Hours are bad. Not open for long enough and huge gaps of closure in the middle of the day. For the price, the hours should be better

Boring place - gone down hill. Used to be lots of energy and fun activity from the owner and now they just sit there with a cardigan on in the corner and gossip or talk about their personal lives while the rest of us try to get in a workout. Very unmotivating and a real disappointment. Would NEVER recommend this place.
