Well rounded, high quality gym. After just over a month of working out here, it's safe to say if you enjoy an uncrowded/nonjudgemental and welcoming atmosphere then this gym is for you. The staff is of exceptional caliber, the equipment is new and extremely high quality. This isn't like GoodLife at all, Fuzion is much more like a family, and it has it's own unique brand that shines when compared to nearby gyms. The only complaint we have is that the patrons should respect the quality of the gym and staff, and take some sort of responsibility for their weights and return them properly. We mainly used the free weights and machines during our time at Fuzion Fitness. The dumbells are solid, and go up to 125 pounds, there are 4 squat racks plus a deadlift platform, and the best parachute treadmill machine in the world. The group classes all looked to be very well done but we cannot say personally.

Updated May 2019 ,things have changed for good . The gym when started was good but have issues with their hygiene levels in the washroom . They really need to obsessed with maintain clean n hygienic locker rooms/washrooms/steam room. Being a member for over a year but I am shy of using their washrooms still , for me it’s conveniently located n that’s a plus !!!

Been to LA been to Goodlife, been to Planet Fitness….the employees here are great, biggest thing is they remember your name after you sign up and are there is you need anything. Krishna and Abisheikh are a great help. The child care is great too! They keep the kids interacted.

Good clean gym. Don't really get much busy with lots of classes and free towel service available. however had issues with billing as well they do bind u into a contract, 100 bucks to cancel it, management and staff to my experience has been helpful, I pay little less then 50 bucks a month but I also have a locker that I keep a lock on overall would recomend.

The gym is pretty okay when it comes to equipment etc. But overall I did feel that the cleanliness was not up to the mark; I think I’ll have to put the blame a bit on the crowd as well as people were not necessarily wearing masks, or cleaning up equipments and machines after use. It’s a small sized gym and has pretty much everything you would need; also is 24 hours and has ample parking so not bad overall. I went here for 3 days trial pass and it was an overall decent experience.

Worst Gym ever. I mean which gym is charging for yearly maintenance ????????‍♂️. If you ask them to cancel your membership they will ask you to talk to Manager who never even show up in gym. They will go to their limits to misguide you specially Brad & Raj.

A great gym! Since joining their Personal Training program ive lost 25 pounds. I would recommend anyone who hasn't been to a gym before, or even experienced people who work out to check this place out. They have more than enough equipment and space. The staff is great from Eric, Dasmeet and Raj to all the people at the front desk. Would recommend to anyone

The focus and drive they apply to the goals of each individual is highly motivating. If you want a gym that has everything you need to improve your physical conditioning in a friendly, clean environment Fuzion is an excellent choice.

I’ve just started going to this gym no doubt one of the bestest experience ever. Customer service is excellent, equipments are clean and everyone working there is making sure people are following proper Covid guidelines. I met Mr Raj on the very first day he was the one to guide and motivate me. He was so polite. I asked him for the personal training he gave me the trainer Mr Abhishek no doubt best trainer ever. Even my friends joined fuzion after hearing about their services and how much they care about health and fitness of every individual that’s coming there. If your not sure how to use equipment or what to do you can ask any trainer they are always ready to guide you and make sure your doing workout in proper way. I would recommend, Atleast make a visit and you will definitely see a major difference as compared to others in all aspects.

Gym is nice but as they adding more and more members in their gym .Its getting crowded and the space is not up-to the limit . Sometimes you have to wait so long for a particular machine specially in evening. But they have a very good environment and have bhangra class which is so much fun and other classes too . The owner should increase the area for the gym . And bring more machines in .

Joined for a month to see what it was like. My 3rd day attending, I was approached for the first time in 10 years by Brad Galway for deadlifting "too loud" on a deadlift platform while using bumper plates....pathetic.

I recently moved to the area and tried the gym out once, the new machines and equipment were great. But when I came back to sign up for a membership they were too busy to help me out and either told us to come back or ignored us. This happened with 3 separate visits. The last time this happened there was a lady with curly hair around who front desk asked to help us out, and she didn't even bother to acknowledge us. We waited for 20 minutes with her sitting right beside us completely ignoring us and then just walked out and went back to LA Fitness. :) In addition to this, we witnessed someone else who already had a membership denied access plus several people who had membership problems being dealt with. It doesn't look like Fuzion really cares much about potential or even current customers.

Service is everything If I could give you a zero for customer service I will This morning I called Wednesday, Jan 3 and some airhead answer the phone and was not able to even give me rates or discuss classes or what they’re all about she told me her soul job was to answer the phone and let people in she had no idea of any of the classes the times the schedules I don’t even think she knew what country she was in anyways if you’re going to hire people have them want to work there and be able to give a Laymans term or brief description of either classes or what type of classes to be offered something anything it’s ridiculous in This day and age You want customers you need to be on your game if you want your gym to survive I would fire this girl right away and hire somebody who wants to be there and if you have any questions please feel free to email me anytime I am a professional in my 40s and I decided to go to another gym and you lost a customer and you can’t afford that. anyways good luck too you!

i visited here on a guest pass for few days and the visit was awesome. I travel a lot due to work all around the world and this is probably one of the best gym i have been to in Canada. The staff are helpful, the area is clean and they also have a little smoothie bar. I will definitely come back here during my next visit to Canada

Fuzion Fitness in brampton is great, lots of things to do and they have a steam room which is important after I workout. They even have a Juice Bar, which is pretty handy. knowledgable staff who help you to get the best out of your workout! highly recommend going here.

Hands down amazing gym. Tons of new machines compared to other gyms. Very clean. Great lighting and nice set up. I like the protein bar and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would be nice if there were mirrors near the cables..hopefully they can get cold water running from the fountain. No gym is perfect..but in my opinion despite those two things this gym lands pretty close

This is a great gym with amazing customer service. It is definitely worth the price. Just a couple things that I would criticize. For example, the weights are rarely ever in the right spot. Also there is no shampoo or even soap in the showers.

Before taking membership, make sure to read terms and conditions. I took membership and I had to move far away from area. Gym staff put my account on freeze. They said, you must complete one year of membership and pay whole amount by time or you can cancel membership with $100. I was not told such thing when I took membership. I was paying money not going to gym. I would give 0 stars

My personal experience is very bad here. Definitely won't recommend to any of my friends. They deliberately never disclosed verbally information about cancellation fee 99$ plus tax or other fee, at the time of joining. Their attitude changes and they won't easily respond to your mail when you raise request to put on hold or cancel the membership, and look for every opportunity to charge you.

This place is amazing! The staff are attentive and respectful, all state of the art machinery, open 24 hours and they have daycare... What! There's sauna, hot yoga, spin classes, fitness classes, zumba, Bollywood fitness and the list goes on. I go in super early in the morning and do some running on the treadmill while I watch my favorite show on Netflix... Yes, the machine has a tv screen and is connected online. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. It's new, it's advanced and not far.

A good neighbourhood gym with good equipment, most of it very new. It has a boxing area, cycling, zumba corner, sauna, no swimming or squash courts. The instructors are also quite knowledgeable. They also have this full body scan equipment which can give you a readout of your BMI, fat etc. All in all, a good place to work out.

Nice gym with all of the amenities that you would expect in a gym. 24 hrs which is convenient and a good selection of classes. Instructors are good and the front desk staff are nice enough. Change rooms are clean and the gym is well maintained. Hot yoga class is luke warm and we probably one of the worst yoga classes I've ever attended (and I thought good life's yoga was terrible but fuzion is way worse.) Other than that it's pretty good, however I probably won't renew my membership once it expires.

I joined pre-pandemic and used the gym regularly. The location is convenient and there is lots of free parking available. You can access the gym from the front and the back of the building. Yoga class instructors are great. Staff are professional, welcoming, well-informed and very helpful. I used my own yoga mat but they have mats for your use at the classes. I never waited for a cardio machine. There is a good variety of fitness classes and the schedules are updated online regularly and posted on monitors in the facility. Cleaning staff work directly for the gym, which demonstrates their commitment to cleanliness and they are regularly on site vacuuming and cleaning. It is easy to freeze your membership if you are not able to attend for a period of time. Management was communicative and responsive about suspending membership fees during the provincial emergency measure closures. I recently canceled my membership because we bought our own equipment and canceling my membership was actually easier than signing up. Fuzion is member-focused.

I’m really disappointed in this gym. I froze the account prior to the lockdown for personal health reasons, but discovered a charge on my credit card yesterday even though I have not unfrozen the membership. Apparently they just restarted everybody’s membership after re-opening, even if you put it on hold. No permission asked. Check your account everybody.

Worst gym and cancellation policies. Tried to reach the management to cancel my membership with no response. I was told to send email and I’ll get response within 5 days. 2 weeks past and had no response. I got a letter that I should go there personally to cancel and pay all my dues otherwise our file goes to collections. Owner should consider and realize it is personal choice to opt out from agreement due to pandemic times.

Fantastic Gym. Been a member since the day they opened their doors. Very clean and well kept gym with Start of the Art equipment. Lots of variety in machines/ equipment/ classes/ areas to work out. I see dust and hair at the bottom of machines everyday, ive seen this towel in the same locker and floor and it hasnt been moved for atleast 3 weeks. You guys used to have a person vacuuming the floors, what happened? Update: Please also clean the water dispenser. Its so dirty ????

I signed up in May after being told the gym would be open by June 1st. I came back June 1st and was told there was a 6 week delay. So I came back July 14th and was told it would be open by July 22nd due to equipment that needed to be delivered/installed. I called June 22nd and they said they were delayed another week due to permit issues. Called today (July 28th) and was told they would be open July 31st. Not once was a courtesy call made or email sent advising of continued delays

This is a fantastic gym! The cardio machines track your progress, there's a womens only weights section, and the best part is that they have smaller equipment for members to use (kettlebells, lebert bars, weighted medicine balls, body balls, etc), unlike other gyms that lock up that stuff and only let personal training clients use it. The personal trainers here are also great! I've been getting PT for 4 months and it comes with a meal plan at a very affordable price.

Really horrible customer service and very unprofessional. First when I joined in I enrolled for full year and then something happened with their system showed my account expired and then after alot of attempts Mr. Fil figured it out what actually happened. Secondly, now everything was fixed with my account and then I come to gym asked for shower towel and they said you dont have this service even though I am paying for it as per Raj when I initially came in he told me shower towels will be included but now they are saying you dont have this service. Its a trap guys. Be careful. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Poor customer service, they bill their customers wrong as they have same billing company as anytime fitness. They offer month to month but then they sign you in a year contract with hidden fees. They charge $100 for canceling the membership. Better of signing up with Goodlife as prices are almost the same.

I gotta say, this is one of the most fabulous gyms I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I tend to frequent it during the weekend mornings due to my unbelievably tiresome week day work schedule. That being said, the gym is exceptional in all areas with great staff, amazing cleanliness, and impeccable music choice that really adds to the workout environment. Speaking of staff, they're really something else! The astute cleaner that I often see there ⁠— his name is Duncan, if I recall ⁠— seems to be a total work horse! I tried striking up a conversation with the guy but he told me he could only spare a minute because there was so much work to be done with so little time. Though the man at the front desk that I usually see on Saturday mornings really gives the cleaner a run for his money with his sheer vigor. To be honest, he seems like he loves both life and Fuzion Fitness way too much ⁠— not necessarily a bad thing though! All in all, a pretty solid gym.

One of the worst gyms in Brampton. Management is the worst. If you want to cancel the service they will make you run around and take no ownership. Buyers beware and don't fall for their sugar coated tactics. Never give them your credit card or personal information. These guys are struggling during Covid and can go to any extend. I would have given them 0 but there is no such option

You can sign up with out a manager but not cancel with out a manger. If you ever have any issues, it will not get resolved. The gym itself is cramped, pay a few extra bucks for another gym and it’ll be worth it

I’ve been going to Fuzion for 2 years now! I love this gym because it is always very clean, the staff is very welcoming and polite and they have a wide-range of workout equipment/machines + classes everyday of the week. Raj is awesome. I see him at the front and around the gym every time I go in and his customer service has always been amazing! I’m currently doing personal training with David and he is lovely to work with. He took the time to understand my goals and has done a great job in implementing the correct workouts in our sessions for me to be one step closer to my goal each day :) I love Fuzion! My whole family goes here including my grandma, lol! Definitely recommend!! :)

I can not say enough about Fuzion fitness Brampton!!!!! The people here are so personable and cater to you the individual. Raj and Brad helped me sign up in 2019 and I haven't looked back since. I received personal training and it completely changed my life, I feel like I gained a lot of confidence within the gym as well as outside. One of the worst customer service you could get. I called the manager and receptionist 5 times to get an invoice. First receptionist said manager will contact you shortly this was 9 o'clock in the morning. No one called and i called again at 1 pm same day, same promise no call. Called the manager at 4 pm and explained i need an invoice said he will send but never bothered. Its been 5 days. I don't know how long should someone try asking for a copy of an invoice for the money we paid for membership. If i had it i could have claimed from my work place 2 days ago as it was due then. Go find a better gym and better service even if cost you something extra. Cancelled my membership as of January 2020. WORST SERVICE YOU COULD GET :( :( :(

One of the worst gyms in Brampton, starting with management. Brad, Phil, Pam & TAHA Are the worst management team I have ever seen. They have ZERO respect for their staff. They do not hire ANYONE of colour, and even if so, their unemployment is short lived. Firing employees without valid reason, equipment is never where it should be. The list goes on and on.

I am a member from last 2 months and only doing their classes. I lost 8 pounds so far and I'm proud of it. I recommend all the classes except Eric's class on Sunday at 9:15. He is really good and will make you sweat but he seems like he doesn't know how to encourage people positively who comes to his class. He needs to keep in mind that everyone is not same. If he cant push positively i suggest him to keep quite. it takes a lot for anyone to go on a fitness journey when you are not in a great shape. I was told I should go home if i want to sleep. I couldn't take it and left the class. What kind of an instructor push a client like this!!! Eric if you are reading this, remember how you started your fitness journey. Nobody is born exceptionally fit like you. Respect people who come to your class and encourage positivity. If you can't I suggest you keep quite. I would have given 0 stars because of him but gave 4 stars just because Other instructors like Olaf, Jennifer, Linda and Vivian, They make sure that you push and with POSITIVE comments. They make sure to encourage and appreciate you at the end of the class for putting in great efforts. Fuzion fitness you need more instructors like them and I believe your gym will soon get a 5 star from me.

Worse customer service by the owners and full of BS. They are not 24 hours at all. Close early on the weekends. Fil the owner is full of lies so are his partners. When I canceled my membership the owners got pissed off and told me I had a one year contract. When I signed up I was told it is month to month membership. They charged me $100 in cancelation fee and changed their tone right away. Had a hard time canceling my membership.

I started going to bootcamp classes with Deborah and it has made the world of difference. The classes are always on time, very efficient and the space is always clean. When I’ve used the equipment it’s always been clean and in well working order. They have spaced out the equipment to ensure that all COVID safety protocols have been enforced. I had a COVID related issue with my membership which Brad resolved quickly and efficiently. He’s the person you want to speak to if considering a membership with this gym. I will continue going to this location when my renewal comes up even though a new location has opened up closer to me.

The Gym has not opened yet. All reviews that talk about the quality of the gym are fake. I registered with them early last week in the phase 2 plan. It is July 24th. I was told by the CFO that it will be open today. I was told this when I registered that the gym early last week. I called them today and they said they are waiting for a permit, and it will be open from the end of the month. I did not get an apology by the staff. Disappointed by this service so far. It is fine if you run into something while facing a deadline, but be honest with customer on expectations.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I signed up in May and cancelled by goodlife gym membership because i was told it'd open june 1st. i've called every week since and it still hasn't opened. I haven't gotten to workout in months because of them and they keep lying saying it's because of a permit and that the gym is ready but when i saw the gym it wasn't even half ready. At least send an apology email to everyone telling the truth.

They are getting worse day by day ! when they started everything was great. Now no towels almost everyday and they keep saying that they have put an order for towels. Are we ordering towels from China or what so it is taking this long ? It has been almost three weeks no towels And for more than 6 months always there was a shortage of towels. For last four days another thing NO WI-FI . They said they are trying to fix for last 4 days but no result. In this world that doesn't sound right. In this kind of service industry it is not accepted.Let's see how much we all can deal with this and for how long ??

Been a member for about 3 years and no complaints. Don't know of anywhere else of this quality for the membership price provided (beware though it is for at least a year contract the last time I checked). Wide equipment selection, good spacing for exercise areas and great overall cleanliness. My only suggestion is moreso for the gym patrons rather than the gym itself but would appreciate if more of a fuss was made about putting weights back. If you can pick up a 50, you can put it down!

I have been an active gym member for over 20 years. I’ve never loved going to the gym but I enjoyed it. I would go 1-3 times a week. I have done it all...the local community gym, the big box gyms and smaller ‘boutique’ style gyms and did everything from classes to personal trainers. The gyms I went to in Etobicoke or Woodbridge were all good. But now that I’ve been going to Fuzion Fitness the bar has been raised. The gym is very clean, has great equipment, the most variety of classes, amazing staff and wonderful service. I would definitely recommend it. I now love going to the gym and I go at least 4 times a week. It’s never overcrowded. You feel comfortable the first time you enter. Definitely meet with Sahra if you’re interested. She was great! And the owner Brad is very present and is always open to feedback and making the gym the best it can be. They are doing a fantastic job!

I go to this gym daily and I always wear my mask when entering and exiting the facility. The only day I don't wear my mask, the receptionist confronts me on it. I completely understand the provincial guidelines and will follow them accordingly. However, this gym has countless members walking in and out of the gym without a mask, no-one confronts them. In fact, I saw a few members walk in and exit the gym without a mask in front of that receptionist, she did not say a single word to them.

Worst Management Ever! I got membership last August for year contract after that gyms got closed and This year I moved from Brampton asked Brad and Fil to cancel my membership. They ate asking me to pay cancellation fee because its not been 1 year yer. Dear Sir/ Madam thats not my fault if gyms were not open. I just paid and contract for 1 year only. You are not supposed to increase my contract

We both visited this facility last week with the intention of strongly considering a membership. Unfortunately, we were treated like we didn’t matter. The girl at the front desk asked us to wait 5 minutes to speak to a sales rep. We waited much much longer than that for the rep, who was more interested in hanging out with his buddies (and munching on a burger) than he was in talking to us. Turns out he was on an extended break. ALSO, they have a very sneaky way of harvesting your contact info. They get you to enter you personal info on an iPad. While they tell you not to press “Submit,” by the time you finish fiddling around with this electronic form, you hit Submit out of pure habit anyway! All this so they can just read it off the screen? I don’t think so. Very disappointing.

very good service . made account just to review fuzion fitness. started coming early april and noticed many things good and only some bad. when yu go in staff at the front always say hi and are very nice and smiling. i use classes and sauna and kids area. in my opinion. gym is good . classes are very good i love many teachers and wish there was more of the same teachers. teachers in kid area are very nice and the area is clean and lots of fun for kids. my son loves ms. ashely very nice. you go ashely! only bad things are: shakes are ok but not worth $5 i say it needs more flavour especially pbj one and one of the staff (tall man with black hair) walks aroind and says inappropriately. sometimes hard to get in contact throgh phone lines but overall a very good gym i love my time spent here

It was really warm in there. The same temperature as a nursing home or retirement home. How are you supposed to work out. The people are really nice, the machines are new, I love the place but now no towels, several times the temperature was above 20.

Fuzion is one of my favourite gyms. I always look forward to my workouts here. Physically it is well spaced out, has a variety of equipment in good to great condition, a bevy of trainers, and even offers a place for your kids to play while you work out. I do rather like their choice of music as well, including the remixed versions. In general, the staff are quite accommodating, friendly and attentive. I really couldn't have asked for a more relaxing environment in which to work out.

Just returned to the gym after the Covid-19 lockdown and was extremely impressed by the extra measures staff and management are taking to keep the facility clean. They offer you a towel and a disinfect as you walk in to clean your machines, and have a no-contact system to dispose of the towels and return the sanitizer bottles as you leave. There are hands-free sanitizing stations around the gym and a staff member cleaning as well. Fuzion is going the extra mile to make sure members feel safe!

My experience with fuzion fitness is extremely excellent and fabolous because I remember my self I used to weigh 235.00 after joining this gym and having personal training continuing further in training not only has helped me lost weight but had lost 80 pounds in 4 months before my marriage this was all with the help of fuzion fitness and my master trainer Eric Shaw without them I would not be where Iam at 160 pounds highly recommend becoming a member at this gym

They brought new, different machines which is nice. However, when I signed up in the beginning the CFO said the gym would have a sauna, womens only area, hot yoga, open 24 hours, etc. Not only did they not give a decent courtesy call when the gym opening kept delaying. The gym is open from 9-9pm, there is no sauna, no hot yoga, and the womens area is an open area. There is absolutely no privacy in the womens area, as men can easily enter the workout space. This gym is fine, but they lie through their teeth. Give your business to some gym professional like goodlife.

This review is unrelated to the facility, equipment or classes but the one star is fully deserved solely based on the management. I recently moved in the area and was looking for a new gym closer to home as my current gym was a bit of a further drive post move. I came in and the sales associate was friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to try a few classes to assess the quality of the classes and asked for a guest pass to try them before committing - wasn’t a problem at all and I received a three day pass. My pass was activated for 3 consecutive days but unfortunately I couldn’t make the first 2 days of activation due to work commitments. On the third day I used the pass and politely asked the individual at the front if I could have the pass extended as I didn’t use it the first two days (their guest log proved it). An individual standin beside the person I spoke with said no but used a very rude tone full of attitude. As I explained to him that I hadn’t used the pass or experienced the classes he simply cut me off, without making eye contact (continued to look down at his work) and used a whole ton of attitude and condescending tone replying “it’s the consecutive days. Doesn’t matter” ..... I was later told that it was one of the owners who had that conversation with me. Policy is policy and I would have been okay with a simple no but the attitude I got (especially from an owner!) just told me how management is. It was a reflection of the club and what I would experience going forward. The owner made the decision for me in that very moment.

The first thing to give 5 star rating is the highest quality of customer service. They are excellent people. Thanks to the courteous front staff, Kristine Brar for the membership and Fil for helping my son for a 2 week membership. The management is approachable and reply right away if you need help. The place is clean. All classes are included in the membership. There are plenty of equipment and room. Love this place!! Edit after 3 months: The place is kept well. The morning staff Jessica is an absolute gem, looks into everyone's eyes to say hello, have a good day.
