me feel welcomed. The atmosphere at this gym is welcoming and inclusive, regardless of your starting point you won't feel judged, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to make some fitness gains.
